worst experience I have ever had!!!!Zero star ,,but had to pick 1 or else wouldn't let me submit. Yes the help as soon as you get there is great, got into a car right away and purchased the warranty because its a used car and expected I would need it down the road .Was excited because i could work on my credit but that feeling went away quick had issues with car 3weeks in and got that fixed or so i thought. Iam going on 2 years on March 2024 and it has been in the shop more than i have driven it with all kinds of issues. I have asked to switch cars even that i wouldn't mind starting over on a new car note and it was always NO all we can do is to send it in and get it serviced. I need a dependable car. I have 2 daughters on of which graduated may 2023 so most of her senior year then car was in the shop and had to be looking for rides because she was in the dual program and had to go from high school to college campus. When it goes in to get fixed its in the shop over 3moths at at time its crazy so im left with no car. Its in the shop right now again. Im just going to have to let it go. For Sewell being such a well know company around Permian Basin has really let me down and dont see how they are able to sell someone a car with all those issues .I would not recommend this place at all!!

After shopping all day for a vehicle we had tried 3places before trying Sewell once we reached their business,we walked in and were welcomed by this young lady which was from The start very helpful she asked if we had looked at their inventory we said no that we had just walked in With hopes to purchase a car from there so long story short she handed us the paperwork to fill out as we started to fill out paperwork she then asked us what were we looking for etc she then said how much do you have to put. Down so we gave her the amount she said let me go talk to my boss he. Then. Approached us and we told him our situation and the issues we had with the previous dealerships . And he said ok let s see what we can do we filled out paperwork then Mr.Melvin walked up and we had previously spoken to hi on the phone the. He said ok we can help you yo. Are the story even shorter w e finally were able to drive off the lot with a truck which what was something my husband was looking for if your looking for a vehicle I highly recommend this place they go over and beyond to get you in a vehicle the whole process was so smooth and not stressful at all so a big shout out to Melvin and the Manager for their help we went in their with hopes and we really found what we were Looking For and within our budgetMelvin Watkins

They got me into a 2012 Nissan Rouge, and I love it. They are there to help people, that's for sure. The finance company there is a different story. They really won't help you if you get into a bind, and if you buy the warranty, they don't want to fix the vehicle.

Highly not recommended. they sold me a car that 1 month later started to act up on me. had warranty but didn't cover part needing replacement. continue to have problems complained so times didn't try anything to help or get me in different vehicle since that was giving me problems. offer to trade on the finance credit side but credit not so good so basically got screwed. so, I was not going to keep paying for a car that was just sitting there collecting dust.

If you visit here, speak to Alex Garcia. He will treat you fairly, as he did me, and will make sure you get the best deal possible. Keep in mind, just because a car is out of your price range, it doesn't mean it is the fault of your sales person.

Real friendly staff.very helpful.bought a car from them today.went to other lots but these guys top notch salesman. Went out of there way to help us.salesman name was jacob.thank you again sir.give this place 5 stars.thanks again team sewel.thumbs up.

Great experience with Vincent although he no longer works there I was able to get a good deal on a barely used F-150 Lariat thanks to these guys appreciate all they did for me

Not only did you "listen" but you "heard" what I was in the market for - 10 minutes later I had pictures of vehicles on your lot which prompted me to go see you.
