Our family has done business with this company for a very long time .Staff friendly ,willing to help price repairs are reasonable and done in a timely manner would recommend them

Miss communication I was told different payment for one job total but vehicle was done they charge me way to over price for two Jobs that was so post to be one together don't take your vehicle here this was my second time fixing my car and they still charge me way too much

Our Ford F-150 lost an ignition coil on #8( yes that's the difficult one) could not find anyone who could get to it today...had a job to go to. They got us in immediately and got it fixed very reasonably so we could get back on the road and to the job. Very professional and very helpful. Not the prettiest shop in the world but a mechanics real deal and I highly recommend this shop. Everyone was nice, no hesitation in giving 5 stars

When they fix your car it stays fixed! And they repair what needs to be repaired without trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don t need. I was on a road trip and my water pump went out on I-20. I had thought about renting a car but my car was running great so why rent one? Because, Bonehead! You have to be back at work Saturday morning! YOU. HAVE. TO. BE!!! But no, I decided to drive through the desert like Ms Magoo. Anyway, AAA wanted to tow my car to the Toyota dealership. I disagreed with that and said I would find a repair shop. So, while waiting for the tow truck, I read reviews and luckily stumbled across this place. I left my car there, picked up a rental and finished my trip. I had to go pick it up today & drive almost 6 hours in the 90F heat. Thank you! It was fine. Made it home no problems! It was my lucky day to have my water pump go out in Odessa so I could have these guys fix it and not out in the middle of nowhere. Highly recommend this shop!!!

They have good service and are polite. When they picked up my car from its location they didnt do a walk around. Front tire blew out damaging a fog light and my fender liner. Though they fixed it but I was charged for the repairs.

Made appointment on Monday, They told me to drop off the truck on a Thursday that week. I ask to check the vehicle and to change my gaskets it had some oil leak. I was told truck would be ready by Monday, I waited Tuesday past they were still working on it. That Friday I call again and they were still working on it plus that some motor mounts were needed ok I ask to fix. I call Monday some lady said mechanic was taking a week off so my truck so far two weeks and 4 days at the shop I call Wednesday and they still working on it I get my truck back the following week on a Friday::( took it home and now my truck is blowing white smoke hmm I thought it was the oil that was on my frame took it too work that Monday and starts leaking I call and took it back it took them another week to fix it and still leaks so I pay 1,430$ .with out a truck was at shop for 1 month, motor still shakes and still leaks oil, he said I might need to rebuilt a motor or something with my engine. I took my truck to another shop 3 days later truck is running again and there was no need to rebuilt the engine thank you!!

Good work fair price. Tour not gonna find much of that in odessa. The owner is there on a daily basis and he drives the tow truck. Nice guy, respectable. Very knowledgeable.

Card reader on first pump I got to didn't work. Second pump worked fine. In and out other than that.
