Mike and a young mechanic helped us figure out how to make my daughter s a/c continue to work until we could get it fixed in our new home in AL. We so appreciate their kindness and expertise. They didn t have to help us out. We really appreciated their caring hearts!

I am a over-the-road owner/operator, truck driver. I have a 2016 International Prostar. In early May, 2020, I took my truck to A.R.A to have the A/C repaired. The compressor had stopped working, evidently Blown . I went, due to a reference, to see Mike to get it repaired. On Friday he quoted me $1500, yet three days later the bill was over $1800! I said fine and was told to have it there 8:00 on Monday. I was 30 minutes late and when I got there I was told that Mike was not in and because I was late my unit would not be seen that day. I questioned this and was read the riot act by some old man who would not give his name. Finally I was told to have it there the next AM. I had it there on time and by noon it was ready. Fast service, I thought. Well, I had booked a load and immediately headed out of town on a three month tour. That very same day the air was blowing warm, not cold. I opened the hood and the lines were all frozen. I was loaded and couldn t stop. It never worked again. It was also drawing my charging system down to 13.2, the absolute minimum foe a big truck.In July I finally made it back to town and took it back to him, them, and showed him, mike, the warm, not cold, air. He told me to leave it and he d look at it in the AM. At 2:00 pm I went back. Mike told me the the unit was 4 ounces low on coolant, but that they had filled it and could find no problem. I took it home, 3 miles, and when I opened the hood all pipes were frozen! I called him a day or so later, was back on the road, and was handled rudely by someone who worked there, they don t like to give their names. I spoke to Mike today and explained the issue and was told that I didn t know what I was talking about. My A/C still doesn t work and Mike basically told me to go &&%� myself and to quit calling him. My A/C still doesn t work. I understand that issues happen, but the poor customer relations and not being able to repair my system after replacing 90% of it, including compressor, condenser, and dryer, shows me that they are horrible a/c guys and I would ask you to consider this review before taking you big truck there. You ll be out on the road sweating out over $1800, and get treated badly when you call them with complaint. I gave them 1 star simply because I couldn t give them less.

My mom took her car 2013 Chrysler 200 up there to fix a.c.They diagnosed it with a bad condensor and a bad control actuator. They said it would cost $813. I thought this was a little high and decided to pay the $45 diagnostic fee and fix it myself. I am an experienced mechanic with a shop. 8hrs. Later, I did get it all repaired. They were charging $300 for labor, the rest was parts and tax. Suffice to say, their rates are very reasonable.

Only place in Midland Odessa that would even touch my sons Alfa Romeo Gulia, went to these guys based on a high reocmmendtion from another dealer in town and we were not disappointed at all. Definitely Pros in the AC business. Very professional and always kept us in the loop. Pricing is also very reasonable for this type of work, not to mention it was even cheaper than what they quoted when we picked it up. A++ Service.

I would recommend them to anyone with auto air conditioning issues...friendly service techs...kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle...warranty the work...couldn't ask for anything else

Took my 2001 Yukon in on Monday had it back Tuesday morning AC working perfect at a very fair price it s been blowing for a year now with no problems Thanks ARA for a good job definitely recommend this shop for any AC/Heating needs

Estuve aqu� en este sitio y me cobraron por el estimado, no me dieron garant�a y a los tres d�as el compresor de aire se comenz� a parar nuevamente, cuando fui me quer�an cobrar otra ves por chequear y resulta que fui para otro mec�nico y si ten�a problemas el compresor, pero ellos dec�an que noNO LOS RECOMIENDO A NADIEY ARROGANTE QUE FUE ESE JOVEN
