Rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly.Especially the manager who s name I couldn t get because she wasn t in proper uniform.The customer service was lacking so much. I never seen someone put so much negative energy into a customer. All over a bottle of wiper fluid.All because she had to take seconds out of her day to load my professional account into the computer since I don t normally shop at this OReillys and I m a employee at another store.Basically I was told I can t shop there because I don t work at that store.And that I needed to go 25 minutes out of my way to the other side of town.

Used to be 5 stars when Steve was there. May as well go to Autozone at this point. If they are in a bad mood they have no drive to help and will say no on something Steve would say yes to. These managers here now do not value hard workers or the customers. Avoid this place at all cost. Sad to say but it's gone downhill.

I normally shop at Auto Zone, but after waiting in line for a few minutes several customers in front of me. I decided to go across the street to O'Reilly's.....acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door and helped within a minute. Great knowledgeable staff,helpful and friendly.

Bought 2 batteries for my Diesel truck. I had fast excellent customer service and the guy installed them fast, He cleaned my terminals really good. Drove off as happy customer.

They had the parts I needed. Now only a couple of the O'Reilly employees need to work on there customer service skills I actually chose to go across the street to the alternative autopart store due to poor attitude ,and lack of service .

Super place. The one on West university. Friendly and helpful. Employees not afraid to laugh and make everything seem a Joy to spend money lol

After waiting 15 minutes for them to stop talking in the back, cash out the people in front of us, they take the customer not even in line, cutting off the 7 other customers waiting patiently

These mexicans in here have a chip on their shoulders, they have something to prove. Are rude and they charge you for freight if they don't have your part and have to ship it in from their warehouse.

Good stock in store on the west side the Mexicans will wait on whites but not in town stuck up
