I was thinking of getting a lift and new tires but thanx to these reviews they will DEFINITELY NOT GET MY MONEY$$

Stay away if at all possible! I took my brand new lift kit, wheels and tires to these people and it took them 2 days longer than what they said it would. They lost my center caps, put the wheels on wrong and when I asked them for a refund on my alignment they shorted me $50. I would have done better watching YouTube videos and doing it myself. They do not call to update you about anything either.

I was told 3 times I was spending 218$ on low and high beam HID headlights.. Got the box home and they were just low beams. Called and asked for the high beams. But the 218$ was just for low beams. After I asked 3 different times that I was getting both high beams and low beams Dude s a crook.

Don t waste your money or your time. They have poor quality wheels. Bought from them and my tire exploded and cracked my rim and they didn t want to work with me to replace my tire. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Worst experience I bought parts for my truck that did not fit and getting a refund was the worst experience fthe owner name Sergio, was one of the most rude person to treat a customer plus on parts that worth $405.94 he only refund $273.75 the rest was restocking fee this is a robbery , is there a place you can report business like this? Worst customer service and this came from the owner!!!!!!!

They won't stand behind the product they sell or the work they perform. Bought a full set of tires had them on the truck for 2 months and one separated and blew out I went get it replaced and they wouldn't warranty them so I bought another one less than 10k on the tires and the other three blew out breaking my mirrors denting my doors breaking off my trim breaking my brake lines and to no surprise their reply was tough luck

Was cussed out by Sergio Jimenez for absolutely no reason. Terrible selection of tires. Obviously terrible customer service. I hope this business fails miserably

Bought tires from here, granted they weren't the top of the line brand but you would expect warranty for any issues still. Took tire back that has bump close to the bead and they said they have to contact manufacturers. That was in February, still haven't heard back from them and there final offer was selling me a new one with a discount. Learned my lesson, no more business with these guys.

My son took his truck there they told him it would take one day to do the work. It took 5 days I understand it was Christmas but they didn t have to go through his personal tool box and take his wire feeder mig welder. They are thieves!!!!!! Beware!!! I would like to add more but I don t know if ill have room to post.

Placed an order 10-01, still haven't received any parts to this day. I've called more times then any customer should have to. When I do get to talk to someone, their answer is they still don't have my parts in and will call back. So far, haven't received a single call. Great service when buying parts over $3,000 worth.

Customer beware! Very unprofessional and he WILL butcher your truck and cut into your truck to make things fit and NOT give you what you paid for. He is a habitual liar and he will hide from you and give you the runaround. Very dishonest, do not recommend! You re better off going with someone else who knows what they are doing. Don t know how he is still in business.

Would give no stars if I could. Got a 4.5 lift put on a truck and what a nightmare. Have taken my truck back four times now, two alignments, and still the s$&t ain't right. Was told that it was my fault cause I didn't have the alignment people correct the track bar they put on. Just very unprofessional. They will take it back and fix it but I have no more time or money to waste on them. Go somewhere else or do it yourself even if you don't know how cause it will still turn out better then them doing it.

Wouldn't honestly belive these people are professionals. Took my mustang to get headers installed seems fine when done. Except I had to go back to have my a/c recharged, then a week later I notice some issues then have it taken to ford. They found that this place couldn't even put the bolts in for the headers even though they were given all the hard were for install, 8 bolts on the passenger header were missing and my 02 sensor was fried. This place is horrible wouldn't ever trust them again. Absolute waste of time and lots of money.

Sergio has the worst customer relations I have ever experienced. Cussing at me. Lying to me. After a month they still cannot provide any info on where my parts are. Threatens me when I said I want a refund. I will be there tomorrow with the cops to either recieve my parts or my money. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I never leave reviews on any business but this one is VERY unprofessional! Will make excuse after excuse why they don't have your vehicle done or just straight up ignore you. Better off taking your business and money elsewhere.

They did a awesome job on my truck new tires, leveling kit, aftermarket upper control arms, new magnetic struts, alignment, drives awesome

Took my truck to get a level kit put on they stripped the bolt and saddle for the tortion. i watched as they had there new hire working on it hitting it consistantly with an air impact until the bolt caved and the truck fell. Also made the mistake to have them put on control arms they ripped the abs sensor out of my bearing. ive taken it to four alignment shops nobody could align it. On the third visit to an alignment shop they said a lower ball joint needed replaced. Hmm wonder why? So i took days off of work to get my only way of transportation fixed before i was completely stranded. I got the ball joint fixed and took it in for another alignment. Well it turns out after using all the alignment ahops in odessa i decided to go to the alignment specialists in midland. They again could not find the problem until the owner went out and realized that the cognito control arms were backwards. Costed me 497.00 to have them switch them to the right side and align it. As soon as they did that the truck was perfect.Sergio did not handle the situation like he should have i called him after i found my ball joint was bad and he argued and said that he hates people like me and i dont know what i am talking about.The lady up front does her job well and was actually friendly. And a younger guy in the back was nice too. But i think the managment is poor and should not be doing this to people and getting away with it does not deserve to treat the public if they arent doing quality work.I can honestly say i screwed up by going here big time. I never thought a company could get away with this kind of stuff. The money i have spent trying to find what they screwed up is 30 times more than what i planned to spend. So think about that before you decide to take your vehicle here.NS customs is not a place for any vehicle its a SCAM. like previous comments said, work on it yourself the outcome is guaranteed better and cheaper.I should of read the reviews before i came here. Dont make the same mistake.They deserve negative stars.

Would love to give 0 stars if that was a option went to go get a simple repair on my truck and its alot worse then it was before so I tried to get a hold of them and they are avoiding me and ignoring my phone calls. I honestly should have read the reviews first it would have saved me time and money.

They are a rip-off with their half ass work, I went to them to install my light bar on my truck, have no problems with that, the problem that i had is..... i have a gt tuner on my truck, it was hooked up to when i would turn my vehicle on and off the tuner would turn on and off with it. When I got my truck back the tuner wires were hanging and my tuner would not turn off, the only way was to unplug it. I went back to them to see about them fixing their mistake they looked over it real quick unpluged a few wires infront of me and told me it was not their fault,but that they can fix it so it will work like that again,but they said they would have to charge me. I went to my friend that had originally installed it for me,not even 5 min. did it take him to find out they flipped a switch to keep it on. Whether or not they did it on purpose they should have fixed it at no charge, but that was not the case...... I wasn't even going to stay around to hear how much it would cost me !!!!!

Bought a sct x4 tuner and the tunes they offered with tuner for my truck, plugged it in on my diesel and it friend the computer I staintly... Now my trucks been setting up there for nearly a week... However they did offer to give me a ride home... But it was going to cost me gas money lol... Called sct manufacturer and apparently they aren't up to date on alot of stuff... Now I'm having to put a new computer, two 80$ keys have to be made plus labor cost..AVOID THEM FOR TUNING AND PROGRAMING!!! Ask many of the mechanic shops around Odessa and they told me they end up fixing alot of vehicles that come from having work done there...however their lift kit work I hear is good.

The owner was every helpful he took the time to show me pictures of tires and rims and what would be best for me......I have been to other places looking for tires and rims ns customz was by far the best ...Thank you NS CUSTMZ Great work !!!!!

BEWARE HORRIBLE SERVICE.Went in for 4 tires, service tech did not installcorrectly drove off . What could of been a fatal disaster! Went back two more time for service tech to check on MY four new tires once again. .... Got a call from owner . HORRIBLE MAN -SO IGNORANT AND DISRESPECTFUL.

Rude and unprofessional. Went in to purchase part for a cab and chassis Ram and they were trying to sell me part for pickup insisting it will work and claiming only difference between pickup and cab chassis was the frame. That is very untrue. They wouldn't return the $250 part they insisted would fit.

Was told they could tune my truck. Left it there for an entire day, the truck was never touched. I tried to follow up the next few days but couldn t get a response. Customer service could use improvement.

got a 30$ job done left w/ my speakers, box, and amplifier missing was told it wasn't their problem even after they knew they left my truck unlocked. worst customer service.
