Shelby Parker is one of the best service representatives l have ever encountered. He is highly experienced and qualified. He treats the customer with utmost love and respect. He has the best personality, reputation and brightens your day. He looks for the customer in the lobby and walk the customer to the car. He explains and listens to the customer's needs and desires. Great and wonderful guy who deserves the best Toyota can offer.

Service department never answers phone. Does not return phone calls. However if you ask for sales Someone always picks up the phone.Poor Customer Service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jacob and dez were great helpful and super nice. They helped us get into the truck we really wanted. It was a joy and good experience over all. Unlike other times I ve gone where they re too pushy. I didn t feel no pressure at the time of making our purchase. Plus they were very friendly and had a good talk.

Slow has ever and my tech Natalie was super slow, in speech, just all around. She was talking to me stop mid sentence for like 20 seconds . What's wrong with yall. They are NOT respectors of time at all. You want your customers to respect your time when its time for yall to close, right? Natalie told a customer they closed at a time which was wrong. I was there for 2 hours before my car was even looked at, and I went for a oil change never has it taken that long for a oil change. Do Better Toyota!! You pay all this money for commercials and then slack with your employees .

Lithia Toyota of Odessa has one of the best service departments in the car business. I brought in the vehicle for water damage for the underbody. As a customer, it is difficult to trust service departments for major car dealers however I can trust this dealership with my Prius wholeheartedly. Tom Madewell is a five-star employee who was very professional through the whole process working with my insurance claim representative. His personability and communication was much appreciated. Great service as always but wow. Was told my battery had some errosion & such. No way could I afford what y'all were gonna charge. Wow Toyota, dang!!!!
