They use the wrong wheel weights on the outside of mag wheels, theyll sell you the wrong size tires at 3x their cost that are super soft and not rated for your suv

The worst tire shop in Odessa, TX....I went in with a small leak in the tire, they couldn't find the problem. Blame it on a valve stem replaced valve stem that they put in backwards then call telling them and say I brought in that way. Missed a whole day of work for a crew that can't even pass a GED !! It might take some time but worth it, go to peerless tire or discount for service !!

So went in looking to get some cheap 33" tires till I could afford a leveling kit and 35" and JR was able to do the 35" And the level kit for less then everywhere else wanted for the 33" and they had it out the same day.

Very friendly people recommend for all my fellow marines traveling along through Texas to there duty stations needed tires and a service had it done quickly and on the spot

Terrible people. I called asking for services and they hung up on me multiple times and quit answering my phone calls. Will definitely not be paying them or going back. Very unprofessional. If you want trust worthy business, go somewhere else.

Would be 5 stars and ill get to that in a minute. Over all great service and good prices on tires. I have been here a few time to have my tires patched always fast and friendly. My only issue this go around was the young man putting the tires on my car put them on backwards. (Meaning the rotation was wrong) i told him about it and he got the issue corrected very quickly. I highly recommend Jr's

Super Bowl Sunday, needed a flat fixed. Most tire repairs were closed and the few that were open said the wouldn't do it til the next day. The guy at Jr's got to me in 10 minutes and was cool about it. Will come back when I need flats fixed again or I need new tires.

I had horrible experience here! Will NEVER recommend!!! Was looking for used tire, lied to me that they had 2tires that I was looking for. I agreed to have them replaced. They took my tires off and only placed one tire back on and claimed they only had one! When I told them I needed two or if they don't have I will go somewhere else, the guy got so furious and threatened me! I had to wait 1hr to have one tire placed! Horrible attitude!! Never recommend

Got turned away from Walmart because they had too much work with 4 hours of the work day left on a Sunday! These guys were great, fast, friendly and affordable! 5 stars!!!!!

I bought 4 used tires on Saturday and had them installed and balanced(40 dollars to have them balanced. When I left and got on the highway,my truck was shaking so bad it was all over the road. After two trips from mentioned back to their shop they were finally able to get to me,the same guy that installed them immediately said that one of the tires had fix a flat in it when he installed them. Anyone who does tires knows that this will almost always knock the balance out. Should have been cleaned out before installing. So they cleaned it out and then tried putting the tire back on the truck without fixing the leak. Lots if wasted time and money on fuel because he didn't spend 10 minutes to correct a issue that he was aware of

You might do great work.... you might have great equipment... but when a potential customer walks on your location you won t last in business of you can t take the time to greet them and see how you can help....Standing there for 5 minutes like a dope waiting on someone is a stupid way to do business

Arrived there to have my car check , and owner was very rude was not able to give a date or a specific price about when my car will be ready.And charge me 40 dlls just to look under my car .

brought a set of tires less than a month ago...on my way to work this morning, one tire shredded and came completely apart. come to find out they sold me recapped tires, which is illegal bye the way. came to try to get replacements, but they refused to fix what they messed up or even refund my money. they're advice was call the police or a lawyer, which is exactly what i did. i will never buy from this place again. pure rip off

Went to this place to get the air checked in my tire. I asked them if they could just check the tires for me and he said we charge $15. I said to just check the pressure he said yes. You can pull up after this car. I left. I don t know if he did that because I am a woman. If so, don t disrespect people like that and if that is the case then you are out of control. I ended up going to my friends dads house and he checked it for free and added air. Honestly, that s crazy!

We had gotten a flat on our trip and had gone to another tire shop that claimed tobe open but nobody was there and other people were waiting for them. Luckily, we came to JR's and the IMMEDIATELY got to work. This is what I call amazing service!

THIS SHOP IS THE WORSE SHOP EVER.. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.. THE IDIOT WHO'S WORKING THERE REFUSES TO DO HIS GOD DANM JOB AND KEEPS HANGING UP ON CUSTOMERS.. THE IDIOT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE COMPUTER TO LOOK FOR TIRES, NOR DOES HE SPEAK ANY ENGLISH.. WHERE IN GOD'S WORLD DID THEY FIND THAT STUPID SPANISH GUY... IF IT WERE UP TO ME I WOULD MAKE SURE HE WAS FIRED OR OUT OF BUSINESS IF HE IS THE OWNER

Tire was fixed in a timely manner and well done but for what they charged they should've atleast checked the other tires and top them off with air, had they found something else wrong with another tire I would have surely paid more.

Called to see if they repaired flats and asked if it was free and the guy tells us nothin free bro so my husband said discount is and he hung up on us. Never go there if that s how they are going to do business!
