Had one of my trucks break down outside of Odessa. Had one guy look at the truck because it wasn t building air pressure. This was the middle of the night during the week. The guy wanted to replace the air compressor and air dryer stating they were both bad. I decided to wait till morning for JAZ to open because a friend referred me to them. They sent their mobile guy Alex to me first thing in the morning. He showed up and started diagnosing the air issue. Turned out to be the braided air line coming off the air compressor to the air dryer. Alex replaced the air line and my driver was back on the road. Jaz will always be recommended to my friends passing through Odessa/Midland area. The service manager Aldo and owner Zack always kept me updated while I waited on diagnostics, repairs, and once my truck was running. Great prices as well.

My husband had a horrible experience this morning and was unaware that inspection was done after 11 am. He arrived shortly after 11 and only asked if they did inspections and they said they would get to him and they would be right out. He waited and went in twice to ask how long it will be being it was taking a while. He did have our 19 month old son in the truck and my husband has just undergone major abdominal surgery so he can't get him in and out of the carseat so when he was told they would get right to him he believed them. He even asked if he should come back another day but was told no because they would get to him immediately. He finally left because it wasn't worth the time. The reply they left my husband's review was full of excuses. Oil leak being a red flag? If it was a red flag why didn't anyone say anything? He just passed inspection so that wasn't a problem. If oil leaks don't pass inspections, why would they say they would still inspect his truck. Wouldn't that be illegal? Very unprofessional blaming a potential customer.

Took my truck to these guys to get a leveling kit installed and tires all the way around! I was very pleased with the turn around time and the work done on my truck! Highly recommend these guys!!

Highly recommend this place! Bought a lift kit and some running boards for my truck and they got it done really quick and everything was installed very professionally.

I had a fire under the hood of my truck. They gave me an estimate of 12 thousand dollars to repair it. I told them up front to be mechanics. Fix what could be fixed and replace what needed to be replaced. apparently they are just parts changers. I did the repairs myself with the cheap set of harbor freight tools I carry to the tune of 3 thousands. I get it....you have to pay your people and keep the lights on. However, losing a prospective customer forever costs a lot also.

Came up there to get an inspection waited a hour and a half without anyone coming to talk to me went up in and checked in three time got told they would be right with me never happened time is money and the wasted enough of my time so I left they move at a turtles pace if you need your fleet inspected look else where these guys are a joke

MECH JUSTIN is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I've met in awhile. Justin worked on my Cummins Volvo and got me back up and rolling. I got straight answers and definitely recommend Jaz. Thanks also to Ariel and Dustin.

Running a 24 hour towing business is hard enough but when it comes to have one of my own trucks go down is a nightmare until it comes to JAZ service where all of your service needs are met Dustin and Zach and everyone there are always very professional and highly trained thanks again for everything u guys have done

Was told they were a week out before they could work on my truck two weeks went by and didn't even work on my truck had to take it to another place .
