I chose this ODESSA business because I could reach them by phone. Unlike safe light auto glass, a major chain, I have always used . After scheduling my appointment, a week out, Aaron was so kind to call me the day before to remind me of my appointment. As I did ask him to. Good thing, I had forgotten about it! I didn t read reviews until sitting in the customer waiting area. Very impressive reviews. Loved that they were mobile came to our hotel to for our front windsheild. We were traveling and the window broke in the middle of no where. Nice and resepctful of time quick and lobws the work done. 100 recommend

Among the highly rated windshield replacement companies in the area this business beat the closest competitor by $40. Came to my place and replaced the windshield in less than an hour. Everything looks and functions great, highly recommend!

I am so happy to have found this awesome business. I was calling everywhere without any luck on locating my replacement windshield. 3 businesses said I would have to buy from a dealership. 2 other businesses I requested quotes from online and didn t even get a response from. So when I finally got a call back it was from Windshields Etc. I was ecstatic!! And I was called back within minutes of my initial call. They have great distributors and they had my glass in stock. I was scheduled for the next day. Better price and the installer was even early. He was very nice and knowledgeable about my vehicle and was fast too. Free to come to my office and I even received a follow up call to check on my installation. Above and beyond my expectations!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was very pleased with everything from the customer service, the price and how fast the windshield was replaced. It was so convenient that the Tech came to our RV park instead of us having to go to them. The customer service Rep was extremely professional which is very rare in the Midland/Odessa area. She was very thorough with our needs and quote. We had a Tech out the next morning and she stayed in contact with us thru the entire process. I was please with everything from the customer service, cost efficient, to how fast the windshield was replaced. Very convenient that they actually went to my home to replace it, the whole experience was professional and quick took maybe 11/2 hr from the time I called to being back on the road. Highly recommended. Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Technician arrived at my home ready to work. He cleaned up the shattered window pieces on my car and installed new Window quick. I called around Odessa to 9 different windshield companies. By far Windshields Etc. came in the best at appointment flexibility, service and most of all PRICING! Their rate was second to none! I was able to get an appointment the following morning. I was in and out within less than an hour. April was the first person I spoke to over the phone when I first called. She was informed, kind and really won my business from the start! The rest of the staff is also very nice and worked hard to get my windshield replacement done. I highly recommend this place and I am very satisfied with the service I received!!!!!

The gentlemen were on time very polite and professional. I went in Saturday morning and they didnt have my windshield in stock. They said by Monday afternoon sometime it would be ready. They called monday morning, came to my work location got in installed included with price , gave me all care instructions and made sure I was happy with work. They are not good about communicating with you about when they are available and really not good about follow through on installations. Forgot to reattach the review mirror on the day of installation and had to call him back out to do that after he assured us it was done and ready.Then, technician also didn't put the wipers back on correctly, and one fell off the first time we tried to use them. Also didn't hook up the washer fluid feed. Can't get the tech to call us back about those screw ups. Same prices as everyone else we got a quote from but I really wish my husband had picked someone else.Service: Installation

They were very nice and professional and so quick to get me in and get the work done. Also, they are more affordable than any in town and I called them all. They won't increase your price because of the hail storm disaster. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Answered all my questions. Even came to my house to replace the window on the passenger side. And even have me a courtesy call to let me know they were outside. recommend and real definitely use them again.

Well I have spent two days calling around the permian basin checking prices and availability --In the hopes of finding the best price on a new windshield for my vehicle; And my conclusion is "WINDSHIELDS Etc." Beats everyone one price hands down, You can go to them or they'll come to you, and got me in on the same day I called YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Got the runaround about why they haven't replaced the glass in my semi nearly a week after I ordered the glass. Sat my truck half day on Friday waiting for these clowns. Called to reschedule for 1st thing Monday morning. Was told no problem. 1pm Monday afternoon they finally show up. Their reason is it's too cold for the adhesive to work. The only problem with that lie is my truck has a gasketed windshield. NO ADHESIVE REQUIRED. I'll drive to El Paso before I use Windshields Etc again.
