From start to finish this experience was by far the best. Done in a timely manner and customer service was so professional.I give them a 10 across the board. Price didn t break the bank either.No complaints at all.

Went in to get my windshield replaced today and the technician who replaced my windshield cut my interior pieces with a razor and also broke some of the clips that hold my cowl down and didn t bother to tell me before I left until I saw it myself.

Very friendly and knowledgeable workers. Loved my glass shower door. Everything was just how I wanted it. The next day after install we had a slight problem with our glass shower door shutting right. Called them up and they very understanding and came out right away to get it fixed. I would use them again for sure.

It took a long time from initial consult to finish. It was a bit pricy, but I needed the door done. The admin on the phone was very rude when I asked her about their warranty. Her response was "Oh, Lord Jesus, she wants it in writing". Pretty unprofessional. But the door was installed and seems to be working well for one week now.

These guys are very responsive and true to their word. I contacted Will explaining to him I needed a cracked windshield replaced asap in order to pass state inspection. Although they were super busy he made room and squeezed me in near closing time. The tech who came was very professional and courteous. I valvue service like this and encourage anyone with windshield issues to look no further then the Glass Doctor.

Had to get a windshield replacement on my company truck. Super easy getting an appointment that fit into my schedule. They got me in and out quickly, explained the process and aftercare for my new windshield, and had an excellent price. I'm also very happy with the warranty that came with my new windshield. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Thank you!

I loved the customer services they provided from beginning to end! The ladies on the phone where always nice and helpful! Once the glass doors had finally arrived they where prompt to get them installed, unfortunately the doors that was order where not going to work out. They went above and beyond because they took the time to explain to me why it would be better to change the style of the doors, during this time they stayed positive and actually put thought into what would work best for me. They could of just put the door that where order and left but no they took their time and did what was best!!! Manny thank you for all your kindness and professional work!

I ve called Will on two separate occasions while in Odessa visiting home. First I needed a windshield for my truck, he was prompt, did a great job, and got me back on the road within an hour! Second time my husband needed a windshield and a side window. Again he was there within an hour, finished the job quick and with awesome professional results. I ve never had such great customer service in addition to a job well done with prices that can t be beat. Great work, awesome job, and the best people. Thanks y all!!

They were very helpful finding the cheapest way to replace a window on my motor home. It was an enjoyable experience and worked out well. I highly recommend them for any glass needs.

Terrible customer service. I made an appt for someone to come give me an estimate and he never showed. I called him the next day and asked what happened .He says he sent someone else in his place who never showed, but would get him out there to meet me. The new guy shows up and I show him a wood window that the glass was broken...no big deal. Then I showed him two Windows that the vinyl window bead needed to be replaced. He said it was nearly impossible to do without breaking the glass, and recommended just replacing the Windows w inexpensive ones they get from home depot .I said fine, write me an estimate. He said he'd have it to me on Monday. Friday rolls around and neither one responded to my calls or texts. I understand when people are busy, but the total lack of communication was very poor. I went elsewhere.

Me and my husband purchased a new door for 5000.00 we were forced to pay up front and told the door would be here in 3 weeks. The door took 6 weeks to show up. After it showed up and was being installed the technician(who was mean and rude) He told us that everything would be hooked back up including the alarm. When he was installing immediately he started saying "this wasn't going to work on that wasn't going to work" So after everything was installed that hinges to the door bent.(horrible quality for 5000.00) we called in and asked them to fix it and they made it seem like it was our fault. The same technician slammed the door open to prove a point and then jumped in his truck and pealed out in the parking lot.(Are you kidding me!?) Now our door cylinder is going bad we can't lock and unlock the door. And they say they won't come because of us!!!!???? What the heck! Don't ever do business here everyone up to the ownership to the techs are are horrible people. Call a different company!

They installed a door after we paid the invoice for $6000.00 but we couldn t get anyone to come out and help fix issues with the lock the company installed . Had to hound them on the phones to get service . They will not take your business seriously customer service sub-par .

I went to replace window on my new Ford explorer. And now the window won't go all the way up. I have to push it out wards for window to fully shut and they didn't want to fix it. They said it was my fault that the door was dented but I have proof and showed them their was no dent on my door but they still didn't want to fix it. Them just walked away telling me I have to fix it myself after the broke it. That they don't do body work only glass. I'm never use them and I'll never recommend them. Their trash

What a vast disappointment. I stopped by on a Thursday and arranged a visit in order to get a quote. Ethan came out and was very informative and professional. I then called Ida at the office to inquire about them matching a competitor's quote. She told me she would get back to me. No answer that afternoon. I called her twice on Friday and asked me more questions and asked a copy of the quote. I immediately sent it. Monday morning I still hadn't received a call, so I called her. She said she spoke to her superior and he advised her that they weren't able to match it. I told her I had been waiting for a decision in order to make my choice and was disappointed that I had to call her. She chuckled and said, "yea, sorry about that". Sigh.If you have all the time in the world by all means work with them. Unfortunately, I do not. I encourage the management to provide better customer service training to the above referenced employee; and mention the effect their communication affects the business, as the company's first point of contact.

1st and foremost the place was wonderful the ladies they were very courteous very helpful very beautiful people everyone there the service was so quick it was like a blink of the eye I said down maybe natty then I have an hour the glass was put on pay for paperwork was done and out the door we were I've never been to a place where everything was done so quickly and professionally thank you so much for your service. i recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs. HAVE A WONDERFUL N BLESS DAY

Glass Dr was the cheapest I found to replace my windshield. I went in a few months later for a rock chip repair and it was free because it was still under warranty. the ladies up front are all very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Glass Doctor not only for their friendly staff, great customer service, fair prices and because you can tell God is the foundation of their business.

I had mirrors put in my truck. The lower one did not fit in the gasket except for one corner. They ordered me another one and called me back up there. At that point they continue to tell me they are tired of customers always wanting something for free. Not sure where he even got that. I paid for glass and installation before they ordered the glass. He said the glass wasn t formed correctly and his installer said they use really thick glue for those. So guess he used too much glue for the mirror to recess behind gasket. He told me if I was a perfectionist and a professional, to do it my damm self. I m 46 years old and never been spoke to that way by any company. I simply wanted a professional job that apparently they could not produce. He offered to break my mirrors off and give me my money back. That just seemed destructive. If you have any issues, do not expect them to make it right. I just kept the crappy installed mirror. Sure wish I had read all the reviews first. Very unhappy costumer here!!!

We took a Peterbilt truck in to have the windshields replaced. We had already purchased the glass from Rush Truck Center, all they were doing was installation. As they were installing the driver's side glass, they pushed too hard on it and broke it. They surprisingly had another glass in stock, and installed it. Problem is they also charged me for the glass after they had broken the brand new glass I had supplied. We talked to the owner to see what we could do about the problem and he told us he didn't need our business and it wasn't his problem. There are better, cheaper places in town to do business, and I will definitely not give any more money to those people.

We are having another problem with our door. The locking cylinder has now gone bad. We ve called them multiple times. They say they re going to come and they don t. I did get a call very quickly from there accountant when we owed on a bill. But when service is needed they put us off. They only care about getting paid. Then they send a guy that looks like Danny Trejo from Machette.... scary. And he s mean and rude.Horrible experience!!! Office staff is rude. They will get paid leave work undone and ignore your phone calls afterwards. So frustrating as a consumer. Don t use them if you can help itJust called them for a service call the hinges that they used bent 3 weeks after install. The guy that looks and acts like Danny Trejo slammed my door and said he s not helping me. Had to call the office. They sent BJ. Much better help. BJ at least shows concern and reassured he s going to help. We paid 5000.00 for a new door and feel very unvalued.

Excellent service and waaaaaayyy cheaper than the competitors I spoke to. I got the windshield that said super duty on it, installed. For cheaper than others blank glass. Anytime I need any glass in the future I'll start here! Highly recommended.

Took the car to get windshield & back window replaced. Both windows were off-centered & gasket around window was not put correctly. When I went back to tell them about my issue, they told us that if it doesn't leak is okay, even though it looks like a 5 year old aligned the window.

Our window in our house was broken exactly 1 week ago. We are still waiting for them to show up to get the stupid measurements. They find ally called today and said they were on their wayWe are still waiting over an hour later and when I called he said it would still be a while. Glad it wasn't an emergency or anything. Extremely dissatisfied!

Had a lot of trouble finding a glass company in Odessa willing to replace broken window panes at my mothers house.I finally received a quote from a competitor for $8,200. This quote was to replace every window and frame with double pane windows.What does that have to do with Glass Doctor? These guys and girls listened to me as a customer. They quoted and replaced the broken panes, (my intention all along).And, there were additional windows boarded up as a temporary fix not part of the initial quote. Glass Doctor worked with my budget and timeframe by coming back a second time for those window replacements.I like companies that listen to the customer and follow up with good work at a reasonable price. That is Glass Doctor..

i had 6 panes of glass replaced in some storm windows, cost of $450.00 , I could have had them all replaced with brand new frames (10 panes of glass plus screens) and shipped to me for the same price. However because i was in a hurry i felt the inflated price was worth it as ordering them elsewhere would have had a 2 - 6 week delivery time. Staff was friendly, and when i explained that it was 140 mile round trip for me to come back to pick the windows up, the owner put a rush on it, and i was able to take them home with me that day, which was really nice. However, 1 of the frames was mangled in the process and i plan on using silicone to seal the leaks, and another of the windows had too large of a glass and had to be forced into the frame, needless to say while i got a really tight seal I'll never open that window again. Really disappointing part was that they had left glue all over the place. But lastly the windows will do the job that i wanted them to do, and that is to keep the elements out this winter and buy me the time till next spring at which time i will replace all the windows in the house.Update, installed the windows, came back the next morning, found that one of the dividers in one window had been installed backwards and it had allowed the glass to slip and crack. I had hoped that the other reviewers were those people that you just couldn't make happy no matter what you did. Unfortunately that is not the case, i would recommend that you steer clear of this establishment.

These people are freakin awesome. Angel was very kind and very helpful. The guy that came out to my work was awesome and did a great job. I highly recommend glass doctor.
