I was struggling with my car for more than a month. 4 mechanics checked it and couldn t determine what the problem is. One of them was Midas and they charged me $85 for diagnostic only and they told me it s the shocks!! And we can change it for you for $1100. So I went to Autuzone and buy new ones for $443 + $230 for installation but the noises were not gone. It makes bumping noises when I drive over bumps. I called Forest Brothers and Gabby answered the phone and I explained to her the problem and I told her I have only 1 hour ( lunch break ) so I need someone to take a look at it. She said I will try to squeeze you in. I arrived and she left her disk and went to talk to one of the mechanics and 2 gentleman came in and took my car and put it on the ramp and it took them latterly 5 minutes and they fixed it. Their names are Jesus and Steven. I can t thank them enough for saving me time and money and they were so professionals and did a great job.

This place went above and beyond what I asked them to do. My tire blew so I had to get a new one. Prior to this blow out my tire sensor needed to be replaced on a different tire. THEY REPLACED IT! and it wasn't the tire that blew!!!! they took my sensor out of the blown tire and put it in another tire so my sensor warning light will turn off. That is amazing to me these guys added more work for themselves and didn't charge me extra. You guys earned it! Thank you so much for helping me out.

Johnny and these guys are awesome. They know what they're doing and got me in and out extremely quick. That was with an alignment and a a bad rip on very short notice. They knew exactly what they were doing and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly with very little notice. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys for any alignment and/or tire replacement.

You can give these guys all the info for needs and wants for the specific tire you need for the application at hand and they will lie to your face and sell you w e they got just to make a sale , took 900$ of my money for a slightly oversized tire and alignment for the front 2 tires to slice my sidewalls and leak air , gave them 2 trys to align it and still failed had to take to another shop to get properly aligned, no compensation was granted back my way , these guys are a bunch of crooks , nice storefront , what a shame it is to have such a beautiful property and shop for it to be ran by a bunch of liars and scam artists

Extremely busy place, but their customer service was top-notch. My truck was leased by my company thru enterprise, so it can be a pain at times with maintenance. With approval process and all I was in and out with fresh tires on my F-250 in 2hrs.

I love this place take all my Lone Star Ice trucks here Gabino on the Parkway store in Odessa is the best always so helpful and willing to lend a hand and the guys on 8th street at the alignment side are the best especially the management guys always with a happy face willing to help us out professional and great attitude Keep up the good work

Took my car in to have an alignment and move some tpms sensors. Guess what they didn't fully seat my right rear tire. Not going back there.

They are really a great business. I would rate them higher and I will continue to do business there. But they replaced the lower ball joints about a year ago. Ruined two front tires. 30,000 miles ago. I just know it wasn't done right. Told the tech it was pulling left. Front end was clunking. Now it's worse. I will get it fixed somewhere else and come get new tires. Charged $800 that didn't fix the problem.

I had just picked up my car in Dallas at the dealership and halfway to Odessa, I learned my lug nuts were all loose and had to hand tighten them. I got to Odessa, and first went to Firestone to have them take a look at and tighten the lug nuts, but they wanted to do an entire diagnostic and take 24 hours to do so. I called Forrest Brothers ahead of time, they told me to come in and they d try to get me in (mind you, they were PACKED). I walk in and they immediately, without hesitancy, tightened all of my lug nuts and had me on my way. Super polite, respectful, quick. I will absolutely recommend them to my family and friends in Odessa!

They did my alignment a while back, car started making a clicking noise. I thought it was my wheel bearings. As I sit down to start pulling apart my rotor and caliper. I see I'm completely missing my camber bolts on my strut. And the driver side is almost gone.This is completely unacceptable. On top of that it looks as though they took a hammer to my camber plates. I'll checking every single bolt and nut they might have touched now. This not what I expected from "professionals."

Service was great. It took a while to get my car back, but wheel alignments almost always take a long time. I have a small car with a steering rack that is hard to get to. They still managed and the car drives great. Great place for an alignment

They said they fixed my tires the first time but i had to go back and get them done again and they were rude about the whole thing even though it was there mistake

In Forrest Brothers 3 times last week. Problem with a trailer tire, under inflation, and a screw in my tire. Service is always immediate, and what a great group of people.

Couldn't get anyone to put my tires on. It was a emergent situation I needed them on our work truck that day! Dave and Shawn were super friendly. Pulled up an hour before closing and they worked me in they addressed me personally by name the entire time I was on site. I was the last customer of the day and ended up leaving my debit card by accident on the counter. I then called the after hours number and was greeted by Luke he was super helpful and came to the store immediately to help retrieve my debit card! Thanks guys just because of the friendly customer service you have earned a repeat customer.

This place is great. I m used to going to Sam s and waiting 20 mins before I even get to talk to someone. At Forest Brothers, I was greated and helped within 30 seconds of entering the building and all 4 tires were changed within an hour! Forest Brothers is my new go to for any of my tire service needs. Thank you for a great experience.

Slowest service in town. Was there early in the morning just to do an alignment and balance. Watched them put it in bay as i left. Came back around lunch time to pick up and it hadnt been touched. And was told the truck wouldn t even be ready that day. It wld be next day. Just for alignment!

The salesperson worked with me on pricing. I had no long wait. My truck was done within 20 mins. The facility had enough bays for at least 12 vehicles. Waiting room was extremely clean and comfortable.
