The service was actually great. An employee named Jose met me at the door, promptly assessed my vehicle and suggested what I needed. The team got to work on it quickly even through plenty of other customers ahead of me. I spent approximately an hour for two rear tires. Excellent work!

The best tire repair and new purchases to go! Customer service and one-on-one learning experience is Great if you have no knowledge or tires/rims and now windshield wrappers. They will let you know what is in your best interest moving forward. They definitely have a young but committed and hard working team over on 42nd. Give them the challenge they need and every day. Yes some might not get it right the first time but there s definitely a learning lesson for them and you as a customer. If not, they will try to make it right! I most definitely will be back in the future.

I bought 6 BFG AT K02's a little over a month ago. They had only filled them to 65psi, I usually run 70psi in my tires, but the tread already look round. On the road these tires were extremely dangerous, the truck handled like it was on roller skates. I lowered the pressure to 59psi, and it got better, but still when there is a blemish in the road or the wind blows, the truck losses control, it is dangerous. I work a lot and finally got time to take it in, the manager basically told me to pound sand because it only had a 30-day return, I missed my mark by 8-days. He then told me that it is a problem with my truck. I have 533,313 miles on this truck, I know how it is supposed to drive. My company will no longer use Discount Tire. I couldn't believe how fast they handled my request for 4 new tires mounted & balanced yesterday. It was like a Daytona pitstop! Incredible customer service and fast results.I'd like to send a special thanks to Dominic for his warm politeness, - really appreciate everything, guys.

Terrible.I have a 738 credit score, and I was still denied a line of credit.im sure I'll have a lower credit score after they ran it,on top of everything else.No missed payments anywhere and never late,but I was denied here.smh

After getting the run around from other workers, he stepped up and took care of my situation with a respectful attitude. If you want good service, and to be treated with respect, ask for Chance. Amazing worker, with a great attitude and plenty of patience.

Had an amazing incident with a craftsman wrench, and happen to be close to Discount Tire. These guys were great, they got a new tire put on after a shirt wait. They even gave ua the wrench when they were done. Always go here when I need help with my tires.

I purchased a brand new set of tires today. When I got my SUV back, the tires and my rims weren't caked in grease. I received my vehicle back in prestine condition.I had expressed to the folks here that I wanted to keep my old tires since the tread was still fairly good on the old set and they gave me no hassel with my request. When they went to put the tires in the back of my vehicle, they had seen there was personal clothing items, so they took the initiative to wrap the tires in plastic so they would dirty up my clothing and interior.I will continue to take my vehicle here because they treat my vehicles as good as they would their own.

This location has awesome employees and each time I've had to come in, they take great care of my vehicle and also are great to explain what they found and how it was fixes! I will always give my business to Discount Tire!

I came in to get 3 new tires put on and i wanted to keep one tire. Then you guys charge even for me to keep the tire. Then you guys put the 245 tire on the front rim while putting that rim on the back driver side. While you guys put the 225 tire on the rear rim on the passenger front side.Then i had to go correct you guys then on top of that the center caps of the rim are ruined and not installed properly and is crooked in there like the hammered it on to hard... omg... very disappointed.. plus when i order the tires you guys never contacted me to let me know the tires showed up... like wow guys... so now that i paid an extra $2.50 for a tire i kept yet now i have to spend around $20-$50 for center caps that you guys ruined.. and almost sent me off down the road with improperly installed rims and tires... makes me think how many people you sent down the road like that. Luckily from the window i could tell you guys put the wrong size tire on by looking at the width difference. .. if i spotted that out. How did your boys not specifically when he put the tires on and can clearly see the rim lip difference... now im going to be worried about driving because who knows if the torqued down the lug nuts right.. geezes guys..

They were able to remove my locked lug nuts with non locked ones, $3 each, and had a text that came to my phone to let me know the progress. They had cold waters in their fridge for customers and the staff was really friendly.

I tried to show up first thing in the morning in the rain in the thought that I wouldn't have to wait long. Well, forty other people had the exact same idea. But guess what? I didn't have to wait long. Even though the line was going out the door, all the personnel we're friendly and worked hard to keep everything moving. It took them no time at all to completely change the tires on my vehicle.If I had to have waited, there's a large work bar with USB and power outlets, which I was glad to see.Again, the people were friendly, professional, and quick. Five stars.

I was there for a flat fixed. That I caught before it went totally flat from an assembly screw for metal roofing. Ended up having to wait about an hour and a half almost 2 hours before I was actually up and running. This location was obviously very busy with many vehicles in the parking lot. This one is located off of 191 and very near seven hotels. That the traveling people and or company people can get things serviced in the event that there's a problem with their tires. Location stayed late open to finish off the vehicles in the parking lot

Got early for a emergency tires change, I witnessed the morning safety meeting that they have every morning, what shows a very safe work environment, I didn't even made to the door and they were outside asking me how they could helped me, very friendly and helpful, I explained my situation to Greg, although they they were fully booked, since I ws earlier and the first the got me inline and started working in my vehicle, Good administration, workers happily doing a great job singing and taking care of business.

Came in to get a flat fixed; since I just got my Durango 4 months ago, the tires are practically brand new. They offered to cover them for me with their road hazard. I went ahead and got them covered. I thought that was nice of them to offer that so now I have peace of mind.

I normally have zero issues with Discount Tire, as a matter of fact I prefer them over others, but this time was different. Waited for an hour and a half while they kept pulling vehicle after vehicle into the bays, even the ones that arrived after me. I finally went in to ask what was going on and the blank look of surprise that welcomed me was not a good sign. One of them had no clue about me and couldn't find anything on me or my vehicle. He found the guy that had originally helped me and even he was shocked I was still here and it took him much longer to find my service ticket than necessary. I'm disappointed to say the least. Normally, once in the bay, for a nail in the tire I spend maybe 10 minutes in the bay, this time I am going on 20 and I have no idea what the guy supposed to be working on my tire is even doing. He seems to be having difficulty and seems to be lost. It's going to be a long day.

Discount tire (191 Odessa Texas) has been the worse experience on getting a set of tires. I ordered tires and wheels back in December 22 and still waiting on the rear wheels I have tried to talk to managers and always get an assistant and still no help keep telling me yes there in I will call you back really great customer service here they definitely will take your money but after this there not worried about there customers. This will definitely be my last time getting anything from this plac

They probably have the slowest in/out rate of any tire shop , workers are running around looking busy but really if you watch they aren t doing anything at all. expect to wait 4+ hours. 4 hours being quick.if you need tires quick , recommend going to forest brothers , was quicker process all around.

Our grandson had a flat near Garden City...he had to have it towed to Discount Tire after opening hours...they were already paid to repair or replace the tire by USAA, as our grandson is active member of military stationed in El Paso..heonly had that day to get it fixed and get back to El Paso.. due to their policies, they would do neither...he found a repaired tire and we went back to have it installed...since it was not their tire and was not repaired by them, they would not replace the tire...we went to our shop and got the tools necessary to replace the tire...with no help from Discount Tire..the tire was replaced..we were able to eat finally in late afternoon before he headed back to El Paso...

Purchased yet another set of quality tires from here, received excellent service, reasonable wait time, (less than 1 hour), and excellent customer service from the staff as usual. Will continue to return about every 40k - 50k miles as needed, just as I have done over the past 10 years. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

I first spoke to Danielle on the phone and he was very helpful, Once there I was helped by Oscar and he was very helpful and professional as well. He got me the best price on two tires for my truck so I could continue my journey without incident. A huge improvement over being lied to over at citrons used auto parts and having the sheriff called on me because i wouldn't take the wrong tires and go.

My hats off to these guys for their continued hard work and patience during all the chaos! Just because of the high amount of customers and vehicles that come through a Discount Tire on any given day - service may not always be perfect. And yes - wait times can be longer than wemay have liked. The limited number of bays does have a tendency to bottleneck the higher volume days resulting in the longer wait times.I was very pleased with the service I recently received. Oscar was a class act and made sure that I was happy with the final sets of tires I chose for my vehicle. Thank you Oscar. The time you spent with me was much appreciated.The five star is for these guys showing character in a high volume, high stress environment and working to provide the best service to their customers.

Big shoutout to Paul for taking care of my tire issue this morning. I had a large nail in my tire, and they were able to get my tire patched, and I was back on the road in no time. Very professional place, would highly recommend.

Always have to wait in line to talk to anyone. Service is SLOW. The employees try and are curteous. The discount process just sucks. Also unless you're getting tires for a car less than 10 years old with stock wheels, get ready for the B.S. they have too many rules regarding "liability" mounting anything other than stock wheels or wheels they sell on store.
