I ve never taken my vehicles here, nor will I start even with them being the GMC warranty third party shop.Just purchased a new 2024 AT4 and I have to wait hours or leave my truck for a simple fix a flat, small screw in the center of my tire.Forrest Bros got me the shop as soon as I drove in practically. Instant service and all of their bay doors were full already.Discount had several open bays when I pulled up and it took 30 mins to even get to talk to a service specialist.

Terrible front-end service. Only one guy working counter with line out the door. 2 or 3 guys walking around playing on computer or on their phone.Need to implement the take a number system, leaving us just standing in line for hours til it's our turn.Made an appointment 2 days in advance. I showed up and they not only didn't have me in the system nor did they have a set of tires I requested. Next time it may be better to go somewhere else to buy another set of tires.

Definitely not going to use this place or suggest it to anyone, someone told my wife it was $25 per tire to mount and balance. Wife takes 2 new tires to have put on and now it s $100 did you balance the tires that were no good too? No wonder all these little rim and tire places are taking your business. You like to scam people. Discount tire is a joke.

Very unhappy been there 3 hrs tired don t feel balanced and the flat tire all they did was move to the front was on rear thought this to be unsafe we will see

Brought a tire since 1:00 pm.. only one tire, left came back 5 hrs later and still haven t work on it.. I like yaws prices but these specific location have bad situation on waiting time. They close on saturday at 5 and they start locking doors 15 min till 5:00 pm. Great location but work on waiting time

I had an issue with one of my tires. Lael was great. He was very polite and gave me possible options for a replacement. The wait was long but they were very busy. Overall though it was a good experience.

the last time i went in and it was not that great, i do not know if their guys are getting complacent or what but 1st they started changing the wrong tire, cross threaded 2 of my lug nuts, did not put my wheel caps back on all the way i had to put them on correctly but now i lost one, and they did not put my lug nut key back in the truck. i was just expecting a better job because im spending almost 1700$ on tires, but i was left disappointed

This has got to be the worst discount tire I've ever made an appointment at. It was scheduled for 11 am and I was told my completion time for a tire rotation and balance would be completed at 1:04 pm. How do you schedule appointments but take 2 hours to pull the car in and complete it?

Dealt with discount for several years and have never been treated so rude and disrespectful as I have today over on 42nd street. Sales associate had.a terrible attitude and wasn't willing to explain the problem. Apparently if you're not going to buy thier warranty he doesn't want to deal with you!

Got my new tires from here. I made an appointment online and was greeted when I got there. Micheal was quick to help. Granted they didn t have many people in lobby at the time. Total 45 mins from when they took my car in to when they finished the job.

GOTO 191 LOCATION. AVOID THIS ONE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!42nd discount tires is the worst. Customer service is atrocious. I had bad defective tires and they did everything they could to make me feel like it was my vehicle. Even after test driving my vehicle as seeing there's absolutely nothing wrong with it, they still believed that after less than 4k miles that my vehicle with nothing wrong with it caused the tire to fall apart as it did. Thier suggested mechanic shop even stated there was nothing wrong with my truck. Even so far as to state the tires looked horrible and was defective.The other discount tires reviewed my tires as well and stated the same, it was the tires not my truck. I will never recommend the 42nd street location. MANY people seemed to have different issues with the staff as well. Horrible experience.

I have been all over the country, and the way I have been treated at this place TWICE is ridiculous.I go out of my way to go to discount tire, because when they patch my tires, it lasts.The tires I buy there, last.But when you get treated like garbage when you drive from out of town 80 miles to get the tire fixed.I would be happy to wait, he tells me "you should go to a tire shop"Don't waste your time here. Both times were very condescending and don't care about people. They hate their job and it shows in the whole place.Both times had to take it to the Chevy dealership, they were heroes and awesome!

Man both stores are slow waited 3hrs for a replacement, get on ur guys that work in the bay if I was manager I would have had everyone on check , 11 vehicles really ? Just slow..And it does not take 1hr to do an all 4 tires and and both fronts on a impala..

I went in this Morning the Guy told me he Couldn't fix my tire that I needed a new one he then charges me over 130.00 dollars when I get there to pick it up my new tire they patched up my old tire and tried sending me off with it without noticing it Watch out for people that do stuff like this Very dissatisfied very disappointed !!!! Scamming people out here shame on yall !

I always come here. But over the 15 years now I have been coming in there if it wasn't for Kai, who i trust to not damage my show cars and always is the first to step up and ask if anyone needs help and gets your work done safely, and quickly. I probably wouldn't waste my time coming into the place and go somewhere else.

We were visiting Alpine from the Austin area when we ended up with a flat tire. We had to spend the last day of our vacation calling everywhere in the area to see if anyone had tires for my car with no luck. We decided to try calling Odessa's Discount Tire (on a Friday from a town over 2 hours away not thinking we'd make it in time before they closed), but luckily Jesus was working and he was willing to help us so we wouldn't be stuck in Alpine over the weekend. I'm so thankful they had our tires in stock because we needed two and for Jesus being so kind to get us in when we made it 4 minutes after closing on a Friday. We had the tires on by 7pm and got home when we needed to be home!!

My car was ready at 5 but it was approximated to take 2 hours so I left. My ride happened to be in a meeting so I called discount to see what the latest I could pick up was. I spoke with Daniel and he said 6 was when they closed several times. I told him I could be there in 10 15 mins. He again said they close at 6. I called my boyfriend to go pick up my car in a hurry before 6. I met my boyfriend there at 6:30 and ALL of their doors were open and full of cars. Pretty sure they won t be leaving until 7 or 7:30 yet Daniel kept saying 6 o clock. Thought it was pretty rude that they weren t willing to stay and they had 5 cars still in their shop.

Worst place to get a tire repaired. For a simple screwhole they wanted me to wait allmost 2 hours and 1 hour would have been after hours for a job that should have taken less than 5 minutes.

Salesman was very detailed and friendly. He did not try to sell me the biggest and the best. He was more interested in details and what I needed based on my driving needs. I was there about an hour.

5 stars when you schedule an appointment. If you're just walking in, be prepared to wait for quite a while. They're super busy all the time! Great customer service and took care of all my concerns!

Made an appointment for 10:30...got left standing in line for 15 min.....was still waiting at 11, when I finally just left. There's no point in making an appointment if they just let people walk-in and get a spot in front of you.
