What a bad store the night manager was super unprofessional was acting super smart and hard. Was worried more about letting her employees know she was cool than about the customer getting what we need

Ren� J & the lady manager were so helpful & kind. They helped us locate the proper windshield wipers & taught me & my daughter how to install them. Thank you for helping us! Our user manual did not have the sizing, and they quickly found our proper wipers on the system. In and out within minutes.

Not bad if I'm grabbing off the shelf. Staff really needs to learn how to use their system and stay up to date on new products. The guy helping me insisted what I was looking for didn't exist, so I went to Advance across the street and the guy there knew exactly what I was looking for. Bottom line Autozone needs to train their staff better.

This place is amazing!! Rene helped me out wit my battery and installed it for me such a gentleman and by far the best worker I ve seen at this location I been coming here for a while with my husband, even my husband saids when I go to autozone ask for rene he s the best and will get you in and out in no time!! Thanks rene your an amazing worker!!!

Love how helpful, attentive, and polite they all are! Need a new steering wheel cover because the old one's grip is gone? Need to glue your reaview mirror back on the windshield? Need engine cleaner after a rainy day? They got you! Shout out to David!

Great place to find anything for your vehicle. Service usually good but it was laking on my visit. Had to put the battery in my self.

I use them alot for oil filters, oil, air filters, antifreeze coolant and just recently got a new battery from them. They were cool about it and got me in and out fast. They had someone change it out for me in their parking lot so that was cool.

Went inside there today at 4pm there were four employees in store that I saw. No one greeted me. Got in line to get help for parts numbers. Stated to another gentleman in line that I was waiting for help.There were two other people in line to cash out, no one was at the computer terminals. Two cashiers, one employee in the back, and one standing at the counter like a customer with a can of compressor oil in her hand. Waited 5 more minutes, no one acknowledged me, so I left and went across the street to O'reillys.

All assistants were busy (2) with other customers. Finding your desired purchase, no one to operate the register. No greeting, no "be right with you", no thanks for choosing Auto-zone- I just put it all back on the shelf, walked out, still no one looked up to care. Does management think this builds business? Or, What Management?

Always nice staff who are very helpful. Sometimes a wait but they acknowledge you and show you the same level of service so it's a pleasant experience instead of feeling ignored.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst AutoZone I have ever been to. I purchased a transmission ($2300) and was told it would take 3 days to come in. I called to verify the day before pick up that it would be there, I was told it would be. I live an hour from this store. I arrived at the store on pickup day only to find out it wasn t there. The staff couldn t tell me when it was coming in at that point. I called repeatedly over the next week and finally got a delivery date, 2 weeks after the original delivery date. I picked it up and returned home only to realize it was the wrong transmission. I called to verify there wouldn t be an issue to return it, manager said there wouldn t be a problem as long as it wasn t installed. I brought the transmission back to the store and attempted to return it, no luck. The crew members couldn t authorize the return, only the store manger could. The store manger was not around and nobody had any authorization. Correct me if I m wrong but shouldn t there be someone at the store at all times with manger authorization?!?! If not, then this is just terrible customer service. I was told I would need to come back tomorrow morning to get this taken care of. My opinion, if Autozone truly had good customer service, they should take care of their customers regardless of the hour. You shouldn t make your customers attempt to get service based on your managers convenience. Thanks for reading

Went to get a battery and it said it was in stock online. I went and looked around and couldn t find it, I ask if they could pull it up and the guy looked at my phone and said that they didn t have it. I told him it was in stock online and showed him the part number and he asked about car. After I told him the make and model he said there was no battery available for my car, and told me to go look at the 42nd street Auto-zone, frustrated I left. Later that day I returned and asked a different employee about the battery and he didn t type it in the computer either and told me to just go look on the shelf, no assistance at all. Frustrated and not receiving any help from these people I drove to the 42nd street Auto-Zone, where I showed them the battery I needed and they went to the back and brought it out, and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Don t go to the 8th street Auto-Zone, take the extra time and just go to the 42nd street Auto-Zone!

Went in last week, the tall gal there Candy was very helpful and patient. She took the time to look up the part I needed. She went out of their system to find the part and then found it in the system. This was second time in 2 weeks being in the store. I started to not come back after the first time the tall older gentleman with glasses was rude and tried to send me elsewhere the week before. Her and the store manager, the spunky loud latino gal Lesly, actually helped me find part AND tool I needed, and seemed very knowledgeable with car parts. Candy started helping me found my part, and Lesly took over because Candy had to deliver a part Lesly said, but she helped me get the tool I needed. Before, I stood in line and watched them working before being helped. Lesly, I might add was actually saying welcome to Autozone, get in the zone. The mask Candy had said get in the zone. I took notice because I've only heard it on the commercial.They, along with the young young kid Jose were courteous and smiled and worked quickly. You can tell the employees you have at this store love their job. They go above and beyond and deserve recognition. I'll be back and will tell my friends to go in to the store on 8th street. Keep hiring people like you have, makes an old man like me life a little easier.

I needed a new battery as I was passing through town. Oscar was friendly and showered outstanding customer service. He changed out my battery for me and dealt with my lame jokes. A+++ service. Thanks

My cars lights and hazards were randomly turning on and off. I called multiple dealerships and the quickest they could even get it in for a diagnoses was ten days, which was a problem considering I had to go out of town in two days.I tried O'reilly and they said they couldn't run a diagnostic check without a check engine light. I decided to go Autozone to buy a backup battery charger in case the battery died on my trip, but Rolando one upped that... he solved the problem and saved our trip. I described my problem to him and he didn't have an answer initially, but he went out of his way to look it up online. He also ran a diagnostic test to ensure there wasn't anything else going on. He was very thorough and he fixed our issue for $15! It saved us the headache, time, and money of going to the dealership. Great customer service! Give Rolando a raise, if I ever have a problem with my car now I am going to autozone before doing anything else.

I enjoy going to this auto zone, I was helped by the young gentlemen Quavo. He was very knowledgeable about cars and was very kind. He will go out of his way to help you and makes auto zone a fun place, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

I was having starter problems with my 1978 Chevy truck, so I came in to see if they had a new one. They did! I brought the old one in for a core exchange, and carried in out back for the pretty lady behind the counter, since it was all greasy and I didn't want her to muss her nails, when we saw this coon riding a bike to beat heck, being chased by a dot head with a pistol! Holy crap man, the spook sorta fell off his bike pulled a gun, and the dot head just aired his black ass out, it was the trippiest thing I've ever seen!Since we never made it to the dumpster, I got to keep my core starter, which was cool.

Even though there is an Auto Parts store closer to my home than this one. I still choose to go to this Autozone. Store is always well organized and clean and staff always provides the best customer service than you can get.

My dad doesn't know English orileys would not check our battery so we went across the street to this AutoZone on 8th street . the manager Rolando help us with everything we needed and installed our battery and even told us to call the store if we needed any help he would be there till 4 .. Now thats service......
