Wouldn t go back to this place again this is the second time I use this place. The first time they lost my license plate and this time I m missing a molding from my bed and turns out i have a flat. That screw wasn t on my tire. They told me that they were gonna take a week and after 6 weeks I recibe my truck they didn t even take the time to clean the glue that the sticker left in the window.

This is my second time bringing this body shop a vehicle the first time it was hard getting answer from them on the progress and now they have my truck as I'm writing this review there secretaries have given more info then the ones that should be talking to me I've been told that they'll call me back still waiting for that call. I'm in a rental vehicle that is no longer covered by insurance so I'm paying out of pocket there customer service is and has failed me and others. Once I get my vehicle back I won't be taking any of my vehicles there ever again. Yall as a company screw people over and leave them hanging but yet when it's time to pay yall don't have a problem taking my money and insurance money.

Would not recommend to anyone kept my car for three month and put so much miles on it when it s supposed to be repairing..gave us our car back with dead battery, didn t even offer to change the battery and no gas and you guessed it didn t offer to fill . so unsatisfied..

I was told it would be 7 to 10 days to repair the damage on my vehicle it has now been a month and a half I can t get anyone to return a call and word of mouth is the best advertisement and I have nothing good to say

They took 4 months to fix my car and still when I received it, it was full of hail damage!!I called to ask about the hail damage and they said, it must have slipped from us calling you because we had a list of the cars that received hail damage to let the owners know. They are rude and unprofessional!

ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!! Do NOT take your vehicle here for repairs!! They do not answer their phones,they are very very rude in person. They kept delaying when my car was gonna be ready & acting like people got all the money & time in the world to be having their vehicle pushed behind. I will never ever recommend this body shop. & the lady at the front desk is absolutely rude & treats you like you are annoying to her. STAY AWAY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Greg has set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. Greg and the team at All American collision have repaired cars for me on more than one occasion, the last one was from massive hail storm damage that almost totaled the car! When they were finished the car looked like the day I drove it off the lot new! They were professional, they clearly communicated the details of my car repair, and kept me updated throughout the process, and my car was finished in a timely manner!They have earned our repeat business, and I would gladly give them six stars if that many were an option!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First time to use this business. Came highly recommended by 2 friends. Someone backed into my 18 Acura MDX left front fender. When I arrived I spoke with Greg. He looked over the car and worked an estimate up. He also arranged for a rental car. He told me the repairs would take a week. After 4 days I get a call the car is ready. Cannot tell it has had any damage. Paint match was perfect. Thanks for the quality repairs and top notch service.Service: Painting

Unfortunately I had a minor wreck. All American was highly recommended and I m super impressed with their work! They kept me updated on my vehicle through text, and phone call, hunted down my rare rim and tire, and treated my vehicle as if it was their own! The repairs did not take long at all they got right down to business! When I went to pick up my vehicle it was cleaned outside and inside almost a full detail cleaning! I am very pleased leaving my vehicle in their hands.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Went in for a Quote to paint my truck as website states free quotes and the employee Jessica A was so rude saying it will take 1.5 hours to quote me and she wasn t gonna do it unless I actually get it done . So I continues to ask nicely for a actual quote and she was raising her voice saying good day Im not going to argue. I just wanted a quote as the site says Free Quote her boss then nicely came out and told me they don t do full paint jobs and I shook his hand and said thank you. And she continues to yell out Exactly! Lol she didn t even know they didn t do full paint jobs.

They did a great job on my suspension and what I liked more from this place was how i didn't have to keep calling how my truck was, Jessica called me day by day to keep me updated. My estimator Tristian provided a great experience as well as the manager Greg Thomas. They got my car in and out. They were easy to reach anytime I had a question or asked for any updates. My 1500 Dodge RAM was there since April 2022 until September 2022. The Insurance always paid on time. Today I picked up my truck. When I left my truck there the tank was full of gas. From the first contact on the phone I knew my experience would be a great one. I had the best possible interactions all positive friendly and super professional. I was contacted and updated throughout the process. Karen made my experience worry free and easy! Of course the truck looks great and I m pleased with the aesthetic outcome. Jessica said my car would be ready Thursday. Thursday comes no phone call so I call them, they say Monday it should be ready. I call in the Monday morning and she wasn t sure if it was ready so that she would call me back. An hour later I call back, it still isn t painted. they lack communication, this wouldn t have been a problem if they called and updated. what s the point of setting a deadline if you re going to miss it not once but twice. Definitely wouldn t recommend being your car here. very unprofessionalService: Body & Trim

Front bumber and hood damage, was told that they would order my parts and to drop it off the following week Monday since that when they would have the parts, I called back that Friday hoping it would be ready and they informed me that the replacement hood came in damaged and they needed to order a new one which would be in the following Monday (7days in the shop at that point) I called back Wednesday to see if my car was ready but the second hood had came in damaged and was expected to be repaired and painted by Friday which was then told to me that Monday (14 days in the shop) would be when it would be ready, I just got off the phone and was told the hood had not been painted yet and maybe Wednesday would be ready. If all goes as planned I would be without my car 16 total days and it would have been 23 days total since the photos as well as the parts were ordered. Never do I get a call with updates I always have to call and ask which they don't keep up with either would not recommend if you need don't have rental car insurance and are expecting a quick repairService: Body & Trim

This shop has great customer service. Especially a gentlemen named Steve. He was extremely friendly and helpful towards the whole process. Not only did the shop do a great job on my 2011 Silverado but was fast to complete the job as well. I definitely recommend this body shop.

A word of warning to anyone who is needing automotive collision repair done in the Odessa Texas area: DO NOT use All American Collision Repair!The office personnel are very nice and polite when coming up with inventive excuses for the reasons for delaying the return of your vehicle.I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for repair through my insurance company in July of this year. My appointment was scheduled for August 16th. I was given an initial estimated time frame of completion of 1 to 2 weeks. It is now October 12th and I have yet to receive my vehicle.My insurance company allowed a gracious 30 days for a rental vehicle. Since the 30 days expired, my family has had to make due with one vehicle which has proved to be stressful at best. I have since been given 3 new dates of completion which have all gone by. Throughout all of this, I have been given various excuses for why my vehicle remains in their shop. These reasons include the painters dent repair sublet allowing my vehicle to sit, untouched, for 2 weeks, waiting on parts, am attempt to blame my insurance company for taking too long to adjust the claim (which I verified was not true) and other excuses such as "the only guy that we have to install the rear window was called out on an emergency job".I have reached the limits of my patience. If I do not have my vehicle in perfect working condition by tomorrow, I will be speaking with my attorney regarding my legal options. It has taken almost 2 months to complete an estimated 1-2 week repair. All with very little correspondence and no apologies from All American Collision and Repair. I understand that things happen and that there will be set backs. This has become beyond ridiculous.There are far too many locally owned and operated businesses that have great reputations and provide outstanding service. Please don't make the same mistake that I have made.

After getting in a Accident i called All American Collision and received professional service right away. My vehicle was only down for a short amount of time even after finding damage that the insurance company missed.The Manager stuck to the date that was given getting me back into my ride ahead of time with Excellent Care and Consideration.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

David the Rep. Doesn't call you, you have to call him. The manager was super Rude and they had my car for over 10 days without fixing it. Even tho they had the parts ordered and they cashed the insurance check. I would never ever go back to the for any repairs or to purchase a vehicle!

Worse experience of my life. Took them over a month to finish the job. They constantly pushed back ETA for a whole week. Was told it was to be washed and detailed for 3 days and when I get it back it's dirty. Had to replace windshield wiper reservoir and didn't even refill it with window wash fluid. It cost me $10,000 and couldn't even do that as a courtesy. The staff acts like they have no idea the how far along the vehicle is to being ready as in no communication between departments. No deadlines, no urgency, didn't call me back with news like I had asked. Just all in all unprofessional.

Jessica Anchondo has horrible customer service and communicative abilities amongst her team members. Here is my story thus far.When I brought my vehicle in for pictures, of the exterior bumper that was hit, a bumper I had removed myself and thoroughly noted each part which was missing with Jessica, she made me a bid. All good so far.I get a call the next week to come in the following Tuesday, and that my vehicle will take a few hours to be repaired. All good still.I come in Tuesday and Jessica leaves me hanging for nearly 1 hour before leaving for the day. I wait another 45 mins before being told that my part isn't even in and they are sorry.I get a call the following Friday after reaching out to her and am now told Tuesday again, but this time it may take a few days.A few days, for a plug and play bumper? This isn't what I was sold or told and now she refuses to even admit the inconvenience.Terrible professional. I recommend her supervisors address the issue.

I highly recommend using Great American Collision Center. Tristen was so professional and assisted me with his thorough research and knowledge on fixing my Toyota FJ Cruiser!
