I would like o thank Pete and Ruben for their help this morning. I came in with an issue with my Chevrolet MyLink. They were helpful and very kind. Ruben was so patient and took the time to resolve the problem. This kind of customer service is rare and I appreciate it so much. They represent your dealership well.

I have a brand new truck. So far I have two major issues on the motor with cylinders, lifters and bunch of other issues. It's been in this shop for 2 weeks and we are from another state. After they put it back together they have no answer as to why it runs real rough. They said they would look at it through the night. But did nothing. They gave us an excuse as to saying that the people who are working on it are from out of town... Like me. When I got there the following morning I asked what has been done the guy says I don't know I texted them but they didn't answer and no one left any notes or anything. So now I'm sitting here waiting for the out-of-towners to come work on my truck. I'm at their Mercy that's what I get for buying a Chevy truck

Every time when I calling ask my car status, the front desk told me that the guy will go check it and return my phone call but turns out that they never ever Call back.
