Orrin was so amazing and made the process so easy. He answered all questions and was so patient with my family which is a tough thing to do lol. I don t remember the financial guys name but he was also great! He was fun to talk to and made the signing/payment process fun! So glad I chose to buy from you guys. My Sales Person Miguel R. was amazing. He was listened very well at what i wanted and needed. He was fast pace and did not haggle me for other vehicles that would benefit him or the dealer. I definitely recommend the dealership and the sales person.

I got some work done on my headlights. Nick from the Collision center handled my issue in the best way possible. He was very courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to successfully address my problem. The work was beautifully finished in a timely manner. Actually, this is the second time that he was able to help me exactly in the way I needed. I formed a favorable opinion about this place mainly due to this one person's skillful customer care. If you are ever here, ask for Nick!

Took my car in for a service here because I had an issue with the convertible top and didn t know what the cause was. Honestly the type of problem I had, I thought my car would be in there for AT LEAST a month or two. They solved my issue in less than a week . I was very impressed, Happy I can drive my car again. People up front made it very easy, and are very friendly(forgot the names I m sorry) . Just a great overall experience for me here.

We had a really great experience at this dealership. Everyone we encountered was respectful and you could feel they actually enjoyed their job. Ozzy made sure our new car was something we really wanted and helped get us in that car in whatever way possible. You could tell he knew the product he was selling. Jesus from the finance department was very friendly and made the process fairly easy. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Super grateful for everyone who made our new purchase possible!!

I dont know why I waited so long to come and get service here. I live in Midland and have always used the Midland dealership (and have not had good experiences there either) Since I work in Odessa I decided to try them out. Best decision I made. I called and they actually answered the phone and Sammy was so helpful with information. Then I show up at 4:20 on a Thursday afternoon to get my oil changed and they welcomed me and said they would gladly get it done! I did not get the gentleman s name but I wished I would have. Everyone and I mean everyone, even the young lady who took my payment, was so nice and helpful, it was completely different experience from what I have been dealing with for the last 3 years in Midland. Will definitely be recommending and using Odessa Chevrolet from now on!!!

We called Joe Rey early on saturday morning, about 9am by 11:00 am I had already gotten the value for my trade in and what cars he could help me get into that worked with my preference and budget. We went in at 2 and were out by 5pm with evreything financed and signed. I know it seems like a long wait but honestly that was from looking at the car and test driving it, that was maybe about a 1.5 hour wait for the finance dept, but they did have a full house this saturday. So compared to may other dealerships I have dealt with I would highly recommend this one, honest and upfront with price, no haggling they are polite, kind, and inviting. Call Joe Rey if you ever need to buy a car!

Lawrence was very helpful..he answered all of our questions and when we finished with the financial worker he was there to meet us by our new car and helped us install different apps. He didn't leave our side until he showed us how to work the apps making our experience great.. Guy did an excellent job

Not a fan. Took my brother there because he wanted to get a truck. We understand he is a first time buyer but Ford works better with younger buyers. He automatically talked down to my husband. We are college students and we were being respectful. We are asking question that are important and didn t care to sell a car to us or anything. He couldn t find a truck and left to look for it, and he took awhile and we decided to leave. Don t talk down on young buyers, we don t always dress nice or look old enough but but we are here to make business.

Oil change service with tire rotation was great. Completed much sooner than expected!! Pete was very helpful and courteous and explained how my Chey rewards worked. I didn't have to pay anything for the Service as I was able to use my rewards! I am very happy with my vehicle purchase and will be back for future services as well.

Showed up to dealership and Axl the salesman offered to help us find the car we were looking for. He got us the keys for a test drive and we were signing papers within an hour. They offered us some options but did not try to push anything on us. Axl was great. He answered all our questions and wasn't pushy. Got the car we wanted at a good price. All in all a great experience.

Im usually pretty happy with service. But they didn t check my tire pressure right ..they my have check two tires but the other ones weren t checked i had to go back and have them air up my tires. Makes me wonder if the other things where even checked at all.. i could see from the waiting room that my oil did get changed. So i wasn t worried about that. But if i didn t see it being done. id be worried that they didn t even do that either, if they didn t check pressure when they said they did. Early morning oil changes should be on point I would think..

Went in for an oil change, and that s all you get here!!! I m used to getting all the fluid levels checked and that includes differential and rear axle and air filter but down here they don t do any of that!!! No sicker on the windshield to let you know when the next oil Change is!!! This is my first and last visit to them!!!

Fast service and a Great Price ($87) for an oil change on a 2023 Suburban. Nathan Ochoa greeted me after I pulled in and got me taken care of without an appointment. Keep it up!!!
