Went in to see the price for an oil pan. The staff was amazing and super helpful. They get a 2 star cause it was so freaking cold in the store I had to go outside to warm up. It was so cold I didn't want to stay in there. That can't be right. You have great staff. How can you let them suffer like that. That staff deserves 5 star but corporate could do better I even spoke with the manager about the cold. She couldn't do anything about it,the heater is broke.

Automotive maintenance is always costly, the more luxury the more the ticket price goes up. I found everything I needed at competitive prices, customer service was on point

Thank you guys for putting my blades in my wippers.the guy who helped me was very good.he told me .sir get the warranty for 2 years.because it's West Texas .you go through blades like underware .he is correct the sand and dirt here is bad .so again thank you.

Online it said they had the part that I was looking for, but when I arrived, they did NOT have the part. Very frustrating and a major waste of expensive gasoline!!

Around 9:30 or 10:00 am on today 03/30 came in to get a screw for the bumper on a 2018 Corolla the gentleman at the front counter was amazing they were out of stock for I needed. However he took the time to come outside and found a screw that fit. Also I needed a battery for the key fob and even put it in for me. I m from South Carolina came to visit my son. I truly appreciate the GREAT customer service and prompt service.

They got the part I needed and put it on for me. Thank goodness because it rained today and I was needing a fuse for the back window wiper. For some reason, mine was missing. Very pleased with the service I received!

Very patient and down to earth knowledgeable of parts. The employee that helped us out the most is name Shane. He deserves a pat on the back. We needed a battery for our truck. I was trying to get the 25% discount to work on my app. I was going to pay for it and pick it up at the store. I couldn t get the app to work with me that day. We called him several times and he was very nice. We ended up having to do it all at the store. Shane helped us with fitting the correct battery and the discounts. Anyone else would ve already been frustrated with us. Lord, knows I was but not Shane. He was calm and patient. Good job! You have a great employee with wonderful customer service skills. Thank you for helping us out.

I was in and out on minutes. Always got the part I need in stock...or at there other store in town. Safe effective worry free checkout. Very reasonable prices, great selection of inventory. I highly recommend this company for your automotive repair needs. Great job team Advance Auto Parts. Thanks.

Great price on a Alternator a great service with the manger on 3 / 18 2022The other one working that night was hiding in the restroom the whole time only showed up after about 10 min plus he was no where to be found ever called out to see if he was going to help or not what a bad employee he is

This store used to be good, but last night they lost my business because of a very disgruntled employee. I guess she really hates her job or something but it's no reason to take it out on customers. There was only one other customer in the store and he seemed to be waiting on something at the counter. One employee was assisting someone outside. I waited a few minutes at the counter and eventually this very sour faced lady comes out and asks if I'm ready in a disgusted voice, as if my wanting to purchase something was ruining her day. I left the $50+ worth of merchandise I was about to buy and went down the road to O'Reilly's. They were packed but still managed to treat me with respect, as if they actually wanted my business. I'll just stick with them from now on.

Bought 2 wipers for front windshield of my car for $11.99. Walked outside to put them on the car & never left parking lot. 20 min. later realized I needed a rear wiper. Walked back in & got another & they'd raised the price already to $12.99. Asked them to honor original price & Mgr. Brandy, said "NO!! I Changed the price while he was gone!!" Not the way to keep customers!!I think I'll go buy my parts @ Auto Zone or O'Reilly's!!!!!!!

I've only been in Adcanced Auto a few times and always got what I needed. Never a disappointment with the parts specislists. Thank you, Elvis, for your help! Not only did she point me to exactly what I needed. She provided me with first hand knowledge on how to do the job and what to expect.

Some staff are friendly, however they didn't know how to put my windshield wiper on my truck, the one who knew a lot reminded me of a headmistress, wouldn't want to mess with her, however she did know what she was talking about

Got a bad battery from them, 4 months ago. Took it back and they replaced it on the spot!!! Will always use Advanced Auto for all my truck and car needs!!! GREAT STAFF!!!

Just a quick in and out for an oil filter. They were helpful in telling me how much oil truck takes as I had only had it for 3 months and didn't know oil change capacity

Horrible customer service very rude staff. I m sure this is all result of horrible management. Avoid at all cost. Go to the O Reilly s down the street much better

Used to be my #1 go to place for all my auto parts, but in the last few years the customer service has gone down the drain, I think they should screen or test there applicant better b4 hiring. I'm only speaking for the 42nd St. location.
