Horrible workmanship & professionalism. Doesn t show up when he says he will. Jordan shows up with no ladder or materials. He wants money upfront to buy parts. Jordan s installation of rearview camera is totally messed up. He took with him the old camera and probably sold it somewhere. Ask for a large price tag for work that he doesn t do. never called or showed up some days. Beware and stay away from this guy!

Unfortunately I also have a bad review on Jordan's RV. After putting in a new air conditioning unit in our RV, my husband asked him if he would check out the roof for any bad places. He stated the trim around the corners on the front of the RV was bad and needed replacing. He stated he would order it for us and deliver when he received it. We gave him extra money for the trim and included it in our payment for the unit he installed. After multiple calls and texts over the last two months, and several times him saying he would deliver. He never did even stating we did not pay him for it.. The last text was 2 weeks ago in which he stated he would deliver the trim, he never showed. We know he will never deliver. He is not a man of his word and we will never use him again. To his credit, he did installed the air conditioning unit ok and we have not seen any problems yet.

He did a great job repairing our RV after we ripped off the back wall of our Grand Design Reflection fifth wheel We will be able to take it to a repair shop it s road worthy!! I have before and after pics. He is Very professional, knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him!!

Jordan did a excellent job on repairing my rv today out on a trailride and my heater went out and I made one call to Jordan Rv Repair and he drove all the way to Shepherd Tx and once he completed the repairs to my trailer he Repair 4 more campers that were in need of repairs so 5 stars to Jordan Rv RepairThank you Jordan.

Vernon helped close my electric awning and find the problem. Also inspected my RV roof washed the roof and checked and for small holes in the caulking and repaired. Very satisfied and will use again. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Call him your annual checks, service or any RV repairs.

A full 5 star review for Jordan. He came out same day, quickly diagnosed what I called him for. He also pointed out some poor caulking on the roof. He was able to fix everything quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable cost!

I called several places. One place told me they would come out and then didn t show or return phone calls. Several told me 2-5 weeks Jordan answered and actually offered same day service. I had to schedule for the next morning. He showed up, diagnosed and had my hot water heater repaired in 30 minutes. He was extremely fair on the price. His service was excellent. I have his number saved for future needs.

I called this guy to work on my camper. The roof was leaking after all of the rain, and it was still raining. He came out as soon as we got off the phone and got it fixed and was super quick and nice about everything. Great price s definitely as well. We will continue to call Jordan when we need anything done on our RVs!

We hired this guy Jorden based off his reviews, but now that we ve used him we re not even sure how he has good reviews.Called about a hot water heater needing replaced and he said he would come out the next day. Didn t come out to check it for a week. Then overcharged on the actual water heater by $400 dollars. Which he then rescheduled three times to even install it. When he came to install it he was here for about an hour taking the old one out and then disappeared for 4 hours, came back and put the new one in then duct taped it all up. When he left he said that he would come back and correctly trim it out, but then when asked about it (after already being paid for the install) started demanding more money saying it would be an extra charge. Never once did we think that after $1300 he would leave the job thinking it was appropriate to duct tape the area poorly rather than it being properly sealed off. After arguing back and forth on wether or not he said it would be an extra charge on the day of the install, he magically offered to seal it off for free.We will never hire this guy again. It has nothing to do with money, but about the principle of being a man and finishing up a job the way it should be done, when you said you would. If I could rate 0/5 stars I would.

Vernon saved the day, came out on a Sunday to work on my camper that a friend was using at the county fair . he got us going and a temp fix until he could get the part needed. He was prompt, honest, and knowledgable. we are long time camper owners and know enough to know he was shooting straight and being helpful I spread his contact info all over those fairgrounds !!! Jordan's RV will come to you, and deliver the results you need. Vernon came to our campsite and made arrangements to get the parts we needed. He freely gave advice on additional things to consider. Will definitely call him again when we are in the area!

Extremely pleased with this company and their services. I had the roof sealants replaced on everything up top. And all of the caulking on the slides re-done. The products Vernon uses are very good quality. I would have used some cheap stuff that would not last. He replaced the 50 amp female receptacle that was literally melting while he was there yesterday finishing up. I have more services scheduled with him. Vernon came out to patch a small hole in the roof of my camper and did an excellent job he was done in no time! I mentioned to him I was having issues with my water heater and he looked at it for me at no charge! I will definitely be using Jordan s RV repair if needed in the future!

I'm in need of a few repairs on my rv.I've called several that's listed in Huntsville and Conroe.Vernon Jordan is the one who came out, charged a service fee of $75. I over paid because neither of us had change. I told him just apply the extra to the repair... he agreed .. now he won't return any phone calls. Hasn't done any repair and still has the money I over paid.Never call Jordan's RV Repair.. he's a rip off.

Vernon seems to be pretty knowledgeable about different aspects of campers. We had a leak around our toilet and I don't do well as a handyman around water leaks, seem to make them worse not better... So I had these guys come out and take a look. Seems it was the valve, it is not leaking anymore. Vernon had to order the part, and it took a few days to get it, but seems to be good. We are having them fix the seals around the Fiver as well. If something changes, I will update this feedback.

Our family is new to RV life and over night our pipes froze along with Furnace and stove stopped working. We called Jordan s RV repair and they had somone out within 30 minutes. Vernon was able to thaw out our pipes and get everything back and running with the water in less than an hour. He provided several tips and tricks for winterizing as well recommended best options so doesn t happen again. Unfortunately for our furnace and stove our regulator went out so that part needed to be ordered and to our luck was Out of stock. He managed to find one from somone else and replace ours the following day and we were back to our normal day to day. Vernon answered every and all questions I had, was very patient in showing me how things work and again recommending things we could or should use and dos and dont s in the RV. Highly recommend calling them for any help with your RV!

Jordan s RV is the only person to call for all your RV repair needs. He recently replaced my entire roof on my RV. It looks better than it did when it left the factory. Very professional, fair and does magnificent work. You will not be sorry and you will save money using him over any RV shop in the Houston or surrounding area. Make Jordan s your first call for all your RV needs. Ask him about replacing your small RV refrigerator with a regular refrigerator 3 times bigger.

My cousin and I bought a used RV recently and we knew it needed some repairs, and I also needed to have the power run to the pad where we parked it. Vernon did a first rate job running the electrical power lines to the pad, and he found some electrical and plumbing problems in the RV and repaired those as well. We are thrilled with his work, and highly recommend him..

My heater quit overnight in the middle of a cold spell. Vernon came out immediately and diagnosed the issue, very friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and helped us with the next steps. Will definitely call again when we need help with our RV!
