The customer service was awesome. The only issue would be I had a hard time getting someone to answer the phones there. It took a while to get assistance over the phone

This was the 2nd time I ve had an oil change at Walmart where my car has leaked oil. First time they replaced a stripped plug without telling me, manager replaced it next day. Fine.This time, the seal was broken and again, they failed to inform me. So the next day I returned and Ron told me it was dry down there and promised there was no leak. I told him straight to his face that I did not believe him for I crawled under my vehicle 10 minutes prior and took photos of the leak. I let him know I was not going to be happy if I had to return for a third time. Well, came in again this morning for it was sti with Ron and his manager Dennis. Given a manager was involved I felt assured this was handled.Here we are, later in the day and my car is still leaking. I crawl under and see the seal is broken and has a failed attempt to patch the leak with putty. (Photos included). Thankfully when I called in, Fred was here. I have dealt with Fred before and I truly believe he has his customers best interest at heart. He let me know this was unacceptable and the seal should have been replaced. Not only that but the last guy put a copper seal, not a rubber seal. This was a HUGE inconvenience

Workers' capabilities are questionable. Had a tire changed and the lugnuts weren't all tightened, one loose enough to turn freehand. NOT COOL.

Highly recommend NOT buying tires here and adding the warranty, no matter how good of a deal you think you re getting, because getting service appointments scheduled and completed (and tire issues actually fixed) is all but impossible. Just getting someone to answer the phone to schedule is a pain, just spent 20 minutes on hold hoping someone would answer so I could schedule an appointment to have my tire patched for a second time, because the few times I ve stopped there without an appointment it was clear they were going to make no effort to get my car in. After the store operator answered for the 5th time and said she d page them again I finally told her not to worry about it. I was able to schedule my installation online but I guess that s all that can be scheduled online, so if you re not going to have enough people staffed to answer phones, at least make it possible to schedule another way.

Staff not friendly this day.on paper indicates they ck ur tire pressure and top off fluid levels. They failed to ck tire pressure

If I could give 0 STARS I would! My husband pulled up at 6:20pm because our tire was COMPLETELY FLAT and we barely even made it to Walmart. And the guy with glasses, goatee, older Caucasian man told us they had a car in front of us that needed a tire change and they were about to Close. Even though we arrived FORTY minutes before they close!Do better Walmart!

This place is awesome. They were short handed today (25 Mar 2023). But you would have never known it. They were still quicker than dealerships. Dennis the dept manager was even doing oil changes. That TOTALLY impressed me. Try these guys.

Purchased tires online, and waited for a week for them to come in. Went into the shop to have them installed, and they refused me service.The reason was because they couldn t lift my car without damaging the body. They refused me as a customer because they were incapable of lifting my vehicle. My car is a 2016 Ford Fusion. It doesn t have a bumper kit and it hasn t been lowered. The car isn t close to the ground, I have changed my tire without problem. But these guys, they couldn t get it done.I think that the automotive manager and his workers had an agenda, as they were fully willing to work for the other customers. That happen to be the same skin color as them. Don t be white and expect auto work to be done at this location.Service: Tires

I went to the auto care center to get my driver side front tire replaced and it was super easy and they didn't take much time to work on my truck about an hour and they were very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be back for any future repairs.

I have gone in to buy tires and get an oil change for my truck and each time they were friendly, professional and quick service.The only reason I did not give them a five-star review is because most of the time that I call nobody picks up the phone at the tire and lube desk. Other than that they did a great job.

I told the technician I needed a battery and he checked out my auto for the necessary replacement. He came out with a $129 battery. I told him I had stopped at Sam's club and a technician there told me that Walmart had a $59, $89 and a $129 battery and that he had checked online and that that battery was in stock. The technician said the $129 battery was the only one they had and that Walmart did not sell a cheaper battery for my make and model auto.. I said that I was not calling him a liar but an individual had checked it online just 20 minutes earlier. The technician left and came back a few minutes later saying he was wrong and they had a $59 battery and an $89 battery as well as the $129 battery. I will not be going back to this Walmart for any of my automotive needs.

Few workers. Long lines. Higher than usual prices.Went in for tire replacement. I was told that the 2 open tire lanes didn't mean anything. I would have to wait until the 4 oil chgs got done before I could be served because the 1 guy only took notes & the other 2 worked together on each individual car.

These guys were great, I drove in and as soon as I pulled in they told me they weren t sure if they had a filter for my truck. They checked and luckily they did. Most places won t tell you till after they drain the oil. As someone who worked in the auto repair business for 20 years, that kind of honesty no matter how insignificant it may seem goes a long way. Was in and out within 45 min. O/C and Tire Rotation

Nothing like asking and my history also shows I've always gotten mobile one synthetic 0w-20 also it shows I had upgraded the filter as with this last time I went I did what I always do when the person comes up to check me in I asked for the mobile one synthetic oil change knowing full well it cost more and they have to pull it off the shelf.... So the gentleman tells me after I tell him that and keep in mind he can also see my history when he does check my car in... he had told me that he had to go back inside and make sure it was in stock because he told me that his supply trucks have been running slow or not at all so he wanted to make sure that they had it before they got started and I said that's fine thank you.... Well being in the hurry that I was I didn't realize till I got home and actually went to file my receipt that they didn't actually put the mobile one in they used some oil called Pennzoil Platinum high mileage.... Now I know it probably will not hurt my car at all but my preference as a customer was Mobile One synthetic brand oils which I have used all my life I even worked for them at one point but back to my comment..... I called them up on the phone told them what had happened and they acted as if they didn't do nothing wrong so finally to make a long story short I am supposed to take my car back there per another manager at another local Walmart supercenter and let them know what they did wrong and they should change it out I will update when that happens.....

Not sure how good service would have been because they were not there. The posting said open at 7 am but apparently short staffed. Not sure what time they actually opened.

If i could give less than one star I would. Absolutely awful experience. Went in for an oil change and a headlight check . Completely failed to notice that my headlight wires were SEVERED. I go in with working headlights and i come out without them working. Called and talked to three employees that told me that they don t actually check the headlights. Just the button on the inside to see if it works. This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write. Do not go here. Lost my business and will absolutely be telling everyone I know to not go here. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

They were super understanding when I had to explain that the inside handle on my driver's side door was broken. The gentleman never batted an eye making me feel a lot more comfortable ~

The customer service is always horrible. I try my best to avoid Walmart, but unfortunately 2 or 3 times a year its unavoidable. This trip was no different. You cant find someone to help you, and if you do they act put off when you ask them to do their job.Walmart is one of the biggest corporations in the WORLD! Pay better and you will get better quality workers!

I gave them a 3. Because it states what work was done they vacuum. They have tea in it. I had to ask questions. About the oil change After reading the oil change, I find that I needed a battery or they recommend that I get one. Which I feel they should have brought it to my attention because I stated shoes the mechanic that if he finds something wrong that needs to be done, let me know and we'll take it from there. I didn't read my receipt. Until after I had already left Walmart. I was unsure about my transmission fluid being checked, but the cashier assured me that it was checked. Other than that, I think they did a great job.

I have been coming to this Auto center well over 2 years. The last 3 trips have been horrendous. 1 year ago I bought a battery from here with a 5 year warranty. About 2 months ago my battery crapped out on me. Everything else was fine but the battery was dead and the cap for the battery had been removed. I took it back to have the battery replaced, brought it inside the store with the cap missing and they told me they didnt have the battery but Precinct line does and that they will take care of me. As per the managers order at Rufe Snow. Precinct Line informed me that the missing cap was a hazard, it voided the warranty and that they cannot help me. It took me 4 hours to get Walmart to replace the battery. The last 6 time I have had my oil changed was at Walmart, meaning the last person to work on my car was at Walmart. Today I went in for an oil change and they informed me my battery tie down was missing. I checked under my hood and my battery was hanging off its base, being held up by the positive and negative cables. This is the last time I will go to Walmart for an oil change.

Very rude service department. We called ahead for our young daughter to arrange the tire and service needed. When she arrived a few moments later the employee tried to upsale my daughter and additional $150. She wanted to stop and call her mom because she was confused and the sales person said he didn t have time for that because people were behind her needing service. We had to contact a store manager who then stepped in and got the situation handled. She left and was asked to return at 1200pm for pickup. An hour later and older lady at the counter called and said her battery was dead and needed to be replaced. We have never had any issues with the battery. I called at this point to figure what was going on and the lady very rudely interrupted me to give me her two sense. I have never been treated so poorly but what else should I expect from Walmart. This should had been a very simple tire deal with no issues but Walmart in an effort to upsell my daughter just fell apart. I think I m being treated this way because we called a store manager and asked them to get involved..... pretty sad that they would try to mess up a young girls car to get back at being called out by management

Loved the gentleman that helped me. He called me sweetie. He was very helpful and pleasant. Went at 10 am it was ready in 30 minutes. Sadly the McD inside has mo seating so I wondered around.

I got good friendly help. Staff was very good to me , but...where I come from, I would normally get my windshield fluid filled up and a vacuum out of courtesy. They didn't do it. If they'd have done then 5 . But since I didn't 4 .

Had a 15 minute wait before they even started oil changes. One lane for oil changes and two lanes for tires. Did not have the semi-synthetic like they used to. Didn t see anyone getting tires. A 3 rating is generous.

Fast and friendly, even though I arrived an hour before closing. However, did not put spare tire back where it goes, only takes 2 more seconds to do it right!
