Horrible customer service. Everyone standing around, not having a clue what to do. No manager to be found. No fluids were topped off as asked to be done. Your tech told me I had a transmission fluid leak, only to go have it checked out and turns out it's an oil leak causedby incompetent employees at your facility. Had to go back to Take 5 on Rufe Snow to have the coolant actually topped off. it only had about 1/4" of fluid in there, your employee tried to tell me that it was full. i asked him if he could see the clearly marked fill line and he said yes. i told him that's where it's supposed to be filled to. He said, "oh." There was no windshield wiper fluid added at all. It is completely empty.Super disappointed in the quality of employees at this location.Bring back Ebony. The work was done propetly when she was at this location.Very disappointed with Take 5.These are the pictures your employee took of my "transmission fluis leak".The leak is coming directly from the oil filter.Service: Oil change

First time customer today and I was curious how long it would take for my oil change. All of the TV ads and commercials press how you won't believe how fast you get in and out. Much to my fear, it wasn't a 10 minute oil change experience: more like 30 minutes! There was two cars ahead and one behind. I can't imagine a time when a successful oil change shop wouldn't have at least two customers in line; probably a few more. They put Duramax Full Synthetic Oil in it and that is a cheaper brand oil that I would not have let them put in my new truck, had I not sent my nephew. The price is outrageous for such a brand. There are other mom and pop oil change shops that have a little better price, but often you will spend up to an hour on a busy day. I paid $110.25, after a $7 coupon, for 7.5 quarts of their cheapest synthetic oil for my 5.0L V-8 2023 Ford F-150. That means their cheapest synthetic oil change for 7.5 quarts is a retail price of $117.25. I typically put Mobile 1 Synthetic in all of my cars, but my nephew took the truck today. That would have put the price at well over $130. This would be at the highest--if not highest--price in town for an oil change shop. I won't be a return customer at those prices and that wait time. Hope this info helps you out.

Very quick to service my car. Customer service was on point. Just an oil change but the associate was very knowledgeable on things I needed serviced. Only critique, PLEASE call it a 15 minute oil change! Which is still GREAT!

This place has new people working there apparently. They were so kind this time. They welcome customers with a water' bottle. The lady worked on my truck inspection, oil & filter change, also engine filter replacing and she was professional and excellent to me. The other guy started to help her and didnt ignore that she was working on my vehicle when he had finished his work. It was also time to close. They make a good work team and as a result they provide excellent service and customer service. So, thank you for your good services.

My boyfriend took my car here last Saturday! The guy told him I needed fluids in my car because it was low! That Monday I start smelling a horrible smell! It smelled like someone had farted! 2 days after that my car kept cutting off on the interstate! I called take 5 she was saying something else must be wrong because it wouldn t do that after an oil change! Not to mention my car never had this problem what so ever! Fast forward to today my car didn t even wanna give gas only to find out that there were no fluids in my car! LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER BEFORE!

They are very friendly and usually really fast. When I arrived this time, there were 3 people ahead of me. One guy was doing the best he could. Then someone else arrived to help and the cars were done quicker. No complaints. I like that they give discounts for Veterans and regular customers

My visit was phenomenal. I brought in two vehicles at the same time and both were serviced at the same time. In and outOne of my vehicles came from auction and sat for atleast a yr or close to it. My guys at the Rufe Snow location took care of its needs oil change, windshield wipers, wiper fluid, cabin air filter, engine air filter and more. 10/10 in my bookThanks guys

I go here for my oil changes and state inspections, and they may not necessarily take 5 minutes to get it done, but they get it done well and their kindness and patience is outstanding. I love the service I get there, regardless of how long it takes sometimes. I know they ve had staffing issues, so whomever I do get I m always complimenting, since they are willing to work and get the job done. 10/10!

I have been coming to take 5 since I bought my car in March of 2022 they are the only ones who have completed oil changes on my car, however after what I found underneath my car yesterday, I will think twice before going back.My car has a plastic skid plate underneath that has a bunch of plastic clips holding it up, unfortunately that means the clips have to be removed and the plate taken off for them to complete the oil change.Not only did I find that most of the clips were missing underneath, but they have also used zip ties to tie it up under there as well.I found out about this after I realized my skid plate was dragging on the ground as I was driving my car. I had to put my car up on ramps this morning to at least put in some clips to make it not drag as I m driving. While I m under there I find out that most of the clips were missing. I counted 13 missing but I m sure there was more. Along with parts of it zip tied together.Needless to say, I am not happy at all. And to know that take 5 is the only people who have been under there since I bought my car, Makes this more frustrating.I m not sure if employees need additional training on this type of situation. But something needs to be done. This is absolutely unacceptable.

So I pulled up and they brought me into a bay right away. I waited 20 minutes to be greeted and then they started to work on my car. I saw the tech looking for a new drain plug because they had messed mine up. They didn t tell me anything. I had to ask what was wrong because you don t get a different plug when you go for oil changes. I think they should inform you of a problem if there is one, so you can have a mechanic fix it right and not a temporary plastic plug. Also I had a coupon for $10 dollars off my full synthetic oil change and he scanned it and applied it to my receipt. My receipt said $85 and change but when I looked at my credit card receipt they had charged me the full price and the credit card receipt says $95 and change. I feel Lied to and even stolen from. I have two receipts stapled together with two different amount charges Not good business.

This was my first visit to Take 5. I needed my car inspected & I was greated as soon as I pulled up & was offered a bottle of water. Got my car inspected & it took no time at all. I will definitely go back to Take 5. Everyone was so nice & professional

Very kind and informative about their job. They were polite and respectful. I was recommend Take 5 Oil Change to everyone that I talked to if you need an oil change go to this one on Rufe snow there very good people there.

I waited almost 40 minutes( which i used to eat my subway sandwich i got for lunch)...but once in the bay...it was great customer service fast and they were accurate...I'll be back for my next oil change

The manager or shift leader noticed that my oil filter cap was damaged and needed to be replaced, but she didn t have a spare at her location, so she called around to find one for me. Excellent customer service and I appreciated it very much!

They should charge their name to Take 35. I sat in the garage area waiting over 20 minutes before a second person came up and asked if I was getting an oil change. Not exactly the speedy service I've received in the past. Seems like there's no leadership present.

Very impressed. Very professional and explained everything they was doing Very hard to get to air filter on 2010 Cad and they checked filter and I replaced it..First time oil company checked. I for sure will be coming back

I was absolutely blown away by the service I received. I originally went there to just get my oil changed so I could go get my inspection done. I ended up leaving with my oil and filters changed, new windshield wipers, fluid topped off, my tires aired up, AND my car inspected!!! I didn t even know they did anything other than oil changes! They were so friendly and helpful!! I won t go anywhere else from now on!!

This is the 2nd time I went to them and I should have learned the first time. One day after getting my oil changed my check engine lights came on, I stalled out on the freeway and had to call a tow truck. They overfilled my oil and now my vehicle is in the shop. I called multiple times but they don t have a voicemail set up. I will never take my vehicle back, now my vehicle is not accelerating, it s stalling and smoking out the tail pipe.

I went here several months for oil change and doubt I'll be back to ANY Take 5. First of all, they suck the oil out with a tube rather than draining it out the bottom like you're supposed to. That leaves gunk and junk in the bottom to screw up your engine.Second, while the people were really nice, the woman helping me was OBSESSED with attempting to change my cabin filter. No, I didn't know I had one at the time, which meant the filter was a healthy 12 years old. She couldn't get my glove box open and when she did, she struggled badly with the cabin filter door. I bought a cabin filter on Amazon and easily changed it myself. The cost for me changing? $10.Luckily my car survived and didn't explode or collapse in on itself into a black void, but this place is best avoided.

Only put one screw back on my splash guard after oil change. Had to find out going down the highway in the middle of the night when the car started making a God awful noise due to the wind trying to rip the cover out from under my car.
