I have been to this care wash before and have had great service. My primary reason for going to this car wash is for the interior cleaning. The interior was still dirty had not been vacuumed. My dash had left over cloth pieces and was still dusty. I typically keep a pretty neat car, I just like the new car feeling! I was disappointed in the service from today and tried multiple times to call and speak to someone about the service and no one answered, and the voicemail is full.

Definitely recommend this place for wash and detail.. really well-dry and super clean. It's worth every dime you spend. They also have nice and clean lobby with two comfortable massage chairs. The employees are really nice and friendly as well..

Their short staffed so it took a while to get my car done, but the owner went above and beyond to make it up to me. I'm impressed with her professional attitude, and even after I get my free wash I will be a regular customer here. The work that was done was excellent, my car looks brand new. They also have a comfortable waiting area with big screen t.v.s. free bottled water and coffee.

Be ware!! I paid for a Hand wash, they did not do a good job. There were still dirty spots on my car. A person names Ashley who stated she was the manager, is the rudest person I have encountered in a very long time.She refused to provide her name, I was only able to get her name after asking several of the workers after noticing some damage on my vehicle and requesting to speak with management. I will never spend another dime at this establishment.

Corey did an absolutely amazing job in my car! He took his time and the result was astonishing. The price is great, make sure to tip your attendant well for the work they do.I am shocked at how clean my car is.

Been coming here for years. Ive noticed the quality of their work has been declining to the point that I will no longer be coming back. I would think it was because they were always extremely busy but that was not the case. Busy or not the results are the same. I came here because it was convenient, fast and had excellent results. I think its time for me to find somewhere new.

Oh my goodness! I had overspray on my car after a body shop messed it up in Florida where I live. My husband and I are visiting family and he suggested I take it here! It looks BRAND NEW! Ashely was awesome to work with and can t forget Dina! She wkd ALL DAY ON IT!! 20 stars in my opinion!! They definitely are a very good company start to finish!! THANK YOU!!

Don t think just because they have earbuds in or talking on the phone they aren t doing a phenomenal job. Everytime I ve taken my car here they are thorough and professional. I took some lettering off on my rear and dude took the extra step to buff out where the paint was imprinted. Totally worth the monthly charge to take your car here a few times a month.

I have been going to this carwash for a while now leaving satisfied with the carwashes. I took my car in for a buff and I had an issue but the manager and owner resolved my issue promptly and courteously leaving me completely satisfied with their customer service and with the outcome. I will continue bringing my car here.

We have used this car wash twice. Each time we only purchase the basic $6.99 wash and when the car comes out of the tunnel, an employee comes and wipe your car clean all over. We will invest more on our next trip.

Best car wash in the area. They dry and vacuum your car like it s never gonna get dirty again. I have a monthly membership and I m loving it. Never regret the money I spent on this service!

Went here after a coworker dropped his work truck off. They cleaned inside and outside and used armor all on the inside. Went today to get the same thing and after $60 spent they tell me they dont armor all the inside for that cost, only vacuum. They did a poor job of that too. Manager didnt seem to care. Just lost the business of a fleet of vehicles.

Never going back! My husband had the monthly account and they went up on the price without informing him. Just started charging the new amount. Then today I go and They where supposed to do the tires and they only did 1! They where fully staffed, person on each side of my car! SMDH

I came here over a year ago and was impressed, now I left feeling a little annoyed that they didn't do the best job waxing. Then I get home to find they didn't clean or detail the trunk, it wasn't touched at all and I cleared everything out so they would take care of it. Took my son s truck their for the first time and I was very impressed. My normal car wash place does ok but these guys when a step above for the same cost. I will definitely be coming back.. and so will my family.

6.99 wash gets car clean. They offered all the other amenities. Vacuum, glass cleaner, detail. All good.

The worst car wash I have ever paid for. They did a sloppy job. Didn't do a good job on the inside. Stuff not wiped down. Had to have them re-vacuum and they still didn't get under the floor mats. I will never return to this one unless it's to get a refund.

Absolutely the best car wash in DFW and I've been to almost all of them. Friendly service and a great group of folks that will listen and take great care of your vehicle. Worth every penny. My go to car wash for a quick wash or a full detail. Spent 70 bucks to have inside and out cleaned got in truck back seats not touched and oil streaks all over every plastic panel fron not wiping everything and being in such a hurry very disappointed

The staff was super sweet and the exterior wash was amazing, but what REALLY floored me was their interior detailing. There was a huge stain on my passenger seat that had been there and worsened over the course of a couple of years, and they got about 99% of it out in IMPECCABLE timing. I tried this place after several years had passed and I believe new ownership as well. They now have you sit in your car as it goes through the car wash. I paid an extra $10 to have the dog hair removed and not all of it was vacuumed up. The two ladies worked very hard to remove chalk paint from my front, side and back windows. I did tip them extra because of their effort. However, they did miss a few easily seen spots as I entered the truck. I didn't make a big fuss about it because I was trading in my truck that week and overall they did a good job. I may try them again with my new car and see how it goes.

Since removing the seniors discount has been hard to get a car wash for the price they are now charging, most of us are on a fixed income and are not physically able to do it ourselves, I spoken with many neighbors who have just stopped going including my husband and myself, would love to be able to take our car back, they do an awesome job but the cost has impacted not only the frequency of how often we can bring our car in for a wash but if we can bring it in at all, prayers for the seniors who relied on this service and asking to please reconsider bringing it back, thank you, trying to support our local businesses and have been for many years no longer a 5 star,at best 2 star review, today is March 19th 2024 and after being so long since having our car washed, I decided it was way overdue so I went back to splash and dash and when I mentioned how removing the senior discount day it was difficult to keep coming back,the young lady informed me that they have an early bird special Monday - Friday from 8-10 and it was within our budget, so now we're able to return for our carwash and they still do an amazing job,thank you for helping us continue to support our local business, I will spread the word,back to a 5 Star review

Have brought 2 trucks here for interior/exterior detailing, both have failed every expectation had for being charged $70 each. Take their name literally lol, focusing more on the dash less on the splash. Will not be bringing anything else here as I have given them 2 different chances of a nice detail job and get back to the same thing I dropped off.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Great staff and easy process. My only issue is we left our car with them for 5 days to be detailed and then picked up. When we picked the car up it was still wet so I'm not sure if it was wet that whole time or if they didn't do it until the morning of pick up. But we were having this car shipped (which we told them about) and the processing center turned our car away because it was still wet even though we gave them 5 days to complete..

I had came here with a very dirty car to get a detail seat clean and super clean. Everything was done perfectlly, there were some spots missed, but told the manager, he was super nice and told them to get the missed spots. They did a fantastic job, i highly recommend this car wash. Everyone is so nice was seen right away nd was out within 45 minutes.Service: Auto detailing
