Have been going there 20 years they are no longer competitive on price plenty of other places nearby with much better prices i even brought a competitor coupon hoping for a little break that did not happen, sadly last time they get my business. If you do go there make sure you get the total cost in writting before work starts they soaked me for over $160.00 for an oil change.Beware

The service was! The employees were very polite and I was greeted as soon as I parked my car. I went in to have my car inspected and they were done in no time at all. I was impressed. I noticed that they had a couple of new employees there. I just want to say that they did a wonderful job.

I m new to the area and saw the good reviews! I really needed my state inspection done and it was quick and easy! Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Took about 3 minutes for the 79.99 oil change to become $95 plus. I can't listen to another local mechanic tell me "the dealership overcharges for service". It's an oil change. Just be honest. They had a fantastic opportunity to earn my future business and nickel and dimed me into looking elsewhere. Places like this give auto repair shops the reputation they have. Oh, and to be clear, if you don't want to overpay, you'll be told the standard priced oil change is "the cheap stuff". I wonder why they'd sell oil they don't really believe in, if they aren't trying to pull a fast one. I won't be back. There's too many honest mechanics to spend my money getting taken. Just wrapped up. $119.72 for the 80 dollar oil change.

The associates at SpeeDee in NRH were awesome. They had me in & out of there within 10 minutes but it felt like 5 minutes. The lady who helped me was very nice.

I was treated like I am stupid and a lier. After last service here we had a hard freeze, my washer fuild dash light came on. That indicated that there washer fuild has been water down. The 2023 Ram had only 20,000 miles. Then they told me a nozzle was broken. It was fine before the freeze, then after the thaw out it wouldn't work. They told me Rams r bad about that. Wow.......ok

SpeeDee Oil change on Mid Cities and Rufe Snow is always fast and efficient whenever I go. They also never try to sell me extra stuff I don t need just to run the bill up.

We went there for our car's annual inspection it was our first time there certainly it won't be the last, service tech's were cordial the process fast and easy no hassle. Definitely would recommend.

Senior discount. And the girl was honest and helpful, apparently we didn't realize my mom's truck didn't need an oil change when we took it up there, I didn't think to double check it from mom telling me needs an oil change so we took it up there and gave the girl the.keys and was walking inside when she hollered at us and we came back over and she let esp mom know her trick will tell her when it needs to be changed.

I've used them for oil change for awhile. No problem. Some auto work which seemed reasonable. Unfortunately they have lost my trust with this last thing. I've called 3 different occasions on getting an estimate on changing out my thermostat. Took my info and never called me back. Tried one final time. Had me wait 15 minutes then quoted me $250 higher than anyone else. Just can't trust them anymore.

It's 240pm and the State Inspection machine is down or at least "down for the rest of the day." Took my business to Jiffy Lube and got right in.Make sure your equipment works during business hours or just close.

I went to speed Dee right after work and got an oil change from them because take five and jiffy lube couldn t do it bc my car had a dent in it that prohibited my driver-side door from opening, and you have to get in from the passenger and they came through and did it when nobody else would. The guys who work there are great. Every trip over there, they are nice and very helpful. Almost never has there been a long wait for me, just lucky I guess. But I've been going here for a year or so and not once have I had an issue. Definitely recommend this place for oil changes.

The team here is honest, careful, and quick. They've always treated me well, walked me through any issues they found, and offered a range of services and alternatives when possible. As a single lady in a car shop, I'm used to being hit on, patronized, talked down to, and taken advantage of, but never in all the years of going here have I ever had any of that happen to me. I'm treated like a person, with all the dignity and respect that cones with it. In addition, they truly care about the longevity of my car, as well the safety it provides me. Their prices are fair and their work is very good. I don't trust my car - and my safety - to anyone else.

I've been taking my vehicles to them for years. They're fast, honest and reliable. They will tell you what's due based on your manufacturers recommendations but aren't pushy about it. Ask for James. He has been working there for years. He is a good honest kid and a heck of a good mechanic! They do a lot more than just oil changes.

Great place to get your oil change. I was in and out in 30 flat. They were very knowledgeable and transparent upfront about the pricing.I appreciate the extra care they personally give like the window washing and vacuuming out my car. I loved the overall experience. I wish I got every body name..

They were so kind, I've been to a lot of mechanic shops trying to find one I like, and I will be back. Edit: came home and saw they left my power steering fluid cap off! That could have been really bad. Luckily my husband wanted to check their work.

This shop is so knowledgeable. They persisted and fixed a squeaking belt 3 other places could not. They are extremely honest too. Called us said they overcharged us to come in for a $50 refund. Who in today s world would do that! Not many. They have our service for life. They have done oil changes, tune up, and repairs for us.

For the past 4 years I have taken my cars to SpeeDee Oil Change to have the oil changed and the required state safety inspection. I purchase the Mobil-1 oil and filter myself and get them to do the oil change. Many times they tell me that I don't need an oil change since I've only put about 5.000 miles on my existing Mobil-1 and they rate it as effective for 7,500 to 10,000 miles. They also suggest maintenance documented by the manufacturer for my cars but they don't try to hard-sell if I say "no". I have never had a bad experience at this location and will continue to use their service. Also, the staff are friendly and knowledge and keep me informed as to the status of my cars while being serviced.

All was excellent, the guys were friendly and professional. Their place is super clean and they had our car fixed sooner then expected. This was our first time using Speedee and we will be using them from now on. We highly recommend these guys, you won t be disappointed.
