Major, rip-off and lack customer service. I have very minor damage on my car, and I was trying to get an estimate to have the other insurance company just cover it without claiming on my insurance. It t took 3 days to get me an estimate after I called several times and asked for a manager and then the estimate came in at $2800 whereas when I took it to caliber collision the estimate came in at $1100 within 2 hours and not 3 days. As you can see this a daytime robbery with the worst customer service ever. I m still going to call a manager and complain about the estimator because I don t think she s doing her job. Your business will succeed only if you make a customer because you want a return customer. I don t recommend this place at all save your money or your insurance money and go elsewhere where they have reasonable repair, cost, and still the same quality and even better than this joke of a business. I would also report this to the Texas district attorney, and the attorney generals office and the Better Business Bureau. Shame on you!!!

I am very impressed with the quality of care I got here! They did a great job fixing my car and were very friendly and professional. They kept me updated and fixed my car in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place!

These guys were GREAT! I grant that it was to replace the front bumper on a 22 Bronco, but the speed at which it was done was amazing. The vehicle looked new when I got it back.

Unfortunately, one morning, an overly distracted female driver was so busy checking her phone/& watching her toddler roam around in the front seat-that she barely has time to jerk her car back into her lane. Even though I stopped there in the middle of the street, because the impact & sound of metal grinding made my stomach plummet to my toes, she sped off w/o stopping! (I thought maybe because the child was loose & not secured by seatbelt/nor car seat -that she was heading to hospital for the kid-but, I kinda doubt that s what happened.) I pulled forward to the next street & turned around cuz I saw a lady standing in the apartment complex parking lot (she d witnessed the hit & run & kept asking if I was hurt ) My ego was crushed cuz the car looked absolutely awful!! I even stopped to grab the quarter panel that the hit & run driver scraped off my car!! Long story short-my insurance company told me to take the car to Crash Champions-get an estimate-& once it was approved-the car went in for collision repair & a few weeks later-tadaaa! I got the car back; almost as good as new- But, a problem: the automatic power windows no longer worked on driver s side (yep, I googled the problem & I tried the hack. It did NOT work. Wasn t child-lock either.)They were very sweet & told me to bring it back for them to remove door again to check why the windows were no longer powered automatically, & im taking the car in tomorrow!

I would give this place half of star if I can.I towed my car to this place on 9/13 per my insurance's suggestion.Yesterday, the insurance told me my car is totaled. This morning I came to pick up my belongings and saw a big mess inside my car. They dig through everything and took away my jumping cable.Never, never do business with this place.

They were"On it" from the get go. Courteous and quick to get an estimate going after a chunk of junk bounced up and killed my condenser coil on 820. That won't happen again!Thanks for being professional.

Per Geico one of the best in the area. Had our car for a fender bender over 6 weeks. Then a part was missing and we had to be on top of them calling several times to check on the part. The part was ready several weeks back but no call to inform us. In overall customer service is not their strong suit! Very poor. Car was dusty even on the interior when picked up.

I was in an accident in Nov, truly thought my car would be totaled, but Service King (now Crash Champions) on Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills did a great job of getting my car back to me. Ashley was great when I had questions and Austin was excellent at keeping me updated on the progress and with all the repair info. Super happy with them and would definitely recommend them if you need repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Oil change

Lady at the front desk was very rude in regards to me asking about my rental car stating that they don t set that up but then 4 seconds later called enterprise to pick me up and verified the car was already set up. Then I got my car back from shop the car had quality paint work and the repair was acceptable but my car wasn t washed. When I brought it up the manager came out and told me they washed it after but it sat outside and the pollen got it dirty. There was bugs splattered all over the front of the car from when I initially dropped it off when I pointed it out to him he goes well we aren t going to detail your car like it was asking for a buff and wax job. Customer service is out the window these days, I was floored they were ok with that and essentially just washed the rear of my car where the repair was located. He asked me to just wash it right then but it was the middle of my work day and I had no time. To top it off I can t machine wash my car for 30 days (their instructions) so I have to live with my car being dirty for a month

The collision repair work done seemed fine after asking them to wipe off some residue and grime at pick up, and the repair tech Bobby was kind and affable. My issue was with the senior office lady with dark hair who was among the worst and rudest customer service associates I've ever encountered anywhere. She was not only abrasive, but combative in her demeanor, and she wanted to pick a fight. Even at their worst, the service is better at a late-night Denny's or on an overbooked Spirit Airlines flight. For this reason, I recommend going elsewhere.

Absolutely one of the worst ran operations I've been around. We're going on over 4 months now, and my car still isn't fixed.The paint job is what you'd find in someone's garage. Clear coat run off, broken parts, wrong color paint, painting the wrong parts. The list goes on. And still to this day, they cant even order a tail light without messing that up.

If I could give this business less than a one star review I would. I went in to get an estimate on some repairs needed to my car and the prices were absolutely sky-high the customer service was so pitiful that I would never recommend this place to any friends or family of mine. They made me feel like I was worthless. I felt as if they were price gouging me in which my concerns were proven correct as I went to get several other estimates were 1/4 of the price that they gave me at Service King. This is definitely not a place I would recommend for anybody to take their vehicle for any automotive repair needs... absolutely horrible.

I used Service King because my insurance company partners with and recommended them.Pros:1. The front desk staff are professional and personable (5 stars)2. I am satisfied with the actual work done on the car (5 stars)Cons:1. It took 36 days to complete the work, and they pushed the time back several times which unexpectedly left us without a car for a few days since our insurance coverage for a rental had run out (3 stars)2. Upon picking up the car, I was given a letter (uploaded here) which offers to enter customers in a $250 raffle in exchange for 100% positive reviews. This is unethical at best, and possibly illegal at worst as it is dangerously close to buying good reviews. (0 stars)Based upon that letter, I would never used this company again.

Went in from getting rear ended, body work repair was good, my sound system worked perfectly and my rear lights worked perfectly before dropping it off, when it came to picking up my vehicle unfortunately my amp blew to my sound system and had electrical issues when I picked my truck up, they said there s no proof we did it!!! when they did the work. Awesome and professional employees. Took my car back in for a repair I thought they had missed the first time. Turns out, the problem was not related to the first incident and Service King actually went above and beyond their scope by fixing my problem. No charge to me! They made my day! Today I came in to fill out forms for a repair and MADISON was extremely rude and disrespectful. I didn't know how to describe the damage on the car so she are angry and had a lot of attitude. and she knows she wouldn't have if we were under different circumstances. It was so bad to the point where I wanted to find a new shop but everywhere was booked. She is lucky I really need my car. Customer service was non-existent. she spoke over me and huffed and puffed her chest like she was going to do something which she wasn't. Anyways if I didn't want my car back up and running. I would cancel and I will be calling corporate and speaking with the manager :)

I had my 4runner repaired by these guys after being rear ended. They did an exceptional job on the repairs, and were a pleasure to work with. Jacob and Chris handled the deal and took care of us. They shop took their time to make proper repairs up to my (picky) expectations. We didn't feel like they rushed the car out of the shop, but made sure it was done perfectly. I took my car to get repaired through my insuranceThey didn t put the safety pin in my car the right way that s by my brakes. These guys are an absolute joke.They left the brake caliber bolt looseAnd I lost my brakes. All the fluid drained out of my and I almost got into a wreck.I went to a trusted mechanic to look at it. He explained exactly what was going on. I would highly suggest to get your car repaired anywhere else.

We took our car to get fixed June 2022 and we got our vehicle back pending a missing part. It is now August and every time we call we get a different answer as to our missing part. We understand parts are delayed but I am beginning to think they took the insurance money and have no intention of getting our vehicle fixed. At this point I will have to escalate the matter. Very communicative from the beginning to the end. They do a lot of the work with insurance and other services, like rental car company, so you are on your way while your car is being repaired. I received text-message updates throughout the process so that I always knew at what stage we were and could maintain a reasonable expectation of when my vehicle would be ready to go.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

To be honest my dealings with Service King started off rocky. However when Chris was notified he stepped in and took amazing care of me. He is the gold standard of customer care. I will not hesitate to go back should I need there services again.****Edit****Well after having the truck back a few months and doing some work on it I needed to edit my review. I was doing some modifications to my truck and found missing hardware, loose mounting bolts, and missing hose clamps. Three of the six bumper mounting bolts were loose enough to remove by hand. Radiator hoses installed incorrectly. Had to repaint the bumper skid plate cause after the first wash the paint was flaking. I was really impressed with their work! Someone hit my car and took off so I had to take it to Service King for repairs. They missed their estimated deadline by one business day, but only because they didn't want to release it until they were perfectly satisfied with the work done to it. They did not disappoint. When I picked up my car, it looked better than the day I bought it. I'll definitely use them again!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I had the best experience ever!! I had some damage to the front of my car and took it in on a Tuesday. Patrick explained everything to me and told me how long it would take to repair it. But I really needed my car for the weekend so we begged him to get it done as quickly as possible. He called and texted me with an update each day. The communication was awesome! Patrick is the bomb because he had my car done for me on Friday!! It looked great. I am so appreciative of the great service and hands on experience with Service King and a huge thank you for Patrick!! I would definitely go back!

I stopped by Service King Rufe Snow mid-Friday afternoon inquiring about a minor repair. Of the several service managers I spoke with, each one gave open, simple, and honest answers and alternatives to my simple request... including going to a car dealership to get the parts and lots of the work done in an hour or so and to bring the car back to let them afterward, so they could complete any touch-ups needed. I did my part, completing a trip to the car dealership in a couple of hours. I dropped the car off at Service King one weekday evening, and they completed their part while I was at work the next day. Pretty smooth experience...

The service manager who assisted me named Kevin was very nice and professional . They took my car in on Tuesday morning and had the car ready by Wednesday late afternoon. They did a beautiful job including painting that matched perfectly. My car looked brand new. The lobby was exceptionally clean. I would recommend them to anyone I know and would never take my car anywhere else to have it worked on because the experience was so pleasant. They kept my car very clean and were very respectful of my wishes. The car looked brand new when they were finished. It was nice after a bad experience to have a good experience on having the car repaired.

I had my 2018 Silverado there for a rear bumper replacement from a rear collision. I had them inspect the hitch as it took the brunt of the hit. Long story short, they said a hitch was on order and they were replacing it. When I picked up my truck, I inspected the work and wouldn't you know it. All they did was paint the end of the hitch. Do they think people won't notice it's the same hitch? I'm a fleet manager and deal with body shops all the time. The invoice shows they charged $180 for a new hitch. I believe this is fraud. The insurance company was notified of what they did. This is not a way to get repeat customers. I'll never use Service King again. Steer clear folks, you've been warned.Service: Body & Trim
