The entire experience was amazing! I brought my car in early Monday morning, friendly front desk clerk checked me in, was super efficient and explained the whole process well. She told me who my advisor would be (Alex), he wasn t in yet, but he followed up once he was there. Promised me it would be ready by Friday. He checked in with me Wednesday and told me it would be ready that evening. He even stayed late for me to pickup that same day! I would hope I don t have to use them again anytime soon, BUT if you have any issues.. go see them!

When I picked up my vehicle, I first noticed how dirty it was; there was dry mud in the driver's plastic mat and a stain in the back seat fabric. I understand that it being a repair shop, things can get dirty, but as a customer, I expected my vehicle to be returned at least in the same cleanliness conditions I had dropped it off.After driving for a moment, I noticed a rattling noise coming from the roof console (from where the interior lights are controlled), so I stopped and checked what it was, and to my surprise, the roof was loose, and a sun visor was broken. I drove back to the shop where they quicky took care of the roof, saying there were a couple of screws missing. On the other hand, the sun visor had to be removed, and a new replacement part will be requested. The manager spoke directly to me to explain the problem, and we agreed that I would bring back my car once the new part arrives so that they can replace it.The repair is fine, but the final quality control did not meet my expectations at the end of the day.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The General Manager Jacob was absolutely awesome! Stellar customer service and he went above and beyond to get car done on time. I took it to 4 other shops in the Dfw area and they refused to work on it due to the extent of damage. Team was phenomenal to work with and could not put a higher recommendation on them!

Did a good job. However there were a couple issues. When car was delivered there was some dirt on the driver s seat but they cleaned it up for me. also, when we got the car home the passenger door would not open from the inside. They forgot to attach the cable for the door latch. I ended up fixing that myself. It was less hassle than taking it back in. But still, connecting back the door latch cable when putting the door panel back on should be a no brainer.

Brought my car in after a collision, after rebuild/repairs I picked up and my vehicle actually broke down on the way home. Jacob acted fast and accordingly, they took back the vehicle and got me in a rental at no charge. They took care of my car, filled up the tank and offered to run it through the carwash as well. Great service with team taking ownership and accountability, honest and transparent. It s been a couple days and so far so good, I feel safe in my vehicle and I know should anything happen, Jacob and his team got my back. Wonderful customer service I will be referring everyone I know! Thank you!

Service King has been a nightmare! Once I did receive the car after they had it for a little over 5 weeks I noticed the paint on the bumper was messed up ( attaching a picture) so I ignored it at least I have my car back. I get to the gas station I noticed the gas cap was not attached. The car is not sounding so good but there are no engine on lights so thats a good sign. After having my car back a few days I notice the front is popping out a little I will attach this pic. I notice when I go in reverse the car vibrates really bad and when driving it would sound ok for a second then it just sounded like it was falling apart the next and vibrating. There was a dent in the drivers side. I tried to make some calls to maybe talk to someone else. They said just bring it in to where it was originally fixed since they have a lifetime warranty. I brought it back they looked at it for about 45 minutes said the noise was not from the accident and that I should bring it to the Mazda dealer to have it checked out. The paint chipped on the bumper was because they said they did not paint the bumper because it was not part of the accident. They said they fixed the front where it was popping out that was a lie. They did reconnect the gas cap. So at the Mazda place hey checked it out and wanted to know when I was in an accident? They could tell the problems were from an accident without me saying anything. They said the engine mounts were totally broken and needed to be replaced. Service King takes no responsibility. I only went there because Allstate works with them and said things would go more smoothly if I went with Service King. Nothing has gone smooth and they let me drive off in an unsafe car.Since I wrote this review I had received a call from Joe at Service King. He told me he would take care of my issues and he had since fired the mechanic. It took me two months to calm down and bring it back. I brought it back and he took care of my issues and paid for the rental car in the meantime. Had it back within the week. As of this month November 2019 Joe gets 5 stars! I was nervous about bringing it back by I am glad I did. Everything looks great like before the accident.

Let me start out by saying, If you are thinking of bringing your vehicle here.... RUN... Worst place I've ever dealt with. I had my accident on October 12, 2021 and it is now December 26, 2021 and my Jeep is STILL not fixed. They told me a part was on back order, BUT... It was safe to drive. Every light on my dash is on which they were not before the accident. There is an extremely loud knocking noise and metal on metal rubbing sound coming from my suspension. I am literally so tired of calling and getting ZERO answers, and getting no where. They put me back in my Jeep saying it was safe to drive and it won't even pass an inspection. This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! I've no clue how to get any answers. Last time I called I was placed on hold for 47min and had to hang up. Run as fast as you can AWAY from this place.Side note--- The person that took my deductible payment told me he wasn't happy they were putting me back in my car with all of the dash lights on so he knocked money off of my deductible. What does that tell you? I had WAY too many people tell me it was a huge mistake to take my vehicle there after the fact. LESSON LEARNED.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Had to take my car back 2x after they said it was ready. Jacob the service manager said my wheels were repaired but was still bent. Third time they finally replaced the wheels. Tried to get me to drive on bent wheels while waiting for new wheels to be delivered. The Director Chris Hernandez wasn t much help at all, returned my car to me dirty and was pretty rude to me acting like this was my fault somehow. Avoid these guys at all costs very unprofessional and go to advantage autoworks where I should have gone to begin with.

I am not one to write reviews but this was hands down one of the worst customer service/car/insurance experiences ever and I want to share in hopes that I can prevent someone else from the headache, frustration and financial burden this place has caused us.This place was not our first choice but insurance said they were in our network. We made the mistake of procuring tires and wheels to replace the damaged items thinking it would help speed things along (supply chain issues right?). They even thanked us and said it would definitely help cut out some time with them not having to deal with Discount Tire. I thought that would be the end of our part-procuring experience. Unfortunately, not the case. One month later and they were supposedly waiting on a back-ordered part before the truck would be finished. We waited 2 weeks with no update before they finally gave us a part number and said anything we could do to help get the part would be great. After calling 5 or 6 dealerships in the US, I managed to get the part shipped overnight to us from a dealership in Michigan and delivered it to the shop. (How were we able to find this "back-ordered" part but they weren't?) According to Service King, that was the LAST part they needed to get the truck ready. Of course that was not the case and ANOTHER month goes by. After being avoided by workers and even the manager, we decided to go up to the shop to figure out what was going on and were FINALLY able to take our vehicle home, pending some non-urgent items that still needed to be done (truck-bed liner, cover re-attached, etc.).Unfortunately, again, that's not the end of this story. The truck was returned to the shop the following day due to a faulty rear differential. Once again, we were told that the part is on backorder and it would be delayed, blah blah blah. Another month later and multiple times being promised "It will be ready this week" and one final time being told "It will be ready later today" we showed up AGAIN to pick up the vehicle. We arrived about 20 minutes before they closed only to be told there was ANOTHER issue with a part. At least this time the manager put on his big boy pants to come out and talk to us unlike the last time. Once again we left with no vehicle and no hope. Thankfully the part showed up the following Monday and we were able to take our vehicle home after FOUR LONG MONTHS!My husband and I were INCREDIBLY patient and understanding through this entire process and unfortunately I think Service King took advantage of that. Hopefully the work they did was exponentially better than the actual customer service we received but if that's any indication I'm not holding my breath.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Their body work in my experience is very sub par, and barely professional. They left orange peel all over the right side of my truck the first time, then the second time I brought it back to fix it, they messed it up again.its oct 5th, and I'm at a different branch. This is my fourth time coming back to get it fixed, and I almost believe they don't do a quality check on their cars here in Fort Worth. This time I have white spots in the paint and and unpolished work, leaving a white glaring scratch all over the passenger door. Terrible job, but the staff is nice. Probably because they know know they messed up...FOUR TIMES.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called Service King to schedule an appointment a little over a week ago and the lady I spoke with was very nice. She got me an appointment on my only week day off until Thanksgiving and took my insurance information and was just super friendly. She was not at this location, but at "central booking" I guess. In any case, I was very happy with that part of things. It was made abundantly clear that I have esurance as I gave her the information along with my claim number and told her I was just trying to get the car fixed 10 months after the initial incident and lots of headache later and then I would happily be changing insurance companies.Fast forward to today (10/10/22) and I drove 30 minutes across town to drop my car off to be told that they "don't work with esurance". No other information. Sorry, we can't take your car, we don't work with them and the girl there did not give one single care that I had already shared this information with the person I booked with and I will admit I was rude, but I am honestly so angry that I wasted a good part of my day off to be told "sorry, we can't help you" when it was NOT new information that I want to know how they can justify this. It is clear that this means the left and right hand of this company aren't in communication and don't know what is and is not accepted where and why. This is hands down just a horrific customer service model and I hope that it changes. In the meantime, I won't be ABLE to use them even if I wanted to because the person whose actual FAULT the damage was ghosted her insurance and now we're stuck using ours...which is apparently worthless to everyone that could potentially fix my car. Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know...since they don't do a good job of it...that this location doesn't "work with" esurance, but to be fair, I wish I didn't have to either.

They worked seamlessly with State Farm, proactively kept me updated, and completed the repair much faster than I anticipated. The quality of the repair is excellent. My first experience with Service King was a very positive one. I can't say enough kind things about the receptionist that works at the Colleyville location.Darron went out of his way to make sure that we had what we needed. I had some issues with the rental car company and he went above and beyond to handle the situation. Not only did Darron resolve that problem but he made sure that my car was taken care of in a timely manner. My car may have been even been delivered ahead of time.The service we recieved exceeded my expectations and helped to restore my faith in auto repair shops.Service: Body & Trim

I had my daughters car repaired here and while they did an acceptable job when we went to pick up the car the drivers door would no longer open from the inside and they told us they would order the part now a month later they keep telling us the part is on back order. I have called several auto parts store and they have the part in stocks. Can't help but feel I'm getting the run around.Gregg NRH

Recently had little Fender bender..Upset as usual. Service King made my baby look brand new again. I have A 2014 Mazda 6 touring sedan that had a little ding on side totally unrelated to accident. They not only repaired damages from accident, they also fixed the ding and repainted the side. Kudos to Service King Colleyville. Would recommend this shop. Great service,quality work and done before promised date.

I took my car not once, but twice after it was repaired to buff it out because it had what appeared like orange peel stripes. Well the orange peels are still there. I m going to go in a third time to fix something that should have been taken care of the first time. This place is a joke and a waste of time. I don t know if the people who do the job aren t trained well or what the deal is. But I m very disappointed on the quality of work done.

All I can say about this place is it's highly disappointing! The branding Service King Collision does not do them justice in the least! It should read mechanics and managers in training...This team of individuals from management down to the mechanics do not check their work. It's incredibly important to go down your checklist and verify and reverify that things have been accomplished without just assuming things have been done.The needless amount of times my friend had to return his vehicle due to a poor inspection as a result it could have cost him not only time explaining to a law enforcement officer the reason why his brake lights in the back of his vehicle were disconnected or the fact that his running boards were on a tilt most of these things are cosmetic but there were many other things that took place and as a customer when you sign off on the bottom line you expect things were professionally accomplished without thinking twice about it.Don't waste your time or money with this place. They don't have what it takes to compete in a professional market. They don't need your business!

My experience here was absolutely wonderful. I took my jeep in on a thursday and was ready literally two days later. Talk about exceeding the guest expectations!!!! Brandy is warm and friendly and my guy Joe kept his word that he would take care of me. In this type of business that means a lot. Great Service all around, Highly recommend this body shop!!!

Josh Roberts (Store Manager) and his entire team were fantastic! Great text and phone communication related to the status of the repairs throughout. Josh personally went out of his way to ensure that we had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience while our vehicle was in for repair. I would give 10 stars if it would let me. They bill my insurance for a new axle & new wheel bearing. But the part was a used part. So be careful with this location if your car is currently in their shop. Before you driving off from their shop, make sure check or have someone that you know about car go with you and check whatever part that they're replacing. Because when you driving off from their shop and something wrong with it; they will NOT fixed it and they'll tell you "we don't have anything to do with it." So I ending up replacing it my own.
