I was able to schedule service ahead of time with no problem. The inspection and service done on my vehicle was great. The work done on the vehicle was done in a timely manner and the cost was lower than our previous estimate. I will be bringing back another vehicle shortly after a great experience with this location!

Horrible customer service and communication skills. Took a jeep wrangler up there on a Friday for a quote on some oil pan and filter work and was told we would get a call back same day if not then by sat at the latest. Never got a call back until we called that following Wednesday and was told the tech never finished the quote and we would get a call back by the end of the day. Welp that never happened and no call back to even relay what they were waiting on or that they were even trying to help us one bit. Will never return.

Took 3.5 hours. I scheduled an appointment. Guy took my info & keys and never came back. No estimate on how long it would take. I received an email saying my car was ready. I was unaware of the email. I called them 45 min after the email was sent and they told me they were just about to call. They did not go over what was done, no recommendation for upcoming maintenance. No sticker to remind me of next oil change. Not even sure they did as requested. I needed my tires balanced. There was no charge for tire balance. They said my RL tire was keeping my car from passing inspection. They did not express or tell me how bad the tire is. Just let me drive away...with exposed wires and bubble. I will not be using Pep Boys again.

Bottom 2 reviews can't be talking about the same place I just visited.. wonderful atmosphere and kind individuals. Charles and sy were a HUGE help in helping me out with my car without costing an arm and a leg. They have my business for life.

These guys go the extra mile to make you feel safe about entrusting your vehicle to them. The guy I go.to is Sy but the whole team up there is more then willing to take customer service to the next level. I can't speak for all Pepboys but this one I'll vouch for

Disappointed with last visit. Made online appointment. Took the 5 hours to call back saying they could not hook Computer to 2017 Silverado to find problem. Very odd since Truck is 7 years old.....

Not sure if this location is racist or what....but every time I come here they can never help me. I only came here because my usual Pep Boys didn't have the battery in stock and this one had 4. My car battery died and they didn't even care. According them they were busy with just 2 customers inside and they had another 2.5 hrs before they closed.

Soooo where do I even start !? Well I show upon November 22 for simple flat change which requires either fixing the flat or a new tire . Which then goes into them doing a thousand other services I didn t ask for . Cool , but keep in mind them doing they caused me to not leave the until 9:30pm at night . 4 hours of waiting !!!! For stuff I didn t ask for . Then when I go to drive off my car from the place it has hesitation starting/driving in which it has never done before. Fast forward to the story the mechanic drained my transmission valve and put oil in it . Wrong valve!!! As I post this I m still without my car

I got a 120 point vehicle assessment done on a vehicle I was going to buy they said everything was good on the suv I was on the way back and noticed the a/c did not work so I asked if I could go somewhere else to have it checked out and they pointed out a few things like the a/c and the tire where very old and cracks all over it dry rotted I m glad I went somewhere else

The guys at Pep boys are wonderful and very helpful!!! Our car sounded like it had a seriously catastrophic issue and the guys fixed it and sent us on our way within minutes!!! Thank you to Dawson, Cameron and Dillon, hopefully I got your names right!!!

There were no deals it's was over $1100, 00 for 4 tires 275/60/20 there cheapest tires the guy told me . Or maybe because I was a female might be why .

yesterday I went to pep boys for my car issue not related to tires. WILLIAM in this location was very helpful and trying to help. I really like their customer service. this is the best place so far that I have see that employee goes above and beyond to make customer happy. definitely recommend this place for any car related issue. and ask for William, he is very helpful.

Luis Delgadillo & CJ were both incredibly helpful & generous. Could ve charged me plenty of $$$ for something that ended up being small, instead they just helped us fix the problem for free & were even kind enough to let us use their resources. I Highly recommend these guys.

The guy was replacing my tire has nothing to do with tires. He keeps looking around wasting my time. He couldn't take the tire out of the rim. He doesn't know how to take the rim cover off. After I talked to store manager, he said he is new guy. So, I asked the manager to assist him to replace my tire. I can't trust someone with no experience to replace my tire. It's a safety issue. I'm not going to use Pep Boys anymore. Most of their shops I vesisted are terrible.

I made an appointment online to have someone look at the AC in my minivan. I arrived on time and was told the AC tech wasn't in yet and they weren't sure when he would be. Estimated it would be 30-45 minutes before my van would be looked at. After an hour and fifteen minutes waiting, I was told it would be another 20-30 minutes before they would be able to get my van taken back. After waiting for 2 full hours with nothing happening, I left.Silly me to assume making an appointment would mean my van would actually be seen and evaluated for repairs.The best part was when they asked when I left if I wanted to make another appointment. Are you kidding?

I understand that prices have gone up for everything, but I was grossly overcharged for this service item. The part that I paid for on the market goes for about $10.00 - $25.00. I was charged $152.00 and the overall cost with labor and diagnostics was right at $500.00. This was ludicrous and I will never recommend your company to anyone. I gave high grades to the workers for their services, but as for Pep Boys as a whole, not pleased. I would have been good with half of what I paid due to the simplicity and the true cost of parts and service.

After waiting an hour and a half manager came and told me my locking lug nut key was stripped. None of my tires were off and it was on the lift so I assume the guy working on my car stripped it and when he realized he couldn t fix it, he told the manager.I had replaced a blowout the night before and the key was fine. I left pep boys and went home not wanting to jump to conclusions and saw metal shaving s. Probably using impact which should be mechanic 101.Had to spend $100 and 12 hours of my time four of which was spent driving to dealers for a master key. I ended up having to drill the locking lug nuts out. Not to mention more damage to my wheels.Manager was very nice but I will take my business elsewhere.Also if you screw up someone s car at least be honest about it and give some kind of I m sorry discount.

If you are looking for a decent review about a person's experience when visiting this shop Pep Boys, Here You go.Came In there wanting full Diagnostics along with fixing the issues that was going on with the car, due to buying a car from Carvana. Unfortunately, I was advised they only diagnose problems, as In use an OBD Scanner and go based on what the scanner says and also eye test. The diagnosis came back within a few hours, 3 problems occurred with the vehicle based on their diagnostics. Was advised a few parts replaced would fix the issue. Went ahead with the service. Fast Forward 7 days later, They could not fully fix the issues, but fix one part of the issue by replacing the part, also recommended I take the car to the dealership due to them not finding/figuring out the exact issue that was going on. Fast forward 12 hours later after driving the car, The issue that was supposed to be fixed came back. At this point, I took the vehicle to the dealership.Pros: *Great Service*Great speed with the diagnostics*Also willing to help to resolve the issue to the best of their ability also with recommendations.*Also gave updates daily on what was going onCons: *Took Too long, 7 Days was quite a bit of time.*Only diagnosis a car from the OBD Reader and eye testing of partsSo in Summary, Would I Go back to pep boys? YES AND NO, Yes for small issues regular maintenance work, and Any big work, i would recommend another location or dealership.

I stopped because I had a flat tire and asked if they could patch it. They didn t have a technician there, but they put my spare on and didn t charge. I was in and out quickly and able to get my tire patched up at a location close to me with no problems.

I stopped in within the last year (I don t remember when exactly) to get them to look at and possibly change the rotors in my Toyota Tundra. They had the truck for a couple hours. They told me both rotors needed to be replaced and that they were required to change the brake pads. I told them brakes had just been changed recently, but they said it was their policy to change brake pads when replacing rotors.I left without getting the work done and my brother changed the rotor on the passenger side. Today Im getting the 2 front tires replaced and the tech pulled me aside to tell me a lug nut on the driver side is not coming off and that the stud is likely broken. They wanted me watching as they pulled the nut off if there was a problem. Sure enough, it s jacked and cost me an additional $125 to fix. This pep-boys location is the last shop to mess with/ remove that tire. I can only imagine what more damage might have been done had I let them actually do work on my vehicle. I would attach a picture of the stud if I could.

Two attempts. One to get breaks replaced... Quoted a much higher price than a competitor. Okay, no big deal. Second attempt, make an appointment for an oil change first thing in the morning 0800. Check in fine but am told nothing (price, wait time) aside from pointed to the waiting room... 40 minutes later I notice they haven't even started on my car. I ask the guy how much longer, he says it will be about another hour and a half. Hey, maybe you should lead with that when someone checks in for an appointment.

Pep boys saved my life! I needed work done but didn't have the funds to pay for the work needed to be done. They have a no interest credit card which allowed for me to get my car fix and make payments. If not for that I wouldn't have a vehicle to drive to this date. I've paid it off and now have a place to take my car for all my maintenance needs. Thank you for being the staple in my life and keeping my vehicle in top working order.
