Beware of Maria who claims to be manager. she will lie cheat and steal! I rented a tool and she refused to take it back, because I didn t rent it from her location. As well as anyone knows if you rent a tool from o Riley s you bought it until you return it. Lazy lazy lazy.

We've been going there for years. I had a very unusual battery replacement/warranty issue. They were determined to work with me to get to a good outcome, even when I was ready to just take the loss. It took lots of time but they never once seemed impatient. Great customer service!

My husband went up to this store earlier today and was helped by an employee.David was helpful enough to help my husband with his car battery, but from my understanding when I arrived to pickup my husband the battery was placed incorrectly and the wires were then crossed and when my husband went to start the car David noticed the connections were on wrong, he attempted to take the battery out and turn it around with no luck after trying to start the car it turns out our cars computer of main fuse was shot and needed to be TOWED, prior to this the car was running and driving like new and now the car is sitting at our mechanics shop getting looked at.I don t recommend having this employee change the battery to anyone s car as the knowledge of his awareness isn t all there.(From what the other man was saying it possible that my car needs to be replaced from the cars computer being fried after doing a hard reset on the car to check all the systems )

Always enjoy going to O'Reilly's Auto Parts they have what you need and if they don't they go above and beyond the Call of Duty to locate it and get it shipped to the store that you need it or you can drive across town to their 24-hour location. Thank you guys for the awesome work and the assistance and keeping our cars in good shape

This was my go to auto parts store for years, and let me say the women that work here are phenomenal. The old guy on the other hand is a cancer. I was incredibly stressed one day, went in to buy lug nuts, and he thought it'd be funny to mess with me by asking "which tire do the lugs go on, front or rear"....When I said "does it really matter"? He kept the gag going where his other employees could hear, so, so funny... Wasn't my first time to receive attitude from him either. They need to keep him away from the public. He and some of the other guys think it's funny that they know things that their customers don't, which makes sense since they WORK AT AN AUTO PARTS STORE!! I won't be back.

I had purchased a blower motor for Ford fusion in August but it went out again. When we arrived there was 9nly one employee at the counter with a line, but they worked quickly. Upon our return she was quick and kind and replaced under warranty without any drama and confirmed our original purchase date for us. Always a positive experience at the north richland hills O'Reilly auto parts store!

Just listened to your employee daryl badmouth a guy because he didn't speak English very well. Making fun of him saying how he's in America he should speak English. This was all with another customer. Then continuing to talk to another employee about it after the customer. Nice customer service you have here...

My car battery died so after getting a jump off I went to here. Got a new battery - still had warranty on the last one so it was free- if you didn't know their batteries come with a 2 year warranty. The man there put my battery in while it was raining!! Thank you so much for your time and patience!!!

My friend drove here from Horseshoe Bay, Texas a check engine light had come on on her vehicle dash. The woman at O'Reilly's who waited on us came out to the car hooked up a device explained there were 15 items of concern. She advised us to take the car to a mechanic bc one sensor could possibly cause several notifications on the device. The employee was professional polite and appeared to know what she was talking about. After a mechanic looked at the car it was indeed a sensor as indicated by your employee.

Good location and easy to see from the road. Friendly staff that are very helpful! Parts pricing is comparable across the board. I think you should drop by if you have need of car/truck parts, or other automotive needs!

The staff was very helpful. I needed a manual for my van and they didn't have it in the store. They called around and found one at another store and they had it in their store in a couple of hours.

Clean store with prettiest helpful employees. Higher priced parts are not too much higher and certainly there's no reason to go anywhere else because you can save 29 cents.

It's usually a good experience here but this visit the guy said I needed the green coolant for my truck I kept insisting it took the yellow. Well got home and guess who was right. Yep I was.

Incompetent employees, so lazy they sell someone the wrong part for the wrong year of vehicle, yet are too lazy to look and see what vehicle a customer drove up in, to think ahead and ask the customer " hey it this for the vehicle you drove up in" Heck no why would these drop out flunkies want to think ahead. They love to see customers come back twice for an employees screw up.
