I had a great experience with NORTEX 24/7 TOWING. Mr. Michael is who collected my vehicle and transport it to the mechanic shop. He was very friendly, informative and patient. He handled my vehicle with care as well. I highly suggest Mr. Michael and NORTEX 24/7 TOWING.

Time frame for pickup was good, considering how busy they were. Also, they accommodated towing my motorcycle when I know most places won't. Liability was none because Michael knew exactly what he was doing. Nobody hopes they need a tow but I know I will be calling NORTEX when I do. It was Memorial Day and they were able to help me even in a federal Holiday. They were as quick as they could be. They even checked my car before they told me to see if they could jump start me. Sadly my battery what not my issue.

Michael came and picked up my car which is a BMW 850i and it has a low front end. He took extra time in using the skates to slowly bring the car up onto the flatbed without any damage to the front end. He was very cautious and meticulous. My car had to be towed to a shop after hours. He took pictures of exactly where he left it and shot a quick video of him labeling the my and putting it in the Dropbox.It s the little things that make a big difference and having someone with a great attitude also helps significantly.I would highly recommend them after my experience.Jeff BuskeService: Car towing

I called and they answered me right away gave me max 30-40 minutes when other companies where giving me 3-5 hours they where fast gave me updates on when they had picked up my car to when they where at the drop off location they gave me excellent service.
