Had my rental car's tire fixed in less than 10 minutes. Super happy with the good service

5 stars all day....I went here for the 1st time last year. A quick, friendly, clean, no appointment car inspection . The manager and all the employees were super nice! Check engine light began coming on and off. Of course, I continued to drive a couple of weeks until the car started stalling. Finally, I took the car in and was treated with such care. Everything was explained to me, and the car was repaired at a fair rate. They went the extra mile by assisting with financing the repairs and dropping/ picking me up when the car was ready. I would definitely recommend them. Keep up the great work guys!!! Thanks for being honest and dependable!!!

Just needed a quick oil change. I drive in and see they're very busy, tons of cars they're working on. I Immediately thought "no way I'm won't here for at least an hour but let's get it done anyway..."They had it finished within 25 minutes of me walking in. Easiest and fastest oil change I've ever had considering how busy they were.

Oil changes always fast and great price. I went in for an alignment and was told I needed two new front tires. They were able to order and put both new tires on plus complete the alignment within 45mins. Everything was a super reasonable price and friendly staff. Everyone checked in with me and asked if I needed assistance or if I d been helped already. I ve had great experiences so far!

Wish I could leave a 0 star review this place is shady don t go here they tell you a good price to get you in the door and then Jack up the price with hidden fees, I came here to get a deal I left paying nearly twice the original amount they are a scam don t go here it seems they change their name to try to disassociate from bad reviews don t be fooled

I have been going here for over 5 years, the manager is so nice and very helpful!! I can always count on them I work in hospice and I have needed him to fix tires on my car before hours and he has always helped me!! I highly recommend them!! I took my jeep there recently for work he bent over backwards to help me fix it. Thank u for being a trustworthy auto mechanic shop for me to go to!!

I'm out of town, my sons car breaks down - after having the car towed to this location on recommendation we agreed on an estimate for the work. He calls my wife back and tells her she needs to pay an extra $70 to tow it from the parking lot to the bay. Not to mention the repair was so overpriced that having it towed somewhere else was still cheaper overall. Go with someone you trust, don't get scammed.

Upfront price for a service that took less time than he said. He recommended some items be replaced/fixed but did not try and sell me on anything....how much more could a consumer want in a mechanic. Honest quick and friendly. I'll definitely be back whenever I need something done on my car.

I came here for a State inspection. There was no wait and the inspection was fast. When they were finished they tried to sell me the air filters on my car. I respectfully declined because I had recently replaced the motor air filter and I was going to purchase my own cabin air filter for half the cost they were trying to sell it for and install it myself. When I left and turned my air on there was a ton of noise. When I got home and removed the filter I found a bunch of tree leaves in my blower. There are never leaves INSIDE my car so I know they put them there. I m very unhappy with the service. I will NOT be coming here again and I ll definitely be letting everyone I know about my experience.

First I took my car to Firestone because I had a nail stuck on the tread of my rear tire, but they said the nail was stuck in a tilted way that I have to replace the whole tire. I originally had continental for Mercedez, but they didn't even have the same one in stock and offered me the cheaper one and told me to replacement is needed.Something seemed sketchy, so I came to AAA tires and lube co and he took the nail out for free saying that it was only stuck on the tread and there was no leak. I don't know if the guy who helped me was the owner, but he was so honest and really cared about his customer. I left my wallet in the store and he was so nice enough to drop it off at our house. My experience here was excellent, so I highly recommend this place everyone!

Exceptional customer service! Clean facility & Fast service!, My husband and I have used this place for both of our vehicles for the past year. The Manager have always communicated well and taken care of us whether our cars are in for a simple oil change, Inspection or getting new Tires. We will continue to come back!

Love this place! They helped me multiple times with so many different issues. They were very good about updating me on everything and making sure to communicate prices and issues. Last time I went in to get a transmission and a/c inspection, they came back in to let me know what they thought the issue was and how they would take further steps. I will ALWAYS go there for car maintenance. They have fair prices and kind management + mechanics.

Since I arrived at Texas this is my to go place when my car is having any issue. They have great deals for good prices for anything that s wrong with your car. Also, they are a very honest company, they show you what s wrong with your car (The real issue) and they don t make you offers of something that your car really don t need as some other mechanics or companies. I tell everybody that I know that they most go to this place, very affordable prices and the customer services is excellent ! I never had a problem with anybody in AAA Tires & Lube Co and for final the staff is very friendly and kind.

Great customer service! I appreciated the fast oil change. Also, they informed me of my car having the wrong windshield wiper....I thought something was strange so glad they advised on it. As I sat in the waiting room, the manager was having a conversation regarding someone else's car and he presented such a caring and genuine attitude to the guy's issue.

Unless you want some mysterious problems to arise that were not there before. Don t take it to aaa. I took my perfectly running vehicle in for an alignment. Then the next day I m driving down a main road and my tires are wobbly I can t get the acceleration up and my engine is making an awful noise that I never heard it make before. When I took it in that day and confronted them about it, they claimed it was not their fault. They said that sometimes an alignment can cause other problems to arise. Um what????? They refused to fix what they did and make it right. Then they quoted me 1900 dollars to fix things that all of a sudden are a problem and we re not even an issue 2 days prior!! They are not professionals there and I m scared for anyone else who has had their car worked on there and how many people have been scammed and lied to!

This is my "go to" place for all my car repairs. Their work is excellent. Repairs are done in a timely manner. Their prices are very reasonable. They inform of repairs I will need in the future and approximately when I will need them. I appreciate their honesty and courtesy.

Never coming back to this place ever again. The worker decided to come out and follow me and open my car door without my permission as im trying to leave. Did not call me when the car was actually ready after 1 hour eta and it actually took 3 hours to be ready with no call saying it was ready. They were so much better as meineke. You should not be able to get away with opening car doors without permission but apparently you can as long as theres no threat. Idk about you all but i personally feel threatened if someone opens my car door without my permission

Went in to request a full service oil change which is suppose to change oil, change oil filter, check fluids and belts. I already knew my dip stick cap was broken but my son who is a mechanic advised me to bring it in a shop because they can easily put it on a rack to take a lose from the bottom. Well when I walked in another customer was already having a disagreement with the manager about something they did which caused additional problems. I would normally say what my problem was, but since it was supppose to be full service I figured they will come back in and tell me the dip stick cap was broke. WRONG!!! They brought the car back saying "Your car is Ready"! So I asked how were you able to measure the oil level? They had excuse after excuse and fell to understand the whole point!! I'm Not sure if my oil was really changed because they wouldn't even let me know I had a broke dip stick on a FULL SERVICE oil change. I'm Very Disappointed, on top of that even the owner didn't seem to care his employee didn't advise his customer on what he was paid to do!!! Sam (the owner) needs to be educated on honesty and morals!!!

These are great. I was in a bind financially and needed new tires. Rather than trying to bump me up to a product I couldn't afford he looked for a deal that was just right for me. I tel everyone to go there.

Friendly staff, quick service. Decent sized parking. Water and coffee available for customer. Clean waiting room. Pricing is a bit higher than other places.

Visited here today because I needed to have a tire swapped out on a rim for one of my cars the guys were very nice great customer service and went out of their way to help and recommend stuff

i brought my car in for a simple alignment, and state inspection, after I got it back, my front wheels woobled my acceleration is off, they sabotaged my vehicle, this is the worst shop i ever used, and don t recommend this shop to nobody, the worst, they will screw you, and try to rob you
