came for synthetic oil change. Found out that I need a lot more work done. Very honest and upfront prices were reasonable customer service is outstanding you should come see Sebastian author Ramos, Bryce, and all the other Melvin even come to Midas and they'll take care of you like family yeah, I'll be blessed

I would give 100 stars. I came into MIDAS very last minute and asked if they could squeeze me in for an oil change since I was going out of town the next day. They ended up saying yes. I know this put them very behind as I didn t leave until 6:20 and they close at 6. Sebastian and Cathy were so extremely nice. I had the best service I ve ever had at a car place.

Many years ago, I pulled into a Midas and they stated, "you don't need new brakes." I knew I had found a great place to take my car because historically women are taken advantage of. I have been going to Midas for over 20 years for small as well as big jobs, and they always come through for me. Everyone is so nice, and they will work with you unlike most car shops where there motto must be "it is what it is." If you're looking for a place where you know the work is being done right, go to this Midas. They have this technician; in which, he must be a master technician who found and fixed my issue in a timely manner.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The guys at Midas went above and beyond to get my Jeep Wrangler fixed. They were honest, professional and provided exceptional customer service. Shout out to Tony who made sure that my Jeep was safe!!!! Arthur who made sure my Jeep was completed timely. Sebastian who kept me informed of the issues and the techs who stayed after hours to get my Jeep back on the road!!!!! Great job and you will always have my business!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Phenomenal work every time i take my truck in and having an old truck unfortunately it s been a few times. But I wouldn t take my truck anywhere else. Tony and others under the hood I know the job is getting done right also with the integrity and trustworthiness of the manager Sebastian and owner Sam I m not afraid of getting the bill I know it s sound! Big bonus of this shop is they treat you like family and keep you involved in the whole process, the communication you receive is the best . Only allowed five stars if I could put more I would .

If I could give 10 stars I would! Every time I go in I have always gotten nothing but professionalism from everyone there. I have gone in at times thinking I only had one issue when in reality other things could be replaced as well. They have always been very transparent with every thing that could be worked on and they also always try to educate me on the things they are doing to my car, they ll even take you out and show you so you know what they are talking about. If you need honest work done to your car I recommend this place always!

Arthur, Tony, and Sebastian went above and beyond when my starter went out! Not only did they get my problem diagnosed in a quick and timely manner they also stayed late to make sure I had a running vehicle in time for my son s basketball game. Phenomenal service and we will definitely be back.

This place is awesome. We are homeless and our truck broke down and they helped us get it fixed where we didn't have to pay anything and a kind lady helped buy the part we needed. I wanna think Arther for helping us and Tony for putting the part on our truck and the owner Sam for working with us to get it fixed. Y'all are a god send and we appreciate everything you did for us including feeding my boys pizza. I highly recommend this place .

Great service! We were purchasing a vehicle in the area and needed a Pre-buy inspection done. We were amazed by how quickly they got us in and started looking at the car. The technicians were super helpful and obviously knowledgeable.

First time trying Midas & I ll definitely be back. Super friendly staff from beginning to end, full transparency & consent on pricing which I greatly appreciate. I did, however, mention that one of my tire pressure sensors needed replacing they aired up my tires which were low pressure due to the weather change & told me I didn t need a new sensor. This confused me because I know a sensor is out on one of my back tires. I wish they would have double checked after airing up my tires because I left with my tire pressure light still being on despite a perfect PSI in all tires. I ve been dealing with these sensors going out for months so it would ve been nice to have that finally resolved. Aside from that, my car is running well & the overall experience was a positive one! Make sure you schedule an appointment & prepare for long wait times - totally doable with a good book & some snacks, or a friend to pick you up. :) Thanks Midas

When the oil change is due for my Mercedes Benz, Robert and his team take care of my bby and I like how everyone is attentive and acknowledging at this location. Would give 10 stars if I could. Great Customer Service every time.

These guys did an amazing job. Sebasti�n is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE to work with. We can be tough to deal with and he treated us with so much respect and he even delivered my vehicle to my house after the finished the work on it.. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your vehicle here for any work needed. If it's 30 minutes out of the way I GUARANTEE it will be worth the trip.. hands down best shop I have worked with in the DFW!!!! Go here for your car needs! The facility is spotlessly clean, organized, and conveniently located with plenty of parking and a large, comfortable waiting room. The entire staff is friendly, polite, helpful, well trained, and a pleasure to interact with. It s my understanding this and one other local metroplex location are privately owned and operated. The pride in their services they provide and operation as a whole, comes through in everything they do.

Absolutely horrible! I went to get their oil change package. I opted for the tires NOT to be rotated. But they were doing it anyways. Then somehow a bolt and stem became crossthreaded. In which it can't go back on. Of course they said they weren't to do it. But it had to of been. Only discount touches my tires and wheels. EI: not opting for the tire rotation. The big thing was it said on the paperwork NOT to rotate the tires. With this being the only reason they fixed it at no charge. But that wasn't the only thing. None of my fluids were where they were suppose to be. Not even the oil! And my wiper fluid cap was broken. Contacted the general manager which asked me by text if everything was good, which i proceeded to tell him no and the problems. Never heard back from him. So no don't use this place. Go far from this place.

Everytime I go to Midas north Richland hills I get the best service I could ask for sam, Robert. And Tony always do their best to make sure that my needs are meet and they go out of their way to give me a great service experience. I would recommend this Midas to anyone needing service done on their vehicle. They are always busy but they do their best to work you in or set you an appointment as soon as possible. Give this Midas a try you won't be disappointed in the quality of service and the polite, friendly, and professional service you will get.

I want to say Thank You so much Sebastian for taking care of My Family and Myself.. Without your help, I wouldn't have new tires, brakes and ect that I couldn't afford at the time. Sebastian has Excellent customer service. He let me know every step taking to diagnose what was wrong they didn t overcharge me then I spoke with Tony the Master Mechanics who actually fixed my Dodge Durango.I can t say Thank you enough!!

Staff is awesome and always attentive to what is being requested!! First off, Sam is the MAN with the plan and he makes sure to take care of his people as well as inform his staff to do the same!!! Go to spot for sure Check them out they won t disappoint!!!!

I love the Midas that is in North Richland Hills off Boulevard 26 they fix my car correctly unlike Kia at Moritz. The prices are great the people are welcoming and they do excellent work. I would recommend if you haven't tried them out to do so you will not regret it.

BEWARE: SCAMMERS DISHONEST PLACE!!Quoted me $148 LABOR CHARGE to replace a SPARK PLUG on a 2019 hyundai tucson. When I stormed off the office, the inappropriately touching manager guy followed me and said he can do it for $50. Never ever giving them my business again!

For two days we d had a cat under the car. It was finally gotten out by my niece and nephew but it came back.We called Midas to see if the could help. They were so efficient, personable, , and accurate in the problem solving to get the cat out.Not only does Midas on Highway 26 (NRH)service our cars for regular maintenance, but they solved the cat under the hood/fender/muffler problem with professionalism and great positive attitude!Thank you!Thank you!Thank you!

Wonderful!!! Ana Lisa was very professional and honest . Price was right- more than 50 % LESS than what I got quoted at another shop. Ford - did a great job putting my battery in and quickly. I didn t realize what nice little auto shop this is and how close it s to where I live. And the inside waiting atmosphere was very cool , with cool drinks and even a table to place it on, brought to me by one of the employees. As a female, I felt safe and totally comfortable. I drive the extra mile even for an oil change, well worth it for total car care. I live by the BASE, retired United States MARINE and I drive the extra mile to get the required and other maintenance done on my Vehicles. I know they serve and protect me, just as I did serving My/Our Country. Today was the first time that I have been to Midas in NRH on 26. After today I will be a regular customer. By far some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. The Store Manager Tony was awesome. A special shout out to Robert who I watched go above and beyond to take care of an elderly customer. His kindness was unmatched Robert - Tony and the entire staff genuinely care about the customers. The team walked me through the issues with my car and they fixed everything in a timely manner at a very fair price. The customer area is very clean and inviting. Tony has built a Good Customer Service Culture that resonates throughout the staff.
