Beyond satisfied with this center and the entire crew! I ve been taking my car exclusively to the dealer since purchase and not once have I been told specifics of what may need addressing - the diagnosis and customer service is superb. While not acting on findings now, am now aware and better equipped for what is needed. Thank you!

I thought mystarter or alternator was bad ended up being a disconnected bcm they fixed it and told me I needed a brake fluid flush. I approved the brake fluid service and everything was good. Thank you.

This place was easy to get to and had lots of parking. Jamie was really nice. I needed my van inspected, I call Meineke and talked to Jamie and he told me to bring it in. Jamie made sure I knew how to get there and how much it would cost.

My visit was straight to the point and professional, great customer service. I was given a given a first hand visual look at my damage. The mechanics really know what they are doing and I felt like they were being real honest with me. As a female I didn t feel like I was taken advantage of and I appreciate that. I would recommend anyone to come to Meineke and I have had a good bit of work done before for multiple vehicles and I have always been pleased. Keep up the good work. The location for my last visit was North Richland Hills. I am pretty sure all the other locations are very good as well.

Had my truck, that I drive sparingly, in for an alignment and took it home 4/12. Drove it to work today and noticed more noise than normal coming from the front end. Checked my wheels when I got home and under the center cap I found all but one lug nut was finger loose. Could have killed someone with that move Meineke. Will never use a Meineke ever again and will be telling everyone.

Had an appointment scheduled for 9:30, pull up and there's a sign on the door that said closed. Waited for ten minutes, tried calling, nothing.

This place is awesome!! When my car broke down they came and towed it for free in the same day! And they were able to work on it and tell me what the issue is, also on the same day. They also waived the inspection fee because I fixed it there. And above all of that when Jamie went above and beyond and came to pick me up so I can pick up my car. Thanks, Jamie!!I definitely recommend this place!

My A/C quit working and I had a warranty to cover the cost. Having never used a warranty, before myself, Jamie was able to make all the necessary calls and arrange for repairs to be done. Once the repairs were authorized, they had the job completed the next day. Very nice and professional staff, nothing but nice things to say about them. We will use them for future repairs.Service: A/C installation & repair

Wonderful customer service. Easy to make an appointment, service took as long as they said it would. There was no wait for them to take me when I arrived and they provided a great 23 point inspection sent right to my phone. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything from them considering my tires need to be replaced, so I loved that they objectively provided the inspection and asked if I had questions and left it at that. They gave me a $10 rebate to send in for my oil filter and provided me a discount. I will definitely be going back for future service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Excellent Job Well Done !!!I will continue using them ...I was referred to "Meineke Car Care Center" by Danny Wilkins.Danny Wilkins was my Service Advisor for years at a Car Dealership I used, when I moved to Fort Worth, 2010.Danny Wilkins is an excellent service advisor, as well as being absolutely knowledgeable of most all vehicles. Jamie and Carter are both courteous polite responsive and knowledgeable and the mechanic there does great work. The prices are reasonable and it's always been quick turnaround on time with one exception that was due to dealership parts taking time to get there. I would highly recommend and I'm lucky that they're close to where I live.Services: Air conditioning, Brake service & repair

My mom s Honda showed a wrench in the display on dash I looked up the codes & told mom that it needed to be serviced & she told me to take care of it. I chose not to take it to Honda cuz they always find $100s of dollars worth of insignificant things. For simple oil change the bill would be over $900 every single time & they left mom w/o a car for days anyway, I stopped in @ Meineke & made an appointment @ 10 on Friday.Got there & Jaime (think that s his name) checked in the car & was super nice to me & offered me the coldest seat in their reception/waiting area & not too long after that, I see the car backing out & I asked if it could be ready? He double-checked his computer & said yes. Plus he found $10 coupon to apply to the bill. Danny, the mechanic came inside & handed me the keys & said car looked great & the code Honda had sent was checked & ignored cuz it was just a service appointment check/oil & filter change & Danny did all the necessary things & didn t try to gouge mom for it! I shook his hand & was grateful for their honesty & full report of the car & every single item was examined, photoed, & recorded for me to see. It was a delightful & refreshing experience!! I think that their integrity & honor is WAY beyond any business experience I ve ever had. They win my loyalty as a customer forever. Thanks guys!! You rock!!Service: Oil change

I ve been going here for 2 years, only here for oil changes. Customer service is amazing BUT turns out it s a bunch of malarkey. The manager told me my radiator fluid was completely empty, showed me a photo & it was. He told me it was just in a cycle & it empties regularly. This is absolutely FALSE. Having your radiator fluid empty is A BIG DEAL. I asked him to have the mechanic double check bc I would be driving to Houston & back the next day. He looked under the hood again, didn t offer to top off fluids, & let me be on my way. WOW WHAT A HAZARD. Do not go here unless you re knowledgeable or more knowledgeable than the mechanic & manager bc they will finesse you.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Went to get my alternator repaired, which was a known issue. Told me it was good. Car died on the highway less than 2 hours later. They also crushed my oil can during the replacement, causing me to leak a quart before it was replaced by another dealership. Brian was amazing! I went by to him because he was closer to me than the meineke we had got our diagnostics from. When he saw what they were trying to charge me he raised his eyes and said he would take care of me. What would ve cost me $1800-2000 for what needed immediate care for me was $700-ish. He got my car running again and told me he d only charge me for what my car needed, not just throwing parts and services at me. He went over and beyond and I will be coming back to this location for any of my repairs. A total life saver.Service: Auto engine tuning

My water pump was leaking coolant on my driver belt, and I just barely got my car to the shop early midday on a Saturday. They were able to check on it and get me a call back to discuss parts before the end of the day.I was able to get back with them on Monday morning and they let me know which parts needed replacing and got me a discount on the parts. They kept the car overnight and found on Tuesday that one of the motor mounts was broken, they gave me a call, patiently educated me on what the motor mount specifically did, what the potential damage would be if I chose to not have them repair it. I never felt pressured to make a decision. I approved the work, and they were able to get me my car back before the end of the day on Tuesday and the car feels like it runs better than ever!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Like how they called to verify my appointment and helped schedule a more convenient time for me based on what I stated my car had. When I went in, I saw they respected everyone by wearing a mask and requiring everyone in the lobby to so.I liked how they took their time and did not rush to find the problem and to fix it. My is all good now, and found out that bad tires can also make the car seemed to be misaligned.Service: Wheel alignment

In a 4 hour period- our lil SUV went from making no noises to being so loud my daughter was scared to drive it. found out someone had stolen our secondary catalytic converter. So on a Saturday afternoon I m checking Google Maps and found Meineke. What a great experience! At 4 - on a Saturday afternoon- they inspected our car. Spoke with Jaime there. Gave us peace of mind to drive the car till they could replace the stolen part. Dropped the car off on Tuesday before closing- got a call from Jaime at 10 on Wednesday that it was done! So impressed: shop was clean, great service and very fair price! Thanks Jaime/Meineke!Service: Exhaust

The initial phone call was pleasant, the visit was on time, there was no cost to look at my car and tell me what was needed. Communication was adequate in forms of text messages and emails. Cost of service was very reasonable and Jaime was very courteous and professional. I definitely will be back and recomend to anyone.
