I have a 2010 Volkswagen cc. It had developed a few issues. The initial estimate was very expensive. But they took the time to explain everything that was wrong, and how much each issue would cost. When it came time to pick the car up, he was able to fix the issues much cheaper than originally estimated. He kept my financial well-being at the forefront. He was considerate enough and gracious enough to not take advantage of me. So many mechanics do not operate this way, I can t thank him enough. He was outstanding the detailed the car before delivery. I cannot recommend this place any higher.

AVOID THIS SHOP IF YOU VALUE YOUR RIDE AND $$$. I ve lost over $1k with this guy on my old 5 series. The owner likes to post fake reviews using new google accounts, swap parts on cars with old worn out ones and make up false repair diagnostics. Josef loves to take advantage of the disabled and the elderly just to make an extra buck. The shop failed to connect my oil return tube to my Crank case valve and they refused to take responsibility and tried to say my head gasket was bad . Also Josef lied and said he changed my camshaft and tried to get another $1k out of me. I had someone else prove the camshaft was never touched. How is this guy still in business? I have no idea. I d avoid 100%. No respect for other people s property.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

I had my cars for service and repairs at Loeffler's Automotive for over 10 years. The service was always excellent. The people are very knowledgeable, fast and accurate. They know what needs to be done and things that might can wait. They are honest and I always feel that they never charge you more than it should be. I can highly recommend this place and my cars will always go there. Thank you!!

I have been going to Loeffler's European Auto for over 10 years. I have been completely satisfied. I have two older model cars, a Mercedes and an Acura. They both have been in for repair on multiple occasions and each time without any issues. Joseph and his team are true professionals. My cars have always been completed as promised and on time which is a big plus for me and the work is done right the first time. I highly recommend anyone with a car that needs work to try them out you will not be disappointed. Give yourself the peace of mind knowing you car will be repaired right the first time.

Stay FAR away from this shop. Josef is a con artist at best. He has multiple google 5 star reviews with only 1 review on each profile. He also took off the intake on my e39 and failed to put it back on properly. They left my oil dipstick off, crushed the o ring and ruined my CCV in the process. He also serviced my A/C and tried to say my heater control valve was bad. Turns out they never put a drop of refrigerant in the system and tried to get me to replace the valve. Go to DFWBIMMER in Euless, Jesse will take care of you hands down. Josef took over $2,000 of my money and I m in college. What a disgrace! I took in my 09 Jaguar XF with a recurring brake issue the previous owner had. I got a quick, fair assessment and fantastic service which determined that the likely cause was previous brake service by non-Jag certified shops that weren't aware of some specific service requirements. Clearly worth it to go with someone who knows the cars they are working on. Final tally was $400 less than originally estimated as well.So far, so good and if I need more work, I'll be heading back here without the slightest hesitation.

Went here for my first time today and I'll definitely go back and will also recommend to others. Very friendly, honest and quality work. When your repairs are done here, you'll know it's done right. Definitely not your stereotypical auto shop, it's a cut above the rest.

Very professional, phenomenal work and service. Prices are reasonable as you pay for what you get! I always bring my car here even for something as simple as an oil change. They even have cars you can borrow if yours is going to take a few days as an option.

I see Loeffler's review are generally good. Mine however was anything but. The service advisor I spoke to was the German techicien. I came in for a marker light bulb replacement and an alignment. After inspecting the car the technician told me I needed $3200 worth of parts replaced in the front end along with an entire wiring set-up for the marker light. I paid my $90 for the diagnosis and took the car to Park Place. They aligned the front end and replaced the light bulb and charged me $275.00Needless to say I will never darken Loefflers door again.

Josef at Loeffler's treated us with honesty, didn't charge us for evaluating a problem and gave us the correct answer where 2 other auto repair shops had given us wrong information.Allow me to explain...Loeffler's was the 3rd shop I brought my VW Jetta to for a vibration coming from the front end of the car. We had our tires rotated along with purchasing 2 new tires one week prior. Immediately after purchasing the tires we went to a very inexpensive alignment shop to get the alignment fixed. We ended up going twice because the vibration started after the fixed the alignment the first time. The alignment was still OK (according to their computer), but, the vibration persisted. The alignment shop told us that we needed both a front-end and rear-end brake job to fix the problem -- this made no sense as the vibration was happening without applying the brakes. That brake job would have cost $300 at the alignment job and would not have fixed the problem. We went back to the dealer where we bought the tires and neither company could figure out what was the cause of the vibration.We left the car with Loeffler's and got a call back 3 hours later. Josef told us the 2 old tires were going bad - he said the visual signs were very subtle, but, he was quite confident that the tires needed replacing. He said they brakes were fine -- check them at the next oil change to monitor the wear.We took our car back to the tire shop who continued to insist that the 2 old tires were fine. We insisted that they replace them and the vibration disappeared! Josef was right.And, given that Loeffler's didn't do anything other than look at the tires and the brakes, they DID NOT CHARGE US ANYTHING. Now that is honesty, and that is customer-focused service.

Dropped in mid morning without an appointment. Engine light was on. They kindly gave me a ride home. Called me a bit later after they had diagnosed the problem and told me what was needed and the cost to do it. I gave them the OK, and they had the car done at 5:00P! Perfect!

Im another happy customer and Only take my Range Rover to Josep and His Team for work. Theyve worked on a couple of my vehicles and both ended up being less than the intial quote. And they washed my car I was so surprised. Awesome place good people I will definately be back.

Mechanic did a shotty job. They kept coming up with more stuff that was wrong with it, they took advantage of my step son with disabilities. I made an appointment late in the afternoon for minor repairs on my car, not only was I seen on a short notice they provided outstanding customer service and repaired everything same day, I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them to others.

I'm having trouble with my vw passat and wanted some information from Loeffler's about a diagnosis. I sent an email because I was working at the time. That was a month ago and have yet to receive a response from them. Not very professional IMO.

I have used Joseph for around 4 years on my 08 bmw 335 i.Initially i think they did quaility work.Not so much any more.Im looking at my 3rd shredded serpentine belt in 9 months.Either they are missing something they should catch as professionals ,they are not fixing it to make future work,or they just arent qualified to work on my car.In any case around 5,000.00 dollars later no excuse will fly.i can say this.N54 owners take your car somewhere else.i could say more .My total mechanic bill from them over 4 years roughly 20,000.00

Made an appointment to have a pre-purchase inspection done over the phone and they refused to honor the time.
