The service here is unmatched. The outside seating area is cute and decorated. Everything down to the guest bathroom is thought of and well taken care of. Will be using this location from now on

I called later in the day for an inspection, expecting that they'd be too busy, or it was too late, but the gentleman on the phone told me he'd be ready in 5-10 minutes. I immediately hopped in my car and went straight to the location. He was swift, and everyone there was extremely kind and courteous. I was there Maybe 15 minutes, which was amazing because I only had an hour with my babysitter. I was then able to go update my registration- which I didn't think I would be able to do- thanks to the employees here. Bonus: they didn't try selling me a new air filter, lol. I appreciate that type of service.

We were passing through town back to Austin and my husbands water pump broke. They got us in, ordered the parts from a shop down the street, and got it fixed in a few hours same day. They were SO kind and helpful, and even offered us a ride to get food. Highly recommend to anyone who needs work done. Very kind and amazing service!

These guys take sure good care of me every time I come in. Very knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend this location. Best Kwik Kar I ve ever worked with. Personable and professional. They will speak to you as if you were family and ensure that your car problems are fix/recognized.

Wael was so nice (give him a raise!!!)! I came on my lunch break to get inspection and oil change. Despite them being super busy he had me out and back to work within 30 minutes!When they say "Kwik", they mean it!Thanks again for the great customer service and speedy work!

My fiance and I went in earlier today and it was wonderful! They were very quick and though we went in for an inspection, our check engine light went on and Mr. Weal was able to find the issue and fix us right up! Definitely recommend this place, they were all so nice and timely.

I have never been treated this well EVER!! These guys are amazing, honest, reliable, and competitively priced. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up. 5 star freaking service, "ABOVE AND BEYOND"I had to get a new AC compressor so it wasnt a quick and easy repair but they sure made it seem that way. All other estimates were well over 1200$ and up, and most would not even warranty the new part. Crazy right, these guys got me a brand new part, kept at the original estimate, and a lifetime warranty. My AC blows like a dream! Couldn t be happier!! Thank yall so much!!

I have been coming here for years. Oil change, inspection, FIX YOUR TOTALED CAR, tire change, whatever you need they got it. The owner has been a LIFE SAVOR for not only me but my husband. He is great with communicating. Hes honest with time frame and small details. And his team is also amazing, his partner once gave me and my husband a ride back home while they fix the car. I never go anywhere else for anything car related. They fixed my car that was totaled after the first month of having it and it drives better than it did before. I cannot thank thaas

I was across the street getting gas and minding my own business, for some reason two mechanics thought this warranted cat calling. They whistled, I instinctively looked at the source of the whistling, they waved their hands at me and I went inside. When I came back out, they started whistling and waving again. I have no idea why these employees are comfortable enough to portray this behavior at all, let alone at their place of work, but I think it s pretty fair to say that if they re confident enough to harass women across the street, they re likely to us a hard time in the shop as well.

They truly provide service with care. I don't even live close to the location but keep coming back because of how great our experiences have been with them. 10/10 recommend.

I just needed an oil change, and the service was fantastic! Quick, friendly and well-priced. The owner even tool me to the garage to show that I had a small furry stowaway who was nibbling on my cabin air filter :VHe also gladly matched the Groupon price (I hadn't purchased it yet).I will absolutely be coming back here for general maintenance!

Best service! Wael is extremely professional and takes great care of his customers. My car was assessed, fixed, cleaned and inspected all in an hour. Their service is unmatched. I am so thankful for these guys. I called about my AC. They checked the AC and then repaired my AC compressor. They were able to get me in and out all in a days work... My AC is blowing better than it was before... Thank you, and I will be back...

RIP OFF! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!. Went in for a simple oil change was told that my drain plug was bad and needed to be rethreaded it would be an extra $15. When it comes time to pay he tells me that there is a $3 fee for disposal, $35 for the oil pan (which no one said anything to me about? I tell him I was not informed about a oil pan so I should not be charged for something I didn't know about I was then told sorry for the miscommunication here's your bill so another $53 bucks on top of what I'm already paying for the oil change. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Calling the corporate office as well. People work hard for there funds not to be ripped off. Continuing since you all replied and I can't reply back. I was never told about a leak and glue everywhere which I don't believe the f150 that you speak of is well kept and maintained the bad drain plug I really don't see but I took you all word for it I have not had a leak or any drops of anything under this truck. but all the other that you are just not speaking about I highly disagree and feel like I was taken advantage of. As far as you putting the make and model up online (putting my personal information online) without my consent I do ask for you to remove it. You could be putting me in danger and not know it.Service: Oil change

I came here because I had a voucher and was very satisfied with the service. I got a synthetic oil change and Wael took care of my car. He was efficient, professional, and friendly. The prices here are fair, and Wael made sure to explain every charge. I ll be coming back to this Kwik Kar!

This service station is the best. You cannot go wrong if you come here and I'm telling you from experience. I have been to so many different places. And they all ripped me off. The mechanics are honest and reasonable here. So take it for me, give them a chance.

I have NEVER had customer service like this from a mechanic shop. These guys were phenomenal. I went in for an oil change. They aired up my tires, refilled my fluids, and got me out of there in 15 minutes. They walked me through some additional maintenance I should consider, but did not add any pressure for same day purchase. This will be my new go to spot for sure.Service: Oil change

So, this is a bit late(a full year), but the fact that I wrote this review should speak to their service. I went in with my own part for my car, but could not get to the area and asked if they could replace the part for me. They not only replace the part that I brought in the same day, but did it within record time and did not charge an arm or leg and did not hassle me about anything, at all. They are great!

I purchased a groupon and in the fine print it states that they charge extra for a filter. The groupon clearly says that you are purchasing an oil change, but they snuck in the filter charge in the fine print. What oil change doesn't include a filter. Misleading and dishonest. Wael, Elijah, and the rest of the crew were absolutely awesome! I will gladly drive 45 mins out the way for the services they provide! It can be frustrating as a woman in a car service shop with the usual issues of mistrust and misinformation this was not the case. Honest service from genuine people who are knowledgeable about cars. They failed to fully tighten the oil filter. Oil was leaking the entire way home. called the manager he wanted to blame it on a defective filter without even seeing it based off a phone. Then he offered to send 2 workers with some oil and a filter. and was wanting to charge me $50.00 for their negligence.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
