When the lady asked if she could help me I told her that I needed to get my care inspected. She laughed and started talking to the people that were sitting down in the little waiting area saying that the guy wouldn't be in until 2 and that they would have to come back. I am taking it that it was meant for me too since I wasn't really acknowledged. I just said thank you and walked out. The rating was for the customer service I received. It could be a fantastic place to take your vehicle, I wouldn't know.

Don't go here! They are easily distracted. Gave us the wrong inspection paperwork for someone else's car. Didn't find out until we are at the courthouse trying to get our tags and person behind the counter tells us. Had to go back and get the correct paperwork but they made us wait to get it re inspected from not even 2 hours ago. By then courthouse is closed so still no tags. The people here were more interested in eating food and holding little children then focusing on important business. Never again. Unprofessional.

Save your money and stay away.Horrible service and unprofessional people especially someone called Manuel apparently he was the inspector at the place but he is rude and not professional at all. He tried to make me pay $50 for just windshield wipers and extra $20 for back break light while I asked him to check and surprise my light was working normally. He said oh I didn t notice!!! So how is he the inspector!! Come on people.. you are cheating and stealing people money!Non acceptable at all.

STAY AWAY!!! Completely rip off. I came here for an inspection as they said $20 cash. They said my headlight is flickering so they change my headlight for $50. Just 1 halogen bulb which cost less than $3 and 2 minutes of work. Super ripoff. Never come here again.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

Don't take your vehicle here. Carlos is dishonest. I thought it weird that someone came in the day that i took the car in for a sensor replacement and was complaining about bad service. I should have left then! They broke the sensor off in the manifold and couldn't fix it but charged me for it and the other guy they took it to that could fix it. I was told $500 for the total repair, went to pick up the car and got the bill for $650. There are other places that are honest and have good business ethics near by. Went in to change 1 head light left spending $175 if you re a girl STAY AWAY $100 for 2 head lights PLUS $70 for labor since he d need to take the lights out yet he still left the NOT WORKING LEDS IN?? I even knew it was too much but figured he he was putting good quality lights in not the 2 for $20 ones!!!!!!! QUE FALTA DE HONESTIDAD QUE TRISTEEEEE !!! Si pudiera da zero estrellas lo haria

Worst experience ever ,i was referred to this horrible place and wasted my time and to get treated badly after one of their employee mistake is even more insane. . I was told to give my information to the lady at front desk and before any service was done she was going to call me before to give me price . Unfortunately that didn't happen , they accused me of knowing this issue with my car and the price before they serviced it . I was not aware of the total of repair or what needed to be done. Carlos insisted I did know , I have no education on vehicles I didn't know at all . I refused to pay for the total because he said it was a temporary fix and it could go out tomorrow or anyday . Why would i pay $200 ? He was very rude and didn't want to listen honestly I don't think he even understands English to well instead he over talk you and argue with you . He literally left my car in the street with incoming traffic. They have workers that look like kids I'm pretty sure it's only one mechanic license in the facility. It was not fair how i was treated and i cant get over it without them not holding accountablity so I have already made an complaint/report and the owner will be hearing from the state soon and I promise that.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible customer service rude and unwilling to give one a second to put the stuff up. Does not care. I was told to leave it or get out of the way as they have another customer. Awesome service!! doesn't seem like the best shop on the block but they are honest and reasonably priced. i went to get my window tint done and was only charged $100 for 5% on the back, 35% on the front and a 5% eyebrow on my windshield and it looks great! no bubble no nothing!! HIGHLY recommended.

My truck had been not starting from time to time. I came in and asked to clean my fuel injector but also see if something else could be causing the issue. I had to leave for work but they said they would call me. No one called, I called about 7-8 different times before someone picked up and said it was ready. I tried different times because I understand places can get busy. Came to get my truck, no explanation of what was done, but it did start and I got it home. A few hours later it won t start. It smells like gas now when I try to crank it which wasn t happening before. Also making a way different noise when attempting to start. A day later and still not starting. Previously it would only not start once every few weeks.I had a bad feeling when I dropped it off initially because he barely even seemed like he wanted my business. This is the first negative post I ve ever made for a company. Would not recommend this place at all.

Absolute lousy excuse of a car shop.Check engine came back on within three days of a part replacement job. They tried to charge more for a do over after the employee "verified" with the manager who of course was not on site (similar to a cheap used car dealership). The staff is extremely unprofessional and even condescending as if they can do anything right the first time. Never again.

****cracked my turn signal switch****I thought this was going to be a good experience. Took my car in yesterday to have a look. Two different men got in the car to drive it. I got my diagnosis and was planned to bring it in to have $1200 worth of work done to it. I got in my car this morning and noticed my turn signal lever thing was loose. I got to looking and it was cracked all the way around the bottom. Nobody told me anything so I drove up there today to speak with Carlos, the owner. Well, there is no way they did that. Really? I'm 5 ft short and I can only imagine you did not put the seat back before hopping in and your knee hit as you were getting in and cracked it. Carlos says absolutely not but if I want to purchase the part ($150), he will put it in. Oh and you get a cash price or you pay taxes. No thanks. I'll have better luck watching YouTube!

I come here every year to get my inspection done. They are always busy but always efficient and friendly! Im never here longer than 10 minutes and I usually bring both vehicles! Thank you guys for making my life a little easier!

Honest, quality and fair prices.. They took care of me and was more than fair with pricing.. Even though they aren't close to me, I'll drive again for mechanic needs. As a lady needing assistance when vehicle repairs, you have to worry about being taken advantage of when needing car repairs, but not with these guys.. Glad to have found them.

I've been coming here for years to get my inspection done. $20 cash and I'll get you in and out in less than 10 minutes if there's no wait. The only bad thing about this place is getting in and out and parking can be burdensome, due to it's location.

I've gone here every year for the past 3 or 4 years to get my vehicle inspected and every time it's been a hassle-free experience. The people are all friendly and I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes to get it done. Highly recommend this place, especially if you're pressed for time.

I went to get my inspection done. When i tried to start my car to show them something it decided not to start.Turns out some of the wires had corrosion and needed to be cleaned. They said $140. $120 for diagnostics and $20 for inspection. If i could give them a -10 i would. All they did was pull my car in, clean some wires and it started. They screwed me over. Dont EVER use them!

Never have a bad experience at this place. Got an oil change the day knowing my brakes needed done. I didn't say anything about the brakes to the mechanic and he informed me what I already knew and wasn't pushy at all. Love this place. Getting brakes dont now

Came to get a oil change here and these people broke my handle that pops open the hood and I confronted the owner and he knew that THEY broke my handle and still failed to inform me what they had done. I asked them if they re going to fix it and they told my to BUY THE WIRE. The same day I drove off from paying them for the oil change I hopped on the freeway and THEY didn t shut my hood right and yet FAILED to check to see if it was closed.These people are unprofessional and don t seem to care for the safety of their customers and our cars. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS. you ll walk in thinking you re being well taken care of just to find out they break things without telling you and it s sad that I read other peoples reviews and they done the same to them.there are other better businesses that we ll take care of you, sadly I trusted these imbeciles.

Baby, please do not take your car here. They lied like they put a thermostat on my car Wednesday and 6 days later my car running hot. It wasn t running hot when I took it there, all I needed was a sensor per the diagnostic test that was done elsewhere. The man was very rude to me. They demand you leave your vehicle there and don t allow you to wait on your vehicle. I now know why. He never put the thermostat on my car, but charged me for the work. So today I prayed that they do the right thing and they did they still had my thermostat and autozone bag, they fixed my car and didn t charge me a dime. My car is running smooth so far. I learned a valuable lesson today. It s not worth saving a few dollars to be used and abused, to be disrespected, lied to and talked to like a peasant.

The worst service I've ever received I don't normally post reviews on places but this was despicable. The service itself did not take very long but when I proceeded to get into my car the car would not start.they have somehow drain the battery while changing the oil.so I got out and said my car won't start I don't know what's going on he said okay will charge your battery don't worry about it. After the battery was charged I got back in my car put my car in reverse and then pulled out and then when I went to go into drive the car would not move forward so I put the car back in park and I said okay my car is not in drive anymore like it won't.then he said well what did you do to it I said my car has never had any problems it's a nice car everything's always maintained on it I said all I came in was for an oil change and that's it and then they told me that I was being crazy and asked me what was wrong with me. He said all you have to do is put it in drive.. I said I know how to drive my car I'm not stupid I've been driving this car for a while it's not a brand new car but put it in drive it drives.my mother was with me and I said mother I think we should have gone to the Ford dealership and then I would have taken you if I would have known that I was going to deal with you two people oh I know right mind Gastly to talk like that to a customer very poor service I will not be back and I will make sure that all my friends and family know never to go there and I won't corporate I'm going to get corporates number and let them know too because that is unprofessional and disrespectful.

Went to get my car inspected,and walked to the store while they was doing the inspection. after I returned the tech said: ok, all the lights pass but you need wiper blades, so I was like ok fine how much.He said 30.00 (which I know is way too much) but i said ok if that what I takes for me to get this done I'm good with that. So he puts on the blades comes back and said my emissions failed. ..And if I payed 175.00 to do a fuel injection clean it would pass. .FIRST OFF THAT IS WAY TOO MUCH ,SECOND THE CAR HAS A THROTTLE BODY NO INJECTORS LIKE HE WAS TRYING TO SAY..this car was sitting in the garage for six months, but had been well cared for over the years. .I put fresh gas in it and seafoam in the gas tank took it somwhere else, (kwik Kar lube )and passed inspection with no snaggs...I have four cars and you can bet none of them will EVER go there..Ever..If you're a single woman ..stay clear of these bandits. .

They changed me an alternator,charged me 300 $for a used one ,after 4 days it was broken becouse the young helper they have ,left all the bolts loose,the owner didn t want to apologize and he told me that was impossible.I took the car to another mechanic,he found the wire bolt loose and another bolt holding the alternator loose,he replace the alternator with a new one paied 300$ for the new one.The owner was very rude and unprofessional.

They broke my hood latch on my Honda Civic . I kept hearing someone slamming something shut and I walked outside and it was my car. He broke the hood latch and I noticed it once I was on the highway driving . This is a big safety hazard it could have caused an accident for myself or one that involved others due to their unsafe repairs and disregard for safety for myself and others / customers I will not use them for any further repairs ever again . They didn't even tell me they broke my hood latch . I'm so disappointed .
