Best experience I have had with a body shop!I didn't get my automated survey, but wanted to be sure to stop and share my experience. When a customer is not familiar with auto repair or body work, you want a shop that makes you feel confident and a staff that makes you feel welcome. The office is clean and organized, they made it so easy.They replaced my grill and did a fantastic job. It was fast, the price was reasonable...and there were no surprises when I paid. I will be back - if needed of course and will refer friends. Thank you to the team there in North Richland Hills.Alexandria and Sysco were very helpful, and friendly. It was a wonderful experience!

Cisco was so friendly, actually the entire staff was very nice. The shop was clean and everyone was professional. My repairs were completed ahead of schedule and the results were remarkable. I had a great experience my first time using them.

Can t say enough good things about this shop. I used this particular shop in the past but it has definitely gone through some major upgrades. Sisco is the man that handled my vehicle and he was so nice and knowledgeable, he made sure I was updated and happy with everything. If your insurance gives you a choice on where to take your car then choose this one. Ask for Sisco.

Best experience in customer service I've had in a while. Very responsive, courteous, answered questions completely, no surprises, and great work. Very nice staff. They are my new "go to" should I ever need another auto repair.

My wife got hit while driving my truck and made a crease in the right front door. I searched for a local independent body shop and found this one. I looked at the reviews posted, and all were 5 stars .I stopped in to get an estimate to repair the door and was very impressed with the owners and the shop. The estimate was a very reasonable price.We set up a time for me to leave my vehicle for the repair. Work was done quickly, and my trucklooks brand new again.I recommend if you need a GREAT body shop, this is it!

We only wanted a estimate and drove all the way from Haslet. I was disappointed actually that it was not Northeast paint and body shop anymore and we sure will miss them because they were professional and always got the job done but this particular body shop would not even give us a quick estimate and we asked about Friday and she said they could not do it on Friday and it was a simple scratch and if they can t handle that we will not be returning back. Unfortunately our community always gives great business but I cannot refer them hopefully they ll get their act together.

Looking for old school customer service by a legendary family owned business? There's a reason why Northeast Paint & Body is has been serving the mid-cities for generations. Highly recommend for all your paint & body needs. You'll thank me later and sleep better knowing you have an amazing body shop for all your needs instead of dealing with one of the large commercial shops that run vehicles through like cattle. My Denali was hammered with hail and it came back looking better than new. With wish I could give a 10 star review. ~J. Vititow

I've been a customer of Northeast Paint and Body for over 35 years and have never been disappointed. They're friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Their integrity and customer service is above reproach. As long as they are in business, they will do all of my pai t and body work. They are the best!

Had a jeep painted there a couple of years ago, now having my daughter's car fixed after a fender bender. These folks are honest and do great work. I came back here for a great paint job and I'm not getting other estimates. I want these guus to do it and they gave me and fair price. It's called repeat business , they earned it.

Brought my Kia Optima to this incredible family owned business for some nasty collision damage on the side, door and inside of the door jam. Repairs look phenomenal, cannot tell any damage ever occurred in first place, which is about the best you could ask for. Pricing was great compared to all others I received. Car was ready on time and was given back to my shiny and clean. Best experience I ve had with a body shop and will certainly recommend them to anyone.

Dinged my fiancee's car on something last year, brought it here and got it fixed for a very affordable amount based on all other estimates.....Dan the owner even ran out to bring me an estimate another time in the rain because I needed the stay in my car with my dog with stitches. Went above and beyond!!! Will absolutely recommend!!

They did a terrible job repairing accident damage and hail damage to my SUV and left overspray on the wheels, trim and interior.I would never have repairs made here again and would not recommend them. Very sloppy workmanship.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my 20yr old pickup in they painted the hood and roof only, and the match was incredible. The best thing is I left my tools in the truck (I have lots of tools in my truck, under the seats, in the door panels, and the tool box) and didn't have to worry about them . Very good people with very good ethic!!

Dan was a little weary about taking an internet bought front bumper that was unprimed and unpainted, due to the way it was boxxed and shipped. I brought the bumper back when it was properly shaped.The bumper was primed and painted in 2 days, and it perfectly matched the color of my car. I can't even tell it's not the original bumper on my car! Price was fair, around $400

Yup, these guys are solid. Fixed my bumper after getting rear-ended. Dan is the man (the manager / owner). Very nice guy who is genuine and will help answer your questions and put your mind at ease. Helped answer some questions about an issue on my car unrelated to what was being fixed, too. They're family owned for 60+ years and it shows. I would definitely recommend them for your collision repair.

These guys do amazing work! Locally owned by nice, honest people. After stopping by a few other body shops, and trying to get quotes, I felt like I was getting the run around. I found Northeast Paint & Body on Google and am so glad I did. Dan, one of the owners, personally looked over my heavily damaged Mustang and gave me a fair quote on the spot. When all was said and done it was even cheaper than the original quote. The work they did was of the highest quality! I hope to never need them again but if i get a dent in DFW I will definitely take my buisness back to these guys.

Brought in my car for some front end work. The body panel alignment and paint job looks perfect, but then they didn't tighten two of the fender bolts all the way (one was loose by at least a quarter of an inch), they didn't align the headlights after reinstallation, and they did not reinstall the hood alarm sensor to the fender and just left it hanging by its wires. The superficial work looks good, but the details are extremely lazy.

I was very pleased with the repair on my tailgate. The price was fair and they were very honest in everything they said to me. I have had bad experiences with other body shops. These guys give all body shops something to strive to be like. Thank you.

My truck has a large dent and would normally cost thousands to repair. Larry quoted me 150$ to repair it and said he woudnt charge me if he worked for days and I wasn't satisfied!!! Awesome place, I wish more business was done this way, good honest hard work at a fair price and even returning your money if your'e not happy. I wish all business was run this way. Highly reccomend.

I just went to this place after being involved in a hit and run to ask how much they would charge to fix the paint... The guy walked out with a rag and some stuff and literally wiped off all of my scratches and didn't charge me anything it was so nice and so professional and I am beyond on grateful for this place!!! If I ever need any work done this is the place I'm going to if you want an honest friendly experience this is your place to go!Service: Painting

New door and fender on my truck.Window would not roll all the way down, door and fender touching and chipped paint , door felt falling out .They repaired all but the felt.It should have been caught by them before I picked it up.I was not happy with repairs and never got felt fixed.

Great people, great workmanship, nothing but aClass A establishment. Would take my mother's car there. Have been dealing with them since the early80's when I first came to Texas.
