Always a good experience at this location. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and straight up. Which I appreciate. I know I could send my wife or mom up to this location and they won't get taken advantage of. I've been there over a dozen times and never had anything but good things to say. I'll keep going back.On a side note: can jiffy lube please put a option at check out to tip the attendants!?!?!?! I never carry cash, but would love to be able to give them something for the services I asked for.

The employees there were great. Everyone we encountered were very friendly. We had a short wait but during that time I was witness to several customer interactions with Hannah F and was very impressed with her customer relation skills and knowledge of the services she was discussing. I was glad to receive this survey request via email because I might have failed to log in and do a review on my own although I do try to remember to leave a review because I know how important it is.Thanks again for the great service. I am a repeat customer and will return for future services.

Superior place. They re quick, but also have super nice staff. Made me and my family feel at home while we waited for our oil change. Will definitely be back in the future!

I initially went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and tire rotation. The tech pointed out my car's dirty filters. Thanks to her, my car is well-serviced and I fell good about it. In addition, the process was faster than imagined and the service was friendly / excellent. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely loved the customer service, they were so nice and did a great job! Shout out to the one female that was in the crew, her communication skills, were superb! She explained everything in a very simple way not just to myself, but to any other customer that had the pleasure to interact with her! The crew was amazing.

Moved to Texas, two weeks ago and met an employee of Jiffy Lube named Greg out and about. He told me where he worked and I needed an oil change so I brought my Volvo in today and the general manager Pete went out of his way to have one delivered within the hour. I came back they did a remarkable job Even told me that they sell tires there so now we are going to be getting new tires in the next couple months so helpful so professional they even price matched and gave me the same price for an oil change couldn t be happier. Yay jippy

Went in for a state inspection. Guys did a great job and got me out fast. I did seem to notice a trend that there was a goal to upsell each customer. If they didn't need a filter, engine oil additives were offered. I don't care for the upsell, but everything else was fine. Would return

Told me 30-45 minutes for an oil change took 4 hours! Not once did they come in and say it's going to take longer they just expected me to sit and wait 4 hours. (UPDATE) they responded asking me to email them to discuss the issue so I did. . . . . . Then they never responded nice attempt at making everyone think you care!

Pulled in for oil change and I had a great experience they were Curtis , honest with what needed to be done and explained in detail what they were doing. . They had me in and out in 15 mins. I will be going back for sure. Thanks guys you re awesome. Teresa Brennan

Jiffy Lube at Rufe Snow employees didn't recognize me from my picture on my Google. They were truly professional,kind and informative ; the location was clean and inviting. I and my friend will definitely return to them.

This was a great experience. I brought my K5 in and was out within 15 mins. The cashier was nice and warm welcoming. Also the techs are great and knowledgeable. Appreciate the service.

Pretty great place to get State Inspection done. Though they were busy, I interacted with a bit of them as they provided really great updates on the wait. I'd be more than glad coming back for their help. They all definitely deserve praise for the outstanding service.

Victor and the rest of the team did an excellent job! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! On top of excellent service, they were all very welcoming, well-mannered and very kind to me. Went in for state inspection, failed inspection do to Jiffy Lube software not communicating with my car. Went to Ford Dealership, found no faults and my car was fully inspected in 20 minutes. Yes, I had to pay for inspection twice, I didn t want to go back to jiffy Lube just to be denied again.

Great crew! Good at what they do and still friendly too. Trouble getting my oil pan plug out because it was stripped out but they DID NOT give up until they got it out! This crew has heart, people. Go visit them!

I'm giving ur location 3 stars for the fact ur associates left my front hood open and didnt shut it after finishing the work it could have caused a serious accident if it would have flew open while I was driving and other then that the service was good

You can t trust them... Not because they are dishonest but because they are incompetent. Had my oil changed yesterday and today my car alerted me that my windshield washer fluid was empty. That was particularly annoying because when I was paying I asked if they had filled it and they had answered yes. When I took it back the manager was polite and filled it but he didn t even apologize. I have been using these guys for years. The previous oil change I had to add about half a quart of oil about 2 weeks later and that s pretty suspicious since the car doesn t leak or burn oil. The oil change prior to that I had to bring the car back the next day also because they had messed up the plug to the oil pan causing oil to drip. Please do cause yourself any frustration by going to this Rufe Snow location. They just aren t what they used to be. It s overpriced on top of all that.Service: Oil change

Greater immediately and walked in which was great. Came in just for an inspection and one of their you technicians with a beanie was flying through their parking lot with my vehicle. Not professional at all and almost hit the wall going around their building. I wouldn t recommend this place!!!
