Mr. Ordo�ez is a very respectful gentleman providing exceptional customer service for every Mechanical issue my Three automobiles He has serviced. His prices are very reasonable and affordable. We will continue to bring our vehicles and refer anyone who needs Either Maintenance or Repair services.

Just got my 3" custom exhaust installed. Great price and group of people to work with. I got here at 10 & we finished at 14:45. A job well done and only 1 leak on start up. I will defently be back. I brought all my parts in and installed with out a problem.

I took my car to have my radiator replaced at J&M Exhaust. When I got my car back, my mud flaps fell off on both sides and my bumper was not secured. When I went over a track, they fell out. I had someone look at them, and they confirmed that whomever was working on my car did not replace all the screws to secure the flaps.My bumper had to be removed to replace the new radiator. On the left side, my bumper was left hanging. Again, it was confirmed that all the screws were not replaced to secure the bumper.I was also having a motor mount replaced and was told one price for the motor mount to be installed and when I went to pick up my car, they charged me an additional $30.00. Never understood what the additional cost was for. I asked beforehand what the cost would be and the owner gave me a set price, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, I was charged an additional price.This company was recommended by a friend and I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. From my experience, I would not recommend J&M Exhaust. The owner seemed very unconcerned about how my car was handle while in their care. I trusted them to do what they said they would do, but that never happened. My car doesn't drive the same and sounds very rough when driving. I will NEVER return to this shop. I can't tell you to go or not to go to J&M Exhaust. I just wanted to share my experience I had with this shop and it wasn't a good one. Hope this will help someone.

The worst service experience I've ever had in my life. He lied from the beginning telling me that it would only take 4 hours. It took 8.5hours. When I left my entire dashboard lit up like a Xmas tree. I asked for my money back and he refused. My car immediately went to half power because it went into safety mode. Do not take your care there. He will tell you anything to get your money. While waiting a lady came in complaining about her car doing something similar but noooo I didn't heed the warning signs that she offered I waited patiently only to be screwed out of my money and my car jacked up. Smmfh!!!Service: Exhaust

New X-pipe installed on my Shelby GT350 in 1 hour.Not a lot of communication in the shop.Very careless with my vehicle. Car door opened up into metal lift, front splitter curbed and the exhaust was initially cut too short.

I have been using this place for over 15 years, they are exceptional! I have never had a single problem with any form of repair they have ever done for me. Today they were so busy and the wait was 5hrs and I had an emergency brake situation so I had to go somewhere else (Midas across the street). The other place tried to charge me AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE. (over 1,000) I left there and went back to J&M with paying under $200. They are fantastic, professional, friendly and 100% honest! They do not try to oversell you things you do not need they are just there to help you. I will forever recommend this place to everybody I know! So glad I went with my gut and went back even though they had a long wait. The wait was MORE than worth it!Services: Brakes, Battery

I have been coming to this place for over 10 yrs. I have always been taken care of and they are so reliable. Honest and trustworthy. The owner is very humble and will never tell you to get something fixed if it doesn't need to. I have the most respect for them and will continue to do business with them. Really had a bad service here. Brought in my car for repair as the front rotors were noisy. They told me it was a common issue and I don t need to change rotors. Finished working on my car and paid $89, 5 minutes later noise returned. Took it back and they said it was wheel hub. Paid $135 for wheel hub change and noise returned. The guy upfront was really nonchalant as he said if this doesn t work we try the other! All this time I was paying for some issue that wasn t resolved. Think twice before visiting this place. Just my experience.

Got an exhaust put on and the poor welds broke and my muffler dropped onto the highwayCareless with cutting and dragged everything across the floor when installing

Best mechanic shop around. Extremely honest and very affordable. When I needed brakes for wife's van I called several places and J & M was by far the least expensive. Have had them do all kinds of work on our vehicles over the last several years and the service and cost are truly excellent. Call other places for estimates and then call J & M .You'll never go anywhere else.

If I could give this shop zero stars I WOULD! Arnold, the manager/owner of this shop, completely scammed me! I talked to Arnold on 12/2/21 to just take a look at my car. I was having problems with my car. I was able to take my car to his shop on 12/4/21. Before I dropped off my car, I told Arnold again to JUST TAKE A LOOK AT MY CAR. I did NOT tell him to fix my car. Well, Arnold ended up fixing my car anyway and told me that I needed to pay him $300 for my car that I told him to LOOK AT NOT FIX. When I told him that I do not have the money right now, and I did not tell him to fix my car, he told me that I needed to pay him, or I cannot get my car back. I did not tell him to fix my car. It is coming up to Christmas, I'm a woman, and Arnold tried to take advantage of this situation. I have called the police and made a report. I will take this issue to court if I have to. This was the worst experience I have had with my car. I will NEVER take my car back to this shop EVER again! TERRIBLE!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

This place is a joke. They had 2 people working this morning none which spoke English and there wasn't anyone working the office. I was there 45 minutes and nobody even spoke to me until I ask for a manager or the owner. I ask to speak to someone because they do not take the customers in the order they arrive. If you are Hispanic they will greet you as soon as you get out of your car. There was 4 customers that left because of this behavior around 9am this morning October 29th. There was 1 person really working on mufflers the other person was acting as a mechanic. It's a damn muffler shop. The customer service is awful here. STAY AWAY!!!

I love the crew at J&M. I truly believe this is the most honest place you'll find in the area for repairs. They do all of my state inspections, and I've used them for repairs as well. I highly recommend them.

Took my little 2003 Hyundai here because it failed the previous inspection due to a "muffler leak". J&M knew what the issue was right away and fixed it within 20 min. Great Service and repair! Thank you!

There are many shops in the area but these guys here are honest and reliable they helped me within this past month when my catalytic converter got stolen and now they are fixing my timing and water pump for way cheaper than what others said I would recommend them I know when I need a service I ll go here!Services: Transmission, ExhaustServices: Transmission, Exhaust

I had my catalytic converter stolen. Saw prices all the way up to 1300.00. He replaced my 06 Tucson for 220.00. Prompt courteous service as well.

Engine would not go. Honest A (owner managed) told me is only the O2 sensor & it was fixed and running well in a few minutes and for a super reasonable price. Highly recommend.

The guy at the counter is about as sketchy as it gets.I asked for a header replacement with one that I got from the junk yard. They took 4-5 hours and afterwards I asked if they had the old one. The mechanic asked why? My response was "Bc its mine" they handed it to me and it still had the cobwebs on it from the junkyard... All while they gladly took my money and said they completed the work. Clearly this was a lie and the owner refused to refund my money.COMPLETE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We took my husbands truck to get a new muffler put on. First it was Flowmaster but more impressive than that, the guy that did it will forever be the muffler master. He was quick and was able to get the bend right just by eyeing it.

Purchased "Flowmaster" duals for my truck. Never sounded right and took it to another muffler shop to have a look and was informed the guy ripped me off and installed some kind of Chinese knock off. Went back and they replaced the mufflers after a short argument. Now a couple years later mufflers are cracked and have to be replaced. Total waste of money. Dont fall for this scam artist.
