I made an appointment to drop of my car at 11:30am on Friday. I was asked when I would expect my car back, I told your advisor I needed to use my car the following day, Saturday. Other employee there told me they were not going to have time to look at it the same day to just make the appointment for Monday. I asked if they could just look at it and let me know what the issue was by the end of the day? His response was they already had three other cars in for similar AC issues and would not have time that same day. I cancelled the appointment. I went to a different auto shop they looked and fixed my car in under 3 hours. Poor customer service, bad first impression for a new customer would not return here.

I took my car here last summer because my air conditioning was working very intermittently. They charged me a fee for air conditioning inspection and told me nothing was wrong with the system other than it being low on refrigerant. They recharged the system, however the air conditioning continued to work intermittently throughout the rest of the 110+ degree weather. They also had several thousand dollars worth of other recommended work on my car, while not fixing the original problem that I brought it in for.

I have used Christian Brothers on roof in North Richland Hills. Several times and I have always been satisfied with the work has been done. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.

I have a 2015 GMC with the 6.6 Duramax diesel engine. I had a engine check light come on in September 2023 telling me my EGR bypass sensor was a problem. I checked with Freeman GMC in Grapevine and they wanted $7,000 to fix it, and that was just an estimate. I had previously taken the truck to Christian Brothers Automotive on Rufe Snow to have a thermostat replaced and they did a very nice job, so I took it to them for this work. They did the work for $4600, and I have had no issues with it since.In November I started getting engine check lights regarding the DEF system. I again took it to Christian Brothers and they found the supply hose damaged and the DEF fluid had leaked out. They replaced the hose and it took almost 2 days for them to get the computer to reset. I want to commend Nick, the lead mechanic, for his diligence and determination in fixing this difficult issue.The office ladies stayed in contact with me during both repairs, which I find very refreshing in today's poor customer service atmosphere. I received regular updates on the work, and everyone was always very friendly and accommodating. I recommend Christian Brothers Automotive on Rufe Snow in N. Richland Hills to anyone needing automotive repairs.

The waiting area was nicer than some doctor s offices that I ve visited and you could hear little to no noise from the garage base. It was a very comforting and well run waiting area and the text updates on my vehicle were very helpful.

The employees have been willing to explain the issue multiple times to be sure I understood the issues and services. They were willing to help me prioritize the repairs in order to get the most work for my budget.

I would like to express my gratitude for the folks at the North Richland Hills location as they have been on a journey with a F150 XLT 2.7L Ecoboost truck. I paid for an oil pan replacement that unfortunately did not fix the issue. The service folks at the shop determined that there was not a OEM replacement available. After 1 year, the shop replaced with an after market oil pan which unfortunately did not fix the issue. I attempted to call Ford Motor Co. and they were not able to help with my situation. Ford said I just have to continue to wait for new oil pan part to be retooled and provide no date as when it would be available. I decided to sell the truck to Carmax after the whole deal and will never buy another Ford product. I will highly recommend Christian Brothers as they did the best they could given the circumstance.

I was so impressed during my recent service appointment! It was our first time to have you service our vehicle, but it will not be the last. Your associates were all very efficient, friendly, and professional. The service was completed as promised, with regular updates throughout the entire time. I really appreciated being informed about findings you made but not being pressured to agree to extra services. Having a complimentary ride back to school and then having my vehicle delivered to me at school when you finished, and having the easy online payment option were definite and much-appreciated bonuses that will make a big difference in my decision to utilize your services again!Service: Auto maintenance

I had a great experience at the Rufe Snow location, the staff was friendly and answered my questions. I made an appointment online through their website, very easy process. The state inspection for my electric vehicle did not take long for them to complete and I was on my way. Total care of car and totally caring for person who owns the car. Your online correspondence and detailed explanation of what needs to be done when is exceptional. I know how much each item will cost to be fixed before I have the work done. whenever something needs to be done that will take a longer time, it s so great to know that you have the shuttle where we can return home and you will pick us up when the car is finished! After spending more than 2k at this place this year and just finishing up some maintenance work, my car throws an engine code ironically after they completed a job. Of course there's no responsibility taken, why would there be. They want to charge me to test what's wrong, after acknowledging what the code is. This place has gotten too much money from myself. Won't be back to any CB location.

My mom's car wasn't doing well last year and had multiple issues. She got half of the work done then and waited until now to get the rest finished. Our schedules finally aligned so we took the car in with the plan that I would drive her around until it was finished. Since we were walk-ins we were afraid that we would have to wait longer than I wanted to have to drive her around. By pure luck someone had cancelled their appointment and her car was finished by the end of the week, a shorter amount of time than we were expecting.It's been a few days since it was done and I finally got to sit in her car this past weekend- it feels and drives better than it did 2-3 years ago, before any issues. All she could say was how grateful she was to have the repairs made and happy that she had finally gotten it done. I highly recommend these guys, thank you for doing such good work and making my mom happy, it really means a lot.

This location was my First experience with this chain. I worked for a Pizza Place up on N Tarrant. Had some car issues and they literally went out of thier way to help. They set the tone and the bar for me. 10 years later I still compare how shops treat me to how this place did as a simple Delivery Driver. I hope to return here sometime and repay the gratitude I feel I owe. It changed my perspective of mechanic shops forever. Still use this chain to this day, just in a closer to me location.

Got a good quote and they stuck to it within $100, even after having to remove some rusted in bolts. 2nd time I ve use this place and I ll use it again if needed. It s nice to know I have a solid place for auto repairs.

In the heat of summer the A/C stopped blowing in my 2015 Nissan Versa. Christian Brothers was able to get me in the same day, and had it fixed in a few hours. The price felt fair, and everyone on staff was professional, courteous, and fun. I was even offered a ride home if I wasn't able to wait.
