Been going to Car Sounds since 2004. John and his team always do me right. Today I had stereo installed in my wife's truck. Her liking the stereo was my goal. Car Sounds made that happen! Blew away her expectations. The quality products Car Sounds sells can't be compared. Thanks guys. Yall Rock!

John is the man! I took my 68 C10 to his shop because my system just didn't sound good. I thought it needed new 6.5 speakers but John looked at my setup and realized the preouts were not hooked up correctly. He and Mark fixed my wiring and tuned my amps. It sounds 100% better and they didn't sell me something that wasn't needed. Thanks for hooking me up and I'll definitely bring you more business in the future.

I had spent thousands of dollars on audio equipment in my Audi S8.. I had a nagging alternator whine (small amount). I had tried numerous things and spent hours trying to eradicate it. I stopped in and talked to John, he was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help even though I had spent no money with them. With his suggestions and advice I was able to fix the issue. Top notch customer service and a true willingness to help. This is rare to find with custom audio installers. A top notch guy and a top notch place!

This is your car audio shop. As for Mark and John. These guys are a couple of cool cats.I took my Tacoma in because the amplifier wasn't putting out sound. John saw the problem and fixed it in 2 minutes. I also asked about my Viper alarm. The subscription expired and I wanted to start it back up again. John helped me there as well.Finally, I asked Mark if he could listen to my sound system and adjust the settings, now sounds amazing.These guys are upfront, honest, good people. They have been at the same location for over 20 years.Thank you!

Ok so, I have been using Cartoys all my life until now. I had an issue with my Alarm that I purchased from Cartoys for over $600 with a lifetime warranty. I took it back, and Cartoys told me that they no longer sell that brand, and I need to buy a completely new Alarm for another $600. Which is ridiculous. I called " Car Sound Inc" and spoke with a gentleman who explained what might be happening. He said, "Come on down." So I took it in, and he immediately looked and said 1st this is a lifetime warranty that anyone can warranty even if they dont sell the system. 2nd this is an easy fix. It happens due to our hot summers here in Texas. He said, "I got you," fixed it right on the spot, and didn't even charge me. I will never go back to Cartoys again. Car Sounds INC. Is my go-to spot from here on out. I highly recommend them to take care of any audio needs you may have. Thanks guys. Your honesty and workmanship is definitely old school, and we need more companies like this in every field of service. Keep up the good work. I'll be back for sure.

These guys never cease to amaze me, they installed a system in my car a year ago and I loved it then here we are now, time to upgrade.Listen these guys have been here forever and always do a great job. Want good service and great sound come see them, they know they re stuff. Mark I salute you..

I have used a few mobile audio stores over the years. BUT Mark and John are by far the best. Very knowledgeable and truly professional.

My wife and son went into Car Sounds yesterday morning to update the stereo in his 2012 Pathfinder and added a backup camera. John was welcoming and friendly and did not try to sell something that was not needed. We dropped off the car after noon and it was ready to pick up before close. John and his staff of knowledgeable technicians take pride in their work and it shows. Might just be back to update the punch in my '22 Tundra!

First impressions are important. When I walked in the store John was in the shop helping two Soldiers with an electrical problem in their car. No profit making, just helping two Soldiers in need on their cross country drive. As a Veteran, he had my business instantly. As for my radio shopping, this was absolutely the best experience possible. John took all the time I needed to show me the best system for my needs. No hard sell whatsoever. And their Service is second to none. Highly recommend this outfit!***UPDATE - I just had John install some new speakers for my Son's truck as well as a Backup Camera. As expected, John and his team did amazing work for a great price! He is an Audio expert without equal. And I will say again, I have not met another business owner that treats Veterans and Service Members with more dignity and respect. John is dedicated to taking care of the men and women who defend this country. He is a Great American and I will continue to recommend his Shop as the first and only stop for all Audio needs!!

Had what looked like a major issue, but after speaking with John on the phone briefly I decided to drive over. Mark came right out and they didn t try to sale me on a new stereo just made it work. Less than 15 minutes, thumbs up if I ever do need a replacement stereo I know where to go.Thanks!

Car sounds is super professional. They know what they are talking about and can get you the biggest boom for your buck. Great group of guys that have been in the same location for many many years. They took great care of me and my truck and did a fabulous install. I highly recommend using car sounds if you upgrade your vehicle audio system. Remember they do much more than just car audio as well. So call them, or better yet, just head down there and check them out! Thanks for everything guys.

Excellent customer service. I bought a head unit from them nearly a year ago and it just started having programming issues randomly. The two guys without hesitation offered to troubleshoot the issue and we re able to solve the problem within an hour.

Was calling around looking for a new car stereo for my husband s truck, I ended up here because of everyone I spoke to this place was ready to jump in to help. First impression means a lot to me and I was impressed by the knowledge and quick response.My husband loves his new sound system. Not only did they install the new system perfectly but managed to fix an electrical issue my husband had in his truck. Talk about a One Stop Shop!!So impressed that I will be bringing my own car in to upgrade my sound system!!! Thanks Car Sounds!!!!

if I could leave 1 star I would. I had to return 5 times to get a sensor issue fixed, just for the "technician" to turn my bass up too high resulting in my speaker being blown and wires melted almost setting my car on fire. Versus fixing the issue free of charge, since he caused the damage, all he could say was sorry. I went to another business to get the problem fixed costing me over $400. The owner had nothing to say and always pushed work unto the "technician". Customer service needs to be worked on and as the owner, he needs to know when to step in.Military person who just moved to the area and was disappointed drastically!AVOID!!Response to owner: Being that your customers are service members, you would think quality service is the bare minimum. The car was serviced free of charge because the technician wasn t qualified. That is very clear to me now. I purchased the $160 sensor from this establishment. If you or the technician in this case since he does everything felt my equipment was subpar, why work on it? You re the professional who should advise customers correct? The same way you advised that I replace the sensor. Every time I returned to this business he worked on my car maybe an hour. The only instance where it was worked on longer is when he called the manufacturer to get assistance. Do better!

The whole team was AMAZING!! We walked in, told him what we were looking for, and BOOM, by the end of the day, we had it installed and ready to go. The quality of work was exceptional, and they made sure we went away, satisfied. I have no doubt if an issue arises, that all I have to do is stop by and it will be taken care of. Looking forward to getting a new system in our Jeep soon, as well!

Love this place and wouldn't go anyplace else! John Jeff and Collin are wonderful to work with! Had several upgrades to my Jeep since I bought it new in 2014 all done by them. They stand by their products and were Amazingly patient with my bat sh*t crazy self. Recommend them highly!!

These guys have been the best in the business for years!I have been coming to Car Sounds for about 10 years now for every new vehicle I own. Across 4 vehicles I have never experienced an issue or poor craftsmanship. The custom work done here is as good as it gets, and the sound quality matches! I love my new sound and I am stoked that they were able to do some custom stuff on a brand new truck that didn't have pre-made boxes that fit it yet. If you want something done right the first time, give this place a shot and I promise you wont be disappointed. After all, I have been a customer for a decade and plan to bring all new vehicles here in the future. Thanks guys! - Barrett

I ve been really into quality car audio for almost 20 years now and know there s only a small handful of actual quality shops/installers who have your best interest in mind. Well, Car Sounds is definitely one in a million. From the moment I entered, I knew this shop was quality. The owner was super helpful and insightful as to what I did and didn t actually need. The whole team at the shop made sure I got exactly what I wanted, with no BS. I will always go back here and definitely recommend them for any friends/family needing quality work. Thanks again for helping take my Tundra to the next level!

This place is awesome they helped with 6x9 speakers for my truck and went above and beyond helping with my old alpine head unit wiring. If you re looking for the best customer service come see these guys. I would give them 10 stars if i could. Thanks car sounds

I was looking for a place to install my husband s Father s Day gift! I needed someone that could do it fast and in a short notice so my husband wouldn t find out that his truck was missing LOL! I called and spoke to John the owner! Told him what I wanted and did everything I asked for! He worked with me on my schedule as well! I didn t have time to wait for them to do the install so John was able to take me home and pick me up once it was all done! Once I got to my husbands truck and head the sound system I was beyond happy with his work! Thank you car sound and john

They did a great job fast and have all the equipment on hand. They have more than anyone else when it comes to equipment installation harnesses and everything that goes in our modern vehicles. I had put in a backup camera on my truck. I installed the factory style one that is in the tailgate handle so I could see when I backup to my trailer and got a new stereo but with the new technology you can't install them the way we did it in the good old days so I took it to the pros. They have a nice big shop and really helpful people too. I recommend this place to anyone.

I took my 2003 F150 Harley Davidson addition to have a radio put in and a back up camera. Their customer service was impeccable. I had an alarm that I needed help with that wasn t working properly and the entire staff went out of their way to fix the problem for me free of charge. The owner was very friendly as was the entire staff and they talk to me through each part of my build. I will do business again with this establishment and I cannot say enough kind words for all the help that they provided. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get any type of stereo radio

Very cool place. Gave me a good price (better than Best Buy) and did an awesome job installing a huge upgrade from my factory radio. I love it! Plus, the guys were very cool and set me up with whatever movie I wanted to watch while I waited. Much better and more personal experience than going to a big chain store. I definitely recommend them.
