Outstanding work! Robert and his team are really, really quality craftsmen and good folks too. My door and fender make my truck look like it came off the showroom floor. And all the electronics work perfectly. You will be glad you selected them for your vehicle.Update for a recent (Jan 2024) rear bumper collision: outstanding service and work by Robert and his team. Robert was awesome! He was very informative with keeping me up to date on the process and what status my car was in. My car was completed and satisfactory within the timeframe given. It was easy to get the rental and return it. I would highly recommend this shop.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber for my car repairs! Bobby was great and very attentive. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, and my car was even cleaned/detailed before I picked it up. I m very happy with my experience and can t recommend Bobby enough for all of your car repair needs!

Best of care and quality done by the experts here. I had two claims fixed by this establishment (unrelated issues). Both issues were fixed expediently with zero problems.The first repair was a fix of a hit and run on the Rear RH of the car. (See pictures for after repairs)The second repair was rework from a previous shop in Florida that had made several mistakes when repairing my RH doors, door frames and moldings. (See pictures for before and after repairs)This Caliber Collision was not only able to fix the mistakes of the previous shop, but make the repairs the same day. If you ever have any problems with your vehicle, I will always recommend this shop above all the rest. Thanks to Nick, Robert and the rest of their team.

Great professional service for my car repair with a very reasonable price that does not break my insurance company. Bobby was my service advisor and he was extremely helpful and provided the best customer service I can ever ask for. The work was also done in a very professional way, and I am a happy camper.

idk Robert might need a raise, the customer service is impeccable, the communication is amazing, he has literally updated me every step of the way. Super friendly. 10/10. I am so satisfied with the service and the way he has handled everything

Chase and his team took great care of my 2023 pickup. Because it was new, I was very worried about the repair process. However, Chase and his team advocated for all necessary repairs with my insurance and GM and returned my truck in better condition than it arrived. Repaired, washed, and ready to roll. Thank you!

Very pleased through out .Truck looks great!I m sure most of or their guys are good,But mine was Bobby Warrick which was excellent.Thought he was the store manager for a while because he was very attentive.Thanks Bobby and Caliber.

The staff was friendly. Geico did not take care all of the damages caused by their insured. The GM Austin took care of them to provide good service.This shop in a great shop. They are clean. Enterprise inside so easy to get a rental. My experience with them was awesome. Not do much with GEICO insurance. If I ever have another accident. I will come here.
