Excellent customer service - I really appreciate being able to ask questions and see things myself/ they were happy to oblige! Started with free brake check- showed me some other issues under the car. Went back and now I ve gotten brakes done, lug nuts replaced and an oil change - everyone there is so helpful! Will definitely go back for anything I need.

I knew my vehicle was due for brake service and I had received conflicting details from various shops regarding how critical it was, the extent of the service and the cost. Most shops were all telling me I needed new pads and rotors and the prices were all over the place.I considered doing the work myself when I stumbled across this location. I called them up and Ken was really helpful, spending about 15 minutes on the phone talking cars and brakes and telling me they can look at the vehicle to see if the rotors can be resurfaced, something no other shop said they did (must be a dying trade)I stopped by on a Saturday morning without an appointment and they promptly inspected my vehicle and told me the front brakes were not in critical condition but the back should be done. They were also able to resurface the rear rotors which saved me a ton of money. For an inspection, resurfacing, new pads and a brake fluid flush I was waiting without an appointment for about 2 hours which I think is excellent.Due to bad experiences at many national chains I am very skeptical with having my car serviced and try to do what I can myself. This place is definitely an outlier and I would highly recommend it. Ken, Lyle and the manager James are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They are definitely more about doing it right the first time and getting you back a second time, without breaking the bank.

The service here is unmatched. My guy Brandon has taken better care of me than any other automotive repair shop that I have been to. He is always keeping me informed, updated, and in the loop on the best prices and service possible. I will absolutely be coming back here and requesting Brandon immediately. Him and his team here should be the only consideration when in need of the services they offer.This is the place to go and the people be with. What a great experience I had at breaks plus off of precinct line! Nick was amazing. I explained my issues, he understood right away. Called me back immediately after to explain the work and costs. Customer service was top notch! I recommend this place to every one. Ask for Nick!

If I could, I would give them 10 stars. This was the first time I had gone to them. I went in for my brakes which I knew would need new rotors and pads. They gave me an estimate which I nearly had a stroke when I saw the amount. I really believed they had made a mistake and there should have been a 1 in front of the estimate amount. Once I regained my composure I told them to go ahead and do the job. In the end when I had to pay the bill the total due was about a $100 lower than the original estimate. Needless to say I almost had another stroke. They did an excellent job with my brakes and I will be recommending them to everyone I can. I will also be going back to have them take care of some other things much needed for repair. The service was top notch. Please give them a try.

I have been to this location twice in the last week , bringing in two different cars. The first car needed 30,000 mile service and their prices were very much lower than the local Honda dealer quoted us.The second car needs massive work and Ken was nice enough to sit down with me in the waiting room and explain all the work needed and the order it needed to take place. He was very pleasant and helpful.I would recommend this Brakes Plus to everyone.

Lyle helped us with my daughter's car when we were not sure what the issue was. The team at Brakes Plus was able to determine what was needed and they even worked with us to find a coupon for a discount. Quality work that is quick and efficient.

Great serviceConvenient and reasonably priced.Ken and his team fixed my rear brake pads , changed out the rear brake rotors and did brake fluid flush plus oil change.Got the job done quickly and professionally.Very glad I came here. Will definitely come back again

I was very pleased with my first visit. I arrived an hour earlier than my appointment on the chance they could take me early. They did get me in and on my way home. They were professional and all with a smile like they enjoy their work. I will be using them in the future. Great teamwork.

Amazing & Quick Service!! Easy to make an appointment on the website (they have coupons) & the staff is EXTREMELY friendly. It was my first time & my wheel alignment was done within 30 mins & cost less than it would at a dealership. I also got a coupon for a free car wash :)) Would recommend 100% & I ll be a returning customer!!

Excellent service and customer experience. They know how to take care of their customers. Nobody enjoys spending money at the shop but the way they explain things and even stay open later to finish your repair on occasion, it makes it a pleasant experience!

Friendly folks and quality service. They honored a digital coupon that cut the price of my oil change in half. I couldn t be more pleased. One of the technicians found an oil leak and provided a fair quote. They do more than just brakes here and offer a ride share service if you are not interested in waiting in the lobby.

Brakes Plus has very competitive pricing on all services, with discounts available on-line. All personnel were knowledgeable, explained all work to be done and were friendly and easy to work with. Quick turn around on my vehicle.They will be my go-to-guys from now on.

I normally don't write reviews and I've waited nearly a month since my last visit to do so. My experiences with Brakes Plus have all been positive. I think their prices are really fair (even better than fair when you use readily available coupons), and what I appreciate most is that James will make suggestions, but he is never pushy. I will continue to go to Brakes Plus for many of my automotive needs.

I went in to check my breaks and it happened to be an axle emergency. Nick was extremely helpful and honest! They all worked hard to finish my car in a timely manner. Nick and his colleagues helped me carry my kid's car seats into the uber. They were just so nice and understanding. THANK NICK!

I can't say enough good things about the crew at Brakes Plus in NRH. James and Ken are simply great people who truly prioritize customer service. Let me explain what sets them and this place apart from other car service shops:I was recommended to check Brakes Plus by the folks who did some body work on my wife's car and noticed something off on the alignment. I took it the next day and met James who was the first person that ever took the time to educate me on what an alignment actually is, the parts involved, and what the next steps would be. That's never happened before - walking away educated vs. simply paying for a service. James walked me through the alignment report, explaining the results in a way that a non-car guy/mechanic could understand. The decision was still up to me as to whether or not I'd have James and the team fix the issues noted on the report. That entire interaction sold me on bringing all of my vehicles to Brakes Plus to be serviced.The strong customer-centric focus continued when I brought the wife's car in the following week for its routine maintenance. Ken was my point of contact for this appointment and did not disappoint. He took me into the service area, showing me the concerns they were seeing on the underside of the car related to oil leaks. Just like James, he took the time to educate me on why this was a concern and their recommended approach. The best part? Even though work that was previously done by another company was sloppy (i.e., wrong RTV used, uneven application), they confirmed that the work was doing it's job as the leaks were not where they initially thought they were. They were actually elsewhere (which they took care of) and they also showed me the part they recommended changing, proving the need for the change vs. simply telling me that it was needed. They finished the work and were confident that there were no leaks but told me the drive the car for a week and then bring it back so they can confirm for certain.My most recent appointment was yesterday (2/9) for my car for its routine maintenance. I know I sound like a broken record at this point, but the service was just the same. To quote Ken, "we'll take care of you." Again, he took the time to explain what was needed vs. what wasn't and only recommended that we handle those. No upcharge, no pressure, just honest folks with a laser focus on customer service and building trust. Yes, this was a bit long but if you take the time to read it, you'll see why Brakes Plus in NRH is the place to go for all of your car service needs.

After the local Honda dealer told me it would be a week to get my car inspected. I stopped in here on the off chance that they could get me in and they did. It took less than a half hour, and everyone was so friendly!

I came in to have my brake pads replaced, which took about 2 hours. But they actually cover your Lyft ride to go wherever you want to go (i.e. home) and back, so you don't have to wait inside. They were really great with explaining to me whatever issues I had with my car, and they offer discounts. I highly recommend this place because customer service was a 10/10.
