As a driver, you never know when a car light goes out until someone tells you. So, I discovered I had a headlight out and went to AutoZone in North Richland Hills. Joseph helped me with the checkout process and he also took the time to change the bulb in my car. Now, cars have everything compactly situated in the engine area. Joseph took his time and did a lot of work to change a simple bulb. I am so grateful and hope Joseph is recognized for providing excellent customer service above and beyond what is usually offered. Thank you Joseph!

Wish I could give a 0 rating. Staff are not knowledgeable, very rude and they make fun of customers. Very unprofessional, they simply don t care nor bother at all. Never going to that branch again!

I just wanted to say, the guys working were extremely helpful and professional. Thank you so much for letting me use some of your tools in the parking lot to change out my O2 sensor. I will definitely be stopping by for any other car related things I need!

So I ve been driving around with some OLDDDDD windshield wipers for quite sometime now. Today I made a 30 minute commute and could not see a thing! Almost to the point where I almost crashed. I was real stubborn, but decided to get some windshield wipers today. I didn t know this auto one location was open before but when I walked in I was greeted by JESSE. As I was browsing through the booklet to find the right wipers JESSE asked meMy Year and model of my car and within seconds was able to help me find the correct wipers for my car. Not only did he find me the best ones he helped and showed me how to install them aswell. Let me tell you WOW! 10/10 for customer service he was extremely helpful. I ended up driving the rest of the way home with no worries and full visibility of the road. JESSE is definitely a Great asset , and noble employee. Thank you Autozone for hiring such an awesome worker. I will always be looking forward to going to this location for my car needs

Nick and Andrew are AWESOME! My friend and I were in the parking lot for 3 hours troubleshooting issues, and they provided the best customer service possible. Super helpful and knowledgeable. This store is the best AutoZone ever!

These people are Super Friendly, Helpful, and even looked at a video on YouTube to help me install my lightbulbs to the back of my Prius V.The prices are also Amazing and definitely will be using this Autozone as my permanent car parts shop (for bulbs, wipers, batteries, etc).Special shout-out to Nick Garcia for helping me with the installation rather than tell me Hey, we don t do that That s definitely a well mannered young man and a good worker.Bless your heart Nick and this company! Y all are AWESOME!!

Two items were picked incorrect from the same order. The order was made online, and picked up in-store. The only problem: Used to work at this location's sister store. I used to pick online orders like the one I made. It's not that difficult, I promise.

Had a damn good experience with Jason this weekend! Been having issues with getting my taillights installed! Turns out had the wrong bulb! He found me the right one and even helped me install! 10/10 would recommend talking to Jason for any and all needs!

I went to this AutoZone to check the back lights of my car.Very nice and friendly people.A very kind, professional gentleman (Doug ) took his time and changed the back lights.I found AutoZone provides different auto parts in very reasonable price.Appreciate your kind help.Highly recommend this place if you need anything about your vehicles.

Walked in 10 minutes before they close I ve already purchased my items online and paid for them and as soon as I walk in I get told that they re closed by the store manager. Just because he wants to shut down early. Like bro you guys still have 10 minutes and I ve already paid for these items. Store I would never go to again
