Do not do not I say take your car to be service at this dealership! This is how they left my vehicle after 4months in the shop. You would think that they would have filled my coolant deposit up but they didn t. Something just gave me a feeling to open up my hood and that s when I noticed. I ve reached out to service to file a complaint and have not yet heard back from anyone. Maricela Soto

My husband and I had been looking for a specific vehicle for awhile now. Our family is growing soon + we have a HUGE German shepherd so I knew exactly which car I wanted to fit our family and needs. Connor helped us through the phone since we were an hour away and made sure to get us the best deal possible! He was super easy to work with and made the process very smooth. Connor was also constantly communicating via text and phone calls on updates until the day we were able to finalize everything. I 1000% recommend this dealership and Connor Zimmerman as your salesman. Thank you Connor and your team so much for the help! We love our new car and can t wait for the memories that will be made!

Just purchased a vehicle and I have to say I was really happy with the overall process. Never thought I d review a dealership but here I am.First off, Jason Rudd was a really nice salesman to work with. He was down to earth, former military and just got our sense of lifestyle. He was quick talking and fast moving which I appreciated.I was purchasing the car for myself and he quickly knew he needed to deal with me and not my husband. Much appreciated.10/10I went back the same day after a test drive and knew it was the car I wanted.They handled my paperwork quickly and it took less time than all past vehicle purchases. Less than an hour. Shocking.Gino was kind and fast working with the paperwork. I was paying cash so there wasn t much to do but it was a short few signatures. Not the 50 like some other places. We declined some add ons and it was no big deal. Not the 20 min speech and intimidation like some dealerships. You know the ones.10/10There was work to be done before I could take it home. There was a miscommunication on timeline of readiness but the owner Luis reached out and assured me that it was being taken care of.You are thinking yea of course bc you are paying $$$. Well, no. Not really. My vehicle was 4 figures and I was being treated like I spent 6 figures.The service department reached out for follow up. Twice! The 3rd party company replacing the sunroof called me and gave me updates. And it was ready sooner than expected. Fueled up, detailed and windows tinted. Amazing.10/10It really came down to the style of dealing with challenges and roadblocks like shipping and part delays. They cared about the sale experience not the sale amount. That s more than I can say for some of our more expensive vehicles and the places we purchased from.Hands down would purchase another vehicle from here.

Just purchase my first vehicle from this location everyone was so helpful and the process was so fast and smooth. Literally the fastest service I ve had we didn t have to spend all day at the dealership. They were very knowledgeable and helped us get the best rates. Jason Rudd went above and beyond to get us set up and ready to go and has checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Connor is the best!! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always looking out for the customer's best interest. The vehicle I was looking for was quite rare, and he was able to call me within a few days because he found the exact make, model, trim, color, and transmission I wanted! I got a great trade-in value for my old car, and the price of the CPO car was a good deal. The rest of the staff here is great as well, and they are always happy to help. This is the go-to spot for a Hyundai or a nice used vehicle! BEST DEALERSHIP IN DFW - they will not nickel and dime you!

We've experienced several issues with our vehicle, which have fortunately been covered by the warranty. Joe Barker and the rest of AutoNation has been exceptional at making sure we were taken care of and the work was done to our satisfaction. I've read stories from customers of other dealerships that have had less than desirable experiences. Joe does his due diligence and verifies anything that should be covered by the warranty is resolved and keeps us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend AutoNation for their excellent work.

The whole process was very easy and the staff was great. Jason Found the family car we were looking for, super nice and professional guy, the whole team was great. I was in and out pretty quickly with no hassle. Everyone that was involved with the deal made the process quick and easy. We will definitely be back in the future.

Jason Rudd, Frederick Griffin, and many others really made the car buying process easy! As a first time buyer, I wanted to get the best deal for me that would position me to build credit without financially crippling me, and Jason was so considerate and thorough throughout this whole process. I didn t feel like I was working with a sneaky salesman, but someone who genuinely cared and was determined to find the car that best fit me, aesthetically and financially. All of the people are so kind, professional, and informative. They explained everything without a condescending tone, and I could tell I was in good hands! Definitely give them a bonus or a raise of some kind. They were phenomenal!

Michelle got her Hyundai Kona this week ahead of schedule. Our sales rep, Alex, was great and made sure everything was to her expectations. The next day a caution light came on and told her to go directly to the dealer. She had a busy day scheduled so they told her to come right on in and they would get her a loaner. When she pulled.up Alex was there and they got one of the technicians out immediately. He fixed the problem - loose vacuum line - and she was out in time to get her father from his PT workout. Super service and multiple cudos to Alex for making her experience stress free.

Purchased a car from AutoNation Hyundai yesterday and overall the process went smoothly. The only reason I didn t give five stars is because the process took so long. We were there 7 hours!Brian Bishop was our salesman and he was very professional and cordial. He listened to me and tried to find what I wanted, instead of just turning to push a vehicle on me. I would definitely buy here again.

Celeste was amazing as well as her funny manager! It was a pleasure doing business with you both. I was able to buy my car almost completely online and only went in to sign papers and pick it up. Really enjoy working with Ryan every time, he has always ensured that we get exactly what we want and delivers it in a timely fashion. I don t think I ve spent any more than two hours in this dealership!Update - I ended up having some trouble with my sunroof but I was able to get an appointment quickly with Jorge in service and I am highly impressed by his level of communication and expediency. He was one of the few service technicians that don t treat me like I m dumb and took the time to explain what exactly was wrong, how they were fixing it and how long it would take.

I would give this a lower rating if I could. I thought the people here were truly sincere. Upon visiting and purchasing a vehicle stating multiple times about issues that were wrong with the vehicle prior to purchase. Anyone after I was told many of these things were fixed. I'd gone in multiple times more so than that. Probably 8 if not more for things that I was told were fixed and apparently it was all in my head. I've gone to second and third opinions. That's not the case. There are many of the things that were wrong and many of the things that were not done even though I was totally worried. So essentially, I bought a limit of a vehicle even though I bought it from a dealership. Not some tuna on an unknown place. And I am extremely saddened because you know this was for work for my new business, I just started up and. I thought these people could be trusted. But apparently I was wrong so I would steer clear from here. I guess I should have went to the shady places. Because i'd probably have a vehicle that was actually more dependable and not one that was of hazard to myself and others to be in. Even upon speaking to the general manager, the manager of service et cetera, none of these things are resolved. It was something that was basically done enough to where It would maybe be a day or so, and then the issues would occur again.

Overall, they do a pretty good job. They're not great at estimating how long a service will take. I went in one time and I was told it would take an hour to service my vehicle and it took three. Another time I dropped my vehicle off and I was told it would take 3 - 6 hours and they were done in 2. But the staff is very polite and the workmanship is excellent.

Last week I purchased a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. From start to finish the experience was flawless and as smooth as silk. Mo Ibrahim was my salesman, and I can't compliment him enough. He held my hand through the whole process and made sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted at a price point I could handle. After the sale he spent several hours teaching me about all the bells and whistles that are on the car. And, he has made it very clear that if I need more help, he's just a phone call away. Frederick was my finance guy, and he was great. If you are in the market for a new auto, check out this dealership. It is bright, clean and friendly. When you walk in, ask for Mo, and tell him Sandy sent you. You won't be sorry.

I will start out by acknowledging Connor and Fred! My mom and I had a pleasant experience with both who gave exceptional service. I searched for the vehicle I was interested at multiple dealers and felt like a number. I came across this location and spoke with Connor initially and he answered every question that my mom and I had. I was able to leave with the car I specifically wanted. Communication was a10/10 Transparency was a 10/10. Look no further. Thanks again guys!

After being rear ended and insurance taking 3 months to total my car, I ended up at Autonation. We met with Frankie, who was an absolute gem. It s no secret that buying a car is a long process. Frankie made sure we were taken care of for everything. He gave us ample time to look at the car, test drive it and just get a feel for what we liked. He asked questions the whole time, seeing what I liked and didn t like so he could offer other ideas. He was respectful and very understanding. Frankie s personality is unlike other car salesman- he is positive, understanding, and never once pushed us towards anything we weren t happy with. I truly had the best experience with him. Then, when it came time to go to finance- he took us to Jesus. Jesus once again was incredible. He talked us through all of our options and was understanding. He didn t try to force us into anything we didn t want. Between Frankie and Jesus- I am very very happy with my experience of buying a car. If you go here- ask for them!!!

My husband and I had a great experience finding our next vehicle. Kaden made everything easy and was very detailed and not too pushy or giving any false information. Our experience before coming to AutoNation Hyundai North Richland Hills was the complete opposite and the salesmen were not trustworthy. Coming here has made our experience much better and we will highly recommend this place to go to for their car needs. Gino the sales financial manager was also a great help in answering any and every question we had. Everyone was patient with us and gave great customer service! We will be returning here for our next vehicle purchase. Thank you all for your great support and continued service!

My car went in for warranty work, and they drove me too and from an appointment, graciously checked its progress for me, and had it ready when promised. Plus a car wash!Compare this to my experience at a certain local Honda dealer, who couldn't have been longer getting a $2500 replacement part done, not when promised, oh, and no car wash even though my car got filthy on their lot.Thanks Autonation Hyundai.

Everything went great. Misunderstanding on trade in compared to other dealerships they gave us a check for the difference of payoff but here they applied it to the new vehicle instead. But after everything they answered all questions we had. Wish the break room would have had drinks and food. Our kids played with other kids there and employees did great looking out for the kids while we were busy buying a car. Sales people were awesome everyone made sure we were taken care of when we walked the parking lot.
