I honestly don't even know where to start Shawn and his whole crew helped me get into a suv that I absolutely LOVE! It had a few minor things wrong with it but I mean come on people it s a used car and nothing that wasn t an easy and quick fix he quoted me the price a week prior to when I bought it and I walked out the door with that price they gave me no hassle and i didn t feel pressured to buy from them either and I m so glad I did if I ever need a car in the future I know exactly where to go and I know where to send anyone I know that s looking for a car THANK YOU GUYS AT AUTO FIRST!!

Auto First is the BEST dealership for used cars ask for Josh he was super helpful and made the process extremely easy for me to make a purchase today. Bought an Altima 2d coupe from there a couple days ago and so far no issues it s a really nice car they did a good job with it. Good prices for good cars. I would really recommend considering there options because they had some really nice other cars on there lot for very low prices and the people working there make sure that all there customers are cared for and satisfied and they do a good job at this real chill.

Shawn is absolutely the most patient man. He is sweet, cool and just an all around great guy. I have looked for over a year for the perfect truck and I bought it today from Shawn. Now if I could convince him to let me do his financing, it would be perfect.Shep is the greatest. He was checking out my truck and found she needed a new alternator, but she'll be ready for pickup tomorrow.

My experience has been that they lie bought a car from Auto First told they checked it out and that it's a good car. In less than 2 months it's needed a battery, a starter, new exhaust, O2 sensors and now an engine

Please read the negative reviews as well, before purchasing a car here. There are plenty of them with similar stories. And the responses from the dealer are very telling. Very unprofessional. We bought a car from them a few months ago. They promised to fix the transmission, after the engine light came on the next day. They then confessed they'd only replaced the trans fluid. They promised to replace the stepper motor, but then we found out they didnt, and once again only did a trans fluid flush. This happened several times, but the code kept popping up. They finally gave up and said if we wanted the trans replaced, they'd go halves with us, considering that they'd already sold the car to us and were under no obligation to fix anything. We finally gave up with them, knowing we wouldnt get very far. At this point, we didn't feel comfortable having their mechanic do it, because we'd been lied to already. Shortly thereafter, the air bag light came on. Checked the connections and all the other things that might be causing it. No luck. Our mechanic quoted us over $5k to fix both issues. So we sold the piece of garbage today and took a massive hit. I would encourage you to keep the car a few days BEFORE you buy it, take it to your OWN mechanic, and have them give you their honest opinion before buying. If the dealership won't allow that, walk away. I hold no grudges. I should have taken my own advice on this one. Just warning anybody who is car shopping, no matter the dealer. Common sense now will save you time and money later.

Best car buying experience EVER and this old lady has bought a lot of cars. Shawn was so patient letting me look as often as I wanted to...several trips within the past year. Shep was equally patient and kind. No pressure to buy and they are genuinely kind and absolutely hilarious. Wonderful experience, will recommend to everyone I know.

I purchased here myself years ago and have sent friends and family since. Always a great experience. Most still driving the cars without any issues. This last visit just left me speechless as we got a great deal and they went the extra miles on everything. The customer service is exact to Sewell without the mark up. Shep is absolutely the best and answered all our questions as well as showed us how to use the features. I'm sure my purchase for my sister is more than just a sale as they really do care.My go to for a good solid used car. Thanks Shep.

We had a great experience today.. We almost gave Up hope this as our last stop . My mom seen the car she wanted, she test drove it.. Low mileage, we pulled up the carfax ourselves and seen the deal we negotiated was the best!!! Sean was very helpful & nice . We ranned into Scams all day but got great service at Auto First My mom was very satisfied She paid cash haven t stopped smiling yet. We are thankful. I will be referring people here

A while back I bought a car here and had a good experience. I even referred a lot of family and friends here and left a 5 star review.The second time around, when I helped my mom get a car from Auto First, the experience was much different. The car we bought about 2 months ago, which we were assured time and time again would run great, has had problem after problem from the very FIRST day we bought it. The tires on the car were different sizes, the radio didn t fit in the car or work, the check engine light came on, the brakes needed work, the windows stopped rolling down, the key we were given wouldn t work in the car (leaving us locked out for 2 days), and much more. Things we were told would get fixed for the car didn t get fixed. On top of that, my mom received a very unprofessional and disrespectful phone call from the owner after a miscommunication regarding a payment. I am disappointed by so many parts of our experience!I m sure someone from the dealership will respond to this review either discrediting our experience, invalidating us, lying about what happened, or making us look like we were in the wrong, as it has been done with the other bad reviews. However, I would recommend listening to the customers who have had poor experiences, saving yourself the expensive repairs, excuses, and disrespect and going absolutely ANYWHERE ELSE for your car needs!!!!!

I recently bought a vehicle from Auto First. It was the most fun yet professional experience I ve had buying a car! I paid an unbelievably fair price , where at a different buy here pay here dealership was trying to charge me almost $10,000 for the same car! They also had snacks and candy for the kids! Highly recommended!

Bought a car for my daughter here, and it had an airbag issue and an issue with the sunroof leaking. She really liked the car and he asked if they fixed the items would we be willing to purchase the car, against my better judgment, my wife and daughter decided to get the car, he said he would order the parts and that she could take the car until they came in. It's been over 4 months now, and I have called several times now without a returned call. He even went as far as to write it on the contract that he would fix it. The price wasn't horrible on the car, but I can't stand it when people not only don't keep their word but won't return calls. I'll post the contract and pictures of the car in the next day or two.I'm glad you responded, but I shouldn't have to make a post on here to get a response, I completely understand the ordering issue, but a simple return call would have resolved everything. I'll gladly amend my rating on here is the issues are resloved

Messaged to see if a car was available and didn't get a answer so I drove up there and a salesman said "sorry somebody just put a deposit down on it" and tried to convince me into less nicer cars that cost more. About 20 minutes later I get a message saying it was still available. It was a nice car for a really good price. Obviously a Bait car. If they lie about what cars they are willing to sell then who knows what else they lie about.... Edit: I guess I can't reply to owners response. But to clarify, I was messaged 20 minutes AFTER I was told the car had a deposit on it. Good try though.

Aye I like auto first wasn t able to get a car today due to job time but Josh was definitely helpful keep 100 with me i appreciate that my guy real talk I will be back to get a car . Couldn t figure out how to make a new review so am just adding on to this one just want to say i appreciate auto first they definitely looked out for I went one day n couldn t get nothin went back week later n got me I nice 2014 gas saver love the car n shout out to Josh he got me in n out men no hassle I told him what am looking for n he delivered most definitely will be back for another vehicle once this one is paid off
