The nicest people ever. Very understanding. The headlight bulb was installed quickly and easily especially, he didn t charge me anything everything works perfectly. Definitely will be visiting again.

Absolutely phenomenal service at a fantastic price. I called multiple mechanics in the area and none of them were willing to help but the folks that work here were patient and accommodating, I had a dead possum caught in my engine bay, and they handled it. These folks are excellent!

Jason & his staff are always accommodating whenever I come in with a problem.Last week, I needed to have my auxillary battery checked, after the "check battery" light didn't go off after my husband put in a new one. Through the process of elimination, they got to the bottom of the real "issue", a bad main battery (bought almost a year to the day of when the "issue" popped up)! The Alliance Automotive guys go above & beyond to help find & resolve the problems presented to them! Bravo fellas & 5 stars

Great shop, great prices, great people. If there is an issue they stand behind their work and will rectify the issue quick. I take all my vehicles here and sometimes just pull up with an issue and will stop and help even if it is just replacing a headlight bulb or anything or answering a question about a noise. Love these guys, happy to have this shop down the street from me!

Truly a hidden gem. These guys made me feel comfortable from the first phone call. Reasonably priced went above and beyond tohelp me out and didn't nickel and dime me to death for anything. Really good dudes that just seem to actually enjoy what they do. Very honest great communication. Really glad I found this place. And While my vehicle is not a Volvo it's basically a Volvo under the hood and they know their Volvo stuff. I will be using them for all of my mechanicle and maintenance needs from now on. Also their "security " was absolutely adorable. 5 stars for security too. Honorable 5 star shout out to Bevil automotive for being very nice and awesome and recommending this place for all of my European car needs.

Used this place a few times for services. The guys there are well informed and handle the customer's cars well. It's a small shop so I do my best to call in advance to set up appointments and so far they've been quick and efficient with all repairs I ask.

I can't express enough how good and honest these guys are. My check engine light came on in my 2017 Chevy Impala couple of months ago, and I had 'em take a look. After running a quick diagnostic, Jason told me that simply replacing my gas cap should do the trick, and it did. He didn't charge me a dime although he could've. Check engine light came back on months later (now), so I took it back to their shop. They diagnosed the problem, fixed the car with a quickness, and shot me out the door for less than the cost of simply having diagnostics done at the dealership. Twice they could've charged me out the wazzoo, and didn't. I'll be a lifelong customer, and I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone with car trouble.

These guys are amazing! I only take my 2008 Volvo to them. I started going there when my check engine light was on and couldn t pass inspection. I just asked them to just fix it to pass. They took care of the check engine light and gave me a list of things I did need but could get away with for the time being until I could afford it. They did let me know about my timing belt and what would happen if that goes. They are honest and trustworthy in there work and their prices. They will try to fix it the cost effectively before going to the more expensive repairs, ex: my AC would blow cold for about 5 minutes and then stop. They attempted to do a simple service but when the compressor was not strong enough they gave me the option to replace the compressor. The replacement was $200 less than the cost estimate calculator. Jason and Emilio always communicate exactly what s going on and simply explain everything. Oh and they are fast too, even when they are busy.

I took my wife's 2013 Volvo S60 to Alliance for air conditioning service. This was my first experience with this business. The issue was diagnosed quickly, and repaired the same day. The price was very reasonable. They made no effort to sell me services that were unnecessary. A very happy customer.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Positive experience. I had them work on my older (2007) BMW. They only fixed what was necessary to make safe and reliable, advising me each step of the way, and completing the job in a timely manner. Quite refreshing! Great shop. Highly recommend. Thanks Alliance!

These guys are awesome! They honor their word and their work! Approximately three months ago they changed my axle on the front of my vehicle. I moved to another state. Later while at another auto shop (dealer) for something else the tech noticed that my passenger side axle bolts were loose and one even fell out. This auto shop charged me $125.10 to tighten those bolts. I let Alliance Automotive know of my situation and later returned to the shop to have the missing axle bolt added and the entire axle reviewed for safety. They did just that! In addition, I presented the bill I incurred to have the axle bolts tightened and they reimbursed me. They are honorable, and they stand behind their work and their word! They are cool beans! I recommend them highly.

I love this place, these guys are legit amazing at cars, fast turn around, and straight shooters. They never try to sell you on work you don't really need. 10 out of 10 would Reccomend!

Amazing! My serpentine belt and my battery went out in my car and I was terrified that my car was seriously damaged. I went to the Ford Service department and they told me that they wouldn t be able to fix my car for 3 weeks and that I probably had extensive damage resulting from the serpentine belt. I called Alliance and they were able to fit me in immediately. They finished the work in a few hours and were extremely affordable. I was priced for service at the low end of the expected cost and they didn t tack on anything ridiculous because I m a girl (almost every other mechanic I ve been to has tried to overcharge me thinking I won t know better). Additionally, they thoroughly updated me on the process throughout the day and made me aware of anything additional I needed fixed. It was as wonderful of an experience that one could have getting their car repaired. I ll definitely be back the next time I need something done!

This is my second visit to this shop and I have to say:Jason and his crew go above and beyond to not only fix your car to the highest standards at an affordable price, but did an excellent job at keeping me fully informed and updated along the way. I have using Alliance before they moved to the current address in North Richland Hills. They have always done great work for a reasonable price.I just continue to go back whenever needed for my 5 vehicles. Great Job!!

Likely the worst experience I ve had with a mechanic shop.Hard to get a hold of. Hard to get a straight answer. Also $1200 down the drain. The Catalytic converter that was replaced failed within 100 miles. The mechanic who fixed it had to replace the entire manifold due to the insane welding job. Definitely the kind of place that will cut corners rather than doing it the proper way.Very disappointed

Ownership very good to work with. AC was not working correctly. Easily found issue and restored to really cold and strong fan speed.Give Jason a call.

Alliance automotive is right behind my dads shop and he had me bring my car over to fix a few things. Incredibly quick and great service from Sergio and Jason. 10/10 recommend

In the past year I have had some unfortunate luck with vehicles, but the guys here always do a top notch job at a fair price and are honest with everything they do. Before it was backed over by a truck, they made my used Kia Spectra run like a brand new car after replacing the clutch assembly and fly wheel. My new used car has had some bumps in the road but they always are fantastic at fixing whatever may pop up. I wouldn't dream of taking my cars anywhere else.

Recently had motor mounts repaired on my 08' Ford Focus and it rides like a brand new car!! Very happy with the results and the guys in the shop are honest and very friendly I'll definitely return for all my auto needs!

Honest shop with great attention to detail. The owner works with you to get you the best repair for the money. The shop is also very accommodating and works with you on your schedule for pick up and drop off. If you have any work that is needed, I wholeheartedly recommend Alliance Automotive.

Honest. Honest. Honest. Best shop I've ever encountered with great mechanics and quality work. I recommend them to anyone I can. Do call ahead though. With such a great shop, they can get pretty busy.
