Been getting my F-250 maintenance/ service done the last few years. I Appreciate Matt, Kirby, & Nolan for taking good care of my truck service needs. Not a lot of trustworthy 4x4 guys in the area. Highly recommend these guys. 1st class experience last few years

Nolan and the guys at All Out Off Road are AWESOME!! They really know their stuff, and I know when they touch my car it s in good hands! You don t have to worry about the service techs because they know their off road parts inside and out. Fast, knowledgeable and service oriented. Thanks again guys!

I just had some significant upgrades done here on my new 2024 Jeep. They installed Warn Elite front and rear bumpers with a tire carrier, 35" tires, method wheels, a Warn winch, a lift, new shocks, etc.They did the job exactly as I wanted, perfectly. The jeep looks fantastic, no problems. I will come back for all my future upgrades. I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality work and fair pricing.

Took my truck in for some basic work on a leveled Silverado, everyone seemed nice, and they did a good job. I ll post some before and after shots of what I had replaced. I would recommend All Out, All Day!

Took the truck to All Out Off-road to add step sides, roll bars & KC lights. Wanted something different, a little more old school and something you don t see everyday. Kirby was amazing! Had the roll bars delivered in less than 48 hours . Dropped the truck off that morning and is was ready before I got off work. The installer was amazing as well. Wiring harness is invisible and the light switch is very subtle. Exactly what I wanted!! The quality of parts are not just for show. The roll bars are as durable as it gets. Looks the part but could also hold up. Very pleased with this place and will be back in the future to add a few more inches to the lift and new tires. Look forward to working with them again: updated- 3-19-23: For the second year in a row I've taken my truck to All Out Off Road. Again Kerby was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs and what I wanted to accomplish and made spot on recommendations! Truck was ready exactly when they said and the work was done to perfection! Truck rides tall and is a very smooth ride!! See ya next year for bumpers and flares!! Thanks again!

The guys up at All Out don't mess around like other stores! They know what they're doing period! The proof is in the pictures 4 Rigs 4 perfect jobs. If you want the best and you want people that actually stand by there work then it's All Out! Nolan is my guy!!!

Go see the guys at Allout.I did all my research and went to a couple other local shops before I made it here. Matt and the team did THE BEST job on my Tundra and offered up suggestions that made sense and didn t just take money out of my pocket.Have always had stock Tundras because I didn t like the process of relying on someone else to do the job RIGHT.Big Thanks to Matt and team at Allout!

I have been a customer of All Out Off-road for several years now. I've had them work on three trucks of mine. What I like about them is they explain everything up front, including providing pictures of what you will get. They are expert's in my opinion, regarding lifts and accessories. Also, if you get a lift done, they have you return after a few hundred miles so they can double check their work. They physically mark all their bolts so they know if they have moved at all. I've always had exceptional service he, e and I highly recommend All Out Off-road.

We took my 4Runner to AllOut Offroad Performance at the North Richland Hills location to have my 3 inch lift and new wheels and tires installed. The team was very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Kevin Logan took customer service to an entirely new level of excellence! We received a call before our appointment to confirm, called 15 minutes before the work would be done knowing we lived close enough so that we wouldn't have to wait when we arrived, and asked that we come back in 10 days for a follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend this location!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I needed an inner tie-rod repaired. The Jeep dealership wanted to charge me $3,500 for an entire new rack & pinion system. I had been to All Out Offroad before to have some running boards removed from my vehicle and they were very quick with their service, so I decided to return for my tie-rod repair. I showed up on Monday and they did an inspection and said they could make the repair the same day, but I waited another day to do the repair. A little over $500 for repair and alignment, well worth the money when you feel like you're being taken care of my a trusted friend. I've never had service like theirs when it comes to my vehicle, and I appreciate their clean and welcoming facilities. If you want reliable and quick service, these are the people to trust!

Brought my new truck to All Out for a leveling kit and new tires and Kerby made the experience really fun! Kerby is very knowledgeable and kept me informed each step of the way. He really understands customer service and I'll definitely be back to see my new friend Kerby!

Went in wanting a lift on my gladiator. From the moment I walked in Kirby made me feel like family. Great customer service and love the work they did on my jeep. Definitely will be coming back again for more work.

Took my armada there for suspension work, and although they weren't able to do it, they referred me to another mechanic not far away who did the work properly. Originally, the work was done by a mechanic off of 121 and Glade but was not actually done at all.

First time visiting All Out and Nolan literally blew me away with his expert knowledge and customer service. Customizing your vehicles is a personal experience and it is nice to have someone who treats it the same way not just another transaction where you slap some wheels and tires and a lift and say Next!! Awesome Job! Thanks Nolan!!

Update: My first review was 6 years ago but google only lets you leave 1 review. These guys continue to be the best and have taken very good care of me. I have taken 5 different trucks to them for custom work over the past 6 years and they always nail it perfect. Tons of attention to detail, and Nolan's knowledge and experience makes everything go so smoothly. Below is my old review from 6 years ago:I've been here multiple times and I think it's time for me to put in a good review. These guys are top notch, fair, and honest. I have presented them with multiple difficult and unpredictable problems with my lifted custom truck at the Fort Worth location and they managed it very well. I have been back multiple times because I trust them, and I will go back again next time I need work done. Now that I think about it, I drive past 3 other shops to get to these guys. They give VERY personalized service and make me feel like I'm their only customer. The prices are great and, to be honest, they don't charge enough for such great service.

By far one the greatest experiences I have ever received as a customer from any business. I spent 6 months researching which shop to use to have a lift, new wheels and tires to be installed on my F250. I could not be happier with my decision of choosing Allout Offroad, specifically Kevin. Everyone I dealt with from beginning to end was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel like they truly cared. Kevin most definitely gave me an amazing customer service experience. As a business owner myself, I m usually critical about how companies treat their customers. To Kevin and everyone at Allout Offroad - Thank you so much. You guys are all THE BEST!

Called a few days ago because I urgently needed a set of rear inner flares and Kirby was VERY helpful. He was patient recommended a set that fit what I was looking for AND got the parts (in from a different location ) very quickly, so I could get them Installed the same day !!! I definitely recommend this shop to anyone :)

Ordered a product from them, they told me it would work with my current setup. When it arrived the next day, they didn't call. I ended up having to call them to see if it was there. Went in to have it installed, they tell me it won't work like they said it would. Still had it installed, then damn near 24hrs to the minute a piece pops off!Walked in the door, they look up and didn't say anything to me. Stood there waiting 5-7 minutes, another guy walks in and they look up "hey, buddy we'll be with you in a few"I'm a 6'4 black man, I know y'all see me!They reinstalled the piece, but I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.Update: Nolan just called me and said "there was another African American guy in there, and he thought I was him and been helped already" WOW... Did he really hit me with the ALL BLACK PEOPLE LOOK ALIKE!!!??

These guys are awesome! They walked me through all the various options I had for getting a leveling kit / lift kit for my truck, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain every option I had. They did a great job servicing my truck (it looks great) and were very helpful throughout the process. I ll never go anywhere else for my truck needs. They ve earned a customer for life!

Complaint Update: Store has now resolved issues, and also replaced bed rails which were damaged, complaint was settled amicably and the company did change its position and ended up being proactively helpful to resolve matters to my satisfaction.Original Complaint: Poor customer service experience. Received written confirmation from the Tonneau Cover's manufacturer that the item that All Out Off-road fitted was incorrectly installed and/or adjusted. Also had a dispute relating to Running Boards installed by the company. Ongoing dispute with company, who has not yet resolved matters.

Nolan has always done me right. Anything I need done he has always taken care of me. I have been in multiple times and each time I get quality service. They only carry the best of the best. Don t hesitate to go here, they will take care of your needs. Allout is my go to place, every time I come in I know my truck is in good hands. They treat your ride like it s their own. I was in desperate need of new tires for my old 1996 GMC Sierra 1500, RWD, reg cab truck which is my weekend vehicle. This time, I wanted to give my truck a refresh and look at new wheels and see what my options were on a lift kit. I had been researching for two years on-line, so I was hoping the Team at Allout Offroad, NRH could help breath new life into my old truck. Preston, Nolan and all the hard working Team Members at Allout blew my mind away and well exceeded my expectations. They are professional, expertly knowledgeable and friendly! From the moment I walked into the sales floor, Preston and the team did not hesitate to take on my project build. Because my truck is 25 yrs old, it took extra effort on their part to find the right combination of lift, wheels and tires and stay within the budget I had to work with. They did the job in one day as promised even though we had to make a last minute change on the wheels due to a fitting problem, again due to the age of my truck. The alternate wheels the Team found for me were totally awesome and way better than my first choice. Also, one very observant Team Member spotted a problem with some wheel studs while installing the new wheels. This was a potential safety hazard had this issue not been addressed immediately. The wheel studs were replaced and now I feel much safer on the road thanks to this Team Member. Even with these unexpected delays, the Team at Allout still finished my job in one day, by working two hours overtime after closing hours and on Friday night! That's the kind of customer service and commitment you rarely hear about these days. My entire experience at Allout has been one that exceeded my expectations. I definitely will return to Allout in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to upgrade their truck, JEEP or car. Thank you to everyone on the hard working Allout Offroad Team! A. First trip here was fine, got an alignment and needed it touched up. I decided to work with Mike directly as I saw he was responsive on the reviews and felt to be a better route. I needed to do additional work and got his advise to hold off on bringing it until I got the work done on my Raptor. Once our schedules aligned, I got to meet Mike and Nick. I showed Nick what work I did and what I would like done. Mike, you are solid. Thanks for quick responses and keeping in communication. Nick (also awesome), appreciate the work you did! Truck drives straight, steering wheel is straight and the welds look good. Seriously grateful! Hoping to visit the H town location in the future.

I called Allout Offroad for some information about parts for a Zone Offroad lift kit, and they were insanely helpful. Nolan was able to identify the part that I needed and even though Allout didn't carry the replacement piece, he helped my find a part number that made it possible for me to get the part locally and complete the job. They could have easily dismissed me since I wasn't calling to spend big money or schedule an appointment, but instead they went the extra mile and used their expertise to help solve my problem. That's truly exceptional customer service.

I ve had All Out do two lifts on a few vehicles and I must say their service is exemplary. This last time I needed an adjustment on my carrier bearing for my 2019 F-150 because I felt some vibration. I took it in and they fixed it on the spot. I also had a slightly loose shock that was clunking and they took care of that as well. My truck drives almost as smooth as stock and looks great. I will continue to give them my business. Next up, AMP steps!! Their quality of work and service speak for itself. Thanks All Out.

Did alignment in my 2020 f150, did a amazing job. Crossed the T s and dotted there I s. Had 2 other shops tell me they couldn t align it without installing a bunch of other stuff.All out informed me about the Pro s and con s of doing it each way and then preformed it the way I decided without the extras.They will definitely be getting the rest of my vehicles from now on.

I came to Allout Offroad to have my windows tinted. I called a week prior to set up my appointment and the guy that answered the phone was great. He walked me through the entire process and helped me pick the best tint option for my truck. The day of my appointment I was met at the door by one of the guys at the counter (Nolan). He walked out to my truck with me and guaranteed the work would be done right. It took approximately an hour to complete the job. During that hour the guys behind the counter talked to me as if I were family. When they pulled my truck around front I was more than pleased with the quality of tint and work that had been done. When I went to pay I was surprised at how great the pricing was. I have had a lot of windows tinted at various companies and this is without a doubt the best job I've ever seen. I would HIGHLY recommend Allout Offroad to anyone. A great group of guys who love what they do.

This shop is outstanding! Nolan is the associate I always call, but everyone there is great. Very knowledgeable staff. They listen to what you want and go out of their way to make your vision happen. My personal experience was awesome. They took care of a parts issue I had with the lift I had purchased online. They will find you the best price they can to fit your budget. They never once pushed me to purchase anything I didn't want. Right from the start they make you feel comfortable whether your a newbie or full on expert. I won't go anywhere else. These guys are respectful, professional and trustworthy.
