These are the most processional and concerned for quality techs I have ever encountered. I have owned 3 RV's to date and the other tech/ companies were only concerned with how much they could make on a job. Andy and Nadine came with concern for what was needed and commitment to complete within the budget they gave. They kept me informed on delivery of materials and schedule of when repairs would take place. Five stars all around.

We called needing to replace our leaky faucet but it turns out there were several more problems that needed fixing that we weren t aware of. They were able to easily diagnose the problems and come up with an easy action plan. They did not overcharge on their service, they let me purchase my own replacement items, and were entirely transparent with the pricing. The real beauty with this team is that they are trailer enthusiasts and offer a new owner walk through, and they explain everything, in far greater detail than we d ever been given. I recently enlisted the services of Andi and Nadine for a repair on my Sportsmobile 4x4. Promptly responding to my request, they came to my house and performed the necessary repairs right on my driveway. Despite the extreme weather conditions, with temperatures reaching approximately 110 degrees, they were willing to assist and successfully diagnosed and replaced the water pump, also ensuring the proper functionality of the inverter. Their commitment, professionalism, and willingness to work under such challenging conditions were exceptional, and their friendly nature added to the positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and award them 5 stars for their outstanding performance.

My experience with AJ s Mobile RV Service and repair was beyond 5 stars. Andi and Nadine are very hard working and replaced all my non working incandescent lights to bright LED lights making my RV bright. They came back a 2nd time to replace a blown fuse and make sure all the lights were working properly. Andi shared her expertise on AC maintenance to keep it in top running shape. All the repairs took place in 100+ temperature and they took no breaks till the job was completed. I will definitely use them again.Service: Electrical

Some of the best customer service I have ever had!!Very professional. They were prompt and communication was great. I loved that we asked for something to be done and they told us we really didn't need it! Saved us some money :-) Love that. They were patient and explained everything they were doing and made suggestions of things we could do on our own. AJ's will definatley be our go to for RV service. Thank you.

Was super impressed with the services and how quickly they helped me. I had called over 5 deferent places and no one could help me. They did what I needed the same day and in less then 2 hours. Really appreciate it.
