This was for Hail damage to my car. The entire process was seamless. Every interaction was great and the repairs took less time than anticipated. The Car is a 2014 and looks brand new! These folks will handle your vehicle as if it was their own.

Probably the most smooth auto-repair I've ever had done. Even though I had minimal repairs, the whole process was smooth. They were able to get me in immediately, repaired in the promised timeline, and prices were fair and easily dealt with by my insurance. My car was pristine when I picked it up as well! I would definitely recommend this shop!

Their quality and detail to their work is impeccable. Great costumer service and super friendly. I have used them twice and both times I have been more than satisfied with my car. Great shop and I won t be using anyone else but them.

Lucked up on this classic gem through my insurance. Happy to know that Chris works on classic cars and is very knowledgable. I needed a simple fix and Chris got it done very quickly. I had a few questions post the fix and he was able to identify next steps he'd recommend, and even made some in the moment fixes that weren't apart of the service! Definitely will be coming back for future service needs.Oh and all the staff are super friendly!!!!

Being in the classics car business for over 20 years I cannot afford to work with anyone that is not equally committed to excellence as I am myself. Chris and his team at Advantage Autoworks have been a proven GO TO shop for all my paint needs.

My vehicle had minor fiberglass body work, component replacement and paint matching needed and Advantage Autoworks located in North Richland Hills, Texas completed the work in a timely and professional manner. And quickly!I highly recommend Advantage Autoworks to anyone in need of a professional auto body and paint repair facility in the DFW area and beyond. Apparently it is industry standard to do damage to your car. This is legit and I went here after rave reviews and recommendations. The quality has slipped so beware as they do not live up to any of the recommendations and took all this damage as a joke. If you want your car damaged take it here they will do the best job at that hands down as they give you a new paint job.

The receptionist is unprofessional and aggressive. I had some questions regarding my estimate that she either couldn't or wouldn't answer. She refused to let me speak with someone else who might have been willing or able to answer my questions. My vehicle was returned with a residue on my wheel and console. My car had been driven over 100 miles from the time I dropped it off and the gas was empty. The damage on my car was repaired and looks good. I do not recommend advantage autoworks as I'm sure many other shops can do a similar repair but with communication and professionalism.

Been coming to Advantage Autoworks for almost 20 years now. I now have friends and family who also bring their vehicles there as well. If you want your vehicle to look fantastic without any hassles, then go to them.

Very professional and thorough. I was really pleased with how efficiently they handled the insurance from the at fault party and got my SUV fixed. My car was even washed and cleaned when I got it back. Thank you!!!

Our Tesla was damaged by a semi-tractor trailer rig in our right rear bumper. The repairs Advantage Autoworks did were perfect and our car looks and drives as well as it ever did before the accident. The pictures show our car looking like two different paint jobs, but that's because the damaged photo was taken on a rainy day with no sun and the repaired car picture was taken on a sunny afternoon. They are the the same car.Service: Painting

Do not go here. My battery was dead when I picked up the jeep and then I found out they replaced my fender flare with the wrong one. Only after I pointed it out did they admitted they knew about it . They hoped I wouldn't find out. They are dishonest and incompetent. But they do really good detailing .

Literally the best place around. Customers for life now , we won t go any else after our recent experience with them. From communication . To timeliness of repair , to honesty of what ACTUALLY was wrong and wasn t wrong , how clean and detailed our car was inside and out when we picked up . Holy cow can't love this shop enough. They fixed my car in a timely manner, and it looks better than the day I bought it. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have also repaired my husband's Tesla and he too was happy with his repair. 10/10

If you have a Tesla that needs collision work look no further. This place is a god send. I unfortunately got ran into and I needed work done. I was very nervous that Tesla parts would take 4EVER! You hear this all over the internet Tesla owner without their car for months because of parts issue. Well fear not Advantage Auto Works is smart enough to stock common parts to reduce the turnaround time. Now that smart and forward thinking. Tesla is very particular about their cars and they trust this place to repair their vehicles so why shouldn t you? I pulled in wrecked 9/7 and picked up a clean repaired like new M3 9/18! Give or take a day. People are cool price is right and repair is phenomenal! Do yourself a favor and take advantage of this place (no pun intended)! You ll thank me later

Called looking for help repairing my wrecked car. Very unhelpful, rude receptionist. Told me they wouldnt work on my 2008 Porsche Cayman again because the insurance company lowballs--to which I replied the insurance company would pay me and I would pay them whatever they charge. With that, she even more rudely said that regardless, they would not work on my undrivable car until February. She made it very clear they didn't want my business.

My car was estimated to be finished two weeks after the drop off date and it was completed on time! The work was excellent and my car was cleaner on return than it was when I took in!

My Tesla Model 3 sadly was hit from behind on the bumper. I m so used to taking cars to the dealership to get it fixed so I was hesitant to take it to somewhere that wasn t a dealership. However, I took the chance because they had great reviews and they were one of the businesses under Tesla Insurance s network. I m so happy that I went with them because of the customer service by Cameron and the entire staff. My bumper looks like there was never an accident.They took care of my car, washed the outside and kept the inside clean when they returned it to me.Really appreciate the quality of their work and professionalism. Definitely recommend them.Service: Body & Trim
