Great service team. Had some delays on my vehicle repair due to part shortage. But Jeff kept me informed by phone on what was going on. And then personally delivered the vehicle to my house after it was complete, which was a huge convenience for me.

You can tell there's no sense of doing a good job with this shop. I've gone to several Caliber Collision (in Austin) before and they were great, this was the worst I've dealt with. Twice, I was told the car was ready, only to have it not safely drivable. The first time I gave them the benefit of a doubt but the last time was enough. I had to take it straight to a real mechanic and within a day he fixed what they didn't and now it is back to normal. After closer inspection, the paint on the bumper already has cracks in them, it looks off and pushed up so it looks like a quick job. I will be contacting USAA to let them know of the shoddy work from this body shop. My car left as unsafe to drive as it did when I dropped it off the first time. The only reason I took the keys is because I was done dealing with this shop and wanted to take it to someone that would fix the issues.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

There were challenges in getting my car repaired, but Gary took the time to think outside the box and helped put in the work to get it done. Repairs look amazing. Don t go here. They don t know the basics of repair. Know if you are using insurance you can take to ANY repair shop. Just don t pick here. They just want insurance money payouts. Part of big insurance cycle.

Gary was great! I needed to get my driver-side mirror installed after a side swipe.He even checked my computer (because some dashboard lights were on) to see what the report was for any possible concerns.Above and beyond- very professional, friendly and honest service! Highly recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

We have Statefarm insurance and this is one of their partner repair shops we were told to go to after a cow crossed the road in front of us suddenly. We brought it here and explained the issues we were having were mostly mechanical and not cosmetic, we didn't care about the small cosmetic damage we had, we mostly wanted to get our car running as usual. They did the initial assessment appointment and assured it was going to be fixed. They set the appointment to take our car in for repairs and after they gave the paperwork of the quoted labor/parts and faults we noticed it was only going to fix the small dent in our front left of the car. We spoke to them again and after asking point blank they finally said no they don't fix any of those issues after saying before they won't know until they "get it up on a lift" (mind you these are faults showing on the dashboard). I'm glad we ended up not going with them because there needs to be a certain level of trust between the mechanic and the operator and I don't have that with these mechanics if they are going to mislead a potential customer to get some of that sweet insurance money. (your labor is not worth 61 an hour and it would not take that long to fix our small damage (1800 in repairs lmao))

The caliber collision in nolanville will probably be my go to for the foreseeable future. They communicated very well and do their best to take care of you in my opinion. Unfortunately, with parts manufacturers, there's long lead times on parts. Not their fault and I'm not knocking them for that. They aren't prefect, but they still seem to care about the customer and as long as you're reasonable and not demanding or entitled, i feel like you'll have a good experience as well during a difficult time.
