Nice little family owned dealership Dominick hooked us up with an awesome deal on a used CX-30 for our daughter & made the 3hr drive from League City, TX worthwhile! Everything was taken care of beforehand via txt/emails we were in&out within an hour, smooth car buying experience, thanx.

Excellent experience. Worked with Jessica Garcia on the purchase of my 2019 F-150 Raptor. Truck was exactly as presented online. They also gave me a very fair trade for my 2014 F-150. I live in Houston and wanted to be sure this truck was as clean as they claimed. Jessica took lots of videos and even crawled under the truck to get videos for me. They allowed me to take a nice long test drive and made sure I was happy with the truck. If you are looking for a new Ford or one of their pre-owned vehicles, it s worth the drive.

Be warned they sell used cars that are brokenI bought a used ford focus 2018, lasted about 6 months, not even a full year, turns out the head gasket is cracked, started having white smoke come out of the exhaust,Got it looked at and yeah.Now I still have to pay monthly for a car I can t even use! And I ve never been in an accident with it.

Small Town local business at its finest. Honest straightforward sales practices with no surprise add-ons that often happen with some dealerships. All options were discussed fully and costs and benefits were presented upfront. Fair value offer on our trade-in. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Called 2 times about setting up order for vehicle and they kept saying they would call back later. It has been weeks in between calls and I have received nothing. Hope other people have better service. People who I spoke to were nice though.

Great dealership. Houston was so helpful as we drove almost 4 hours to get there so I had lots of questions before hand. Would highly recommend these folks!

I absolutely do not recommend Caraway Ford to anyone! I would steer clear of this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them, was told which way not to drive, now I know why! We ended up having to pay $3,000 worth of repairs within one week of purchase! Spoke to our salesperson only got an apology. I will never consider this dealership again nor do I recommend to anyone! They are a bunch of crooks as far as I am concerned.

Despite gas price & my time, I drove 75 minutes to them.Answered the phone.Listened to my needs.Called back as they promised.Ordered my part & set appt.Greeted personally.Repaired vehicle timely.Thanked me for my business.Exactly the way business is supposed to be.I d drive 75 minutes again!

For being such a remote location in such a small quaint town, you won't receive SPEEDY service or even same day service, but you will be taken care of like you matter. They are honest, trustworthy and genuine. I will drive a hundred miles out of my way to be treated like I was at Caraway Ford. Thanks guys.

Worst service I've ever had. I used Caraway Ford's Service department out of convenience because of its location. Asked for full service (oil changed, filters changed, etc) and to also check my "check engine light" that was on as well as the factory recall I received in the mail. After waiting over TWO HOURS! I was handed a bill that was $100 more than I have ever been charged for the same services. When I asked about the recall I was handed a piece of paper saying that there was a recall in effect, but when I asked if mine needed recall work they said they didn't know, they hadn't checked and didn't have time. OK??? Basically they handed me the same info I had received in the mail AND that's why I brought it in! When I went to leave, my check engine light was still on. I went back in to ask why it was still on and did they check it. Again, the answer was no, they didn't have the time. Seriously? I had just sat there for over 2 hours with nobody in front of me! The receptionist was very nice, the service person acted very put out. When I left I called the Ford place I normally use and asked if they could check why my engine light was on as well as checking if my truck was part of the recall. I had to drive 30 miles away to do it, but it took all of 10 minutes from the minute I walked to in to walking back out. Oh, and there was NO CHARGE. The engine light was on due to air flow caused by dirty air filters which Caraway Ford had JUST CHANGED.... but couldn't take the time to turn off my engine light. Never again will I use Caraway Ford. It's a shame, they're only 8 miles from my home and we're also in the market for an additional vehicle. They will never get another dime from me.

Just bought my fifth new vehicle and my first Ford with Caraway Ford. This was by far my best new vehicle purchase experience ever. Jess was amazing and truly earned my business! It is so refreshing to work with someone who clearly works hard, is an expert in her field and treats people tremendously well!

The best experience in purchasing a vehicle , forget big dealerships , forget on line car buying , this is where you find very attentive , knowledgeable personnel and most of all honest. Caraway Ford is by far a poor dealership in every way possible. Do not trust this place. I have purchased cars and truck for over 40 years had never got the run a round I got here. Sales cant complete sale as agreed. Service is a joke here....do not do business with these folks!!!
